I had a very good experience with this auto detailing. My car had some yellow marks deep in the paint and I thought they never would go away. Johnny was very helpful in scheduling and answering some of my questions and I was able to schedule an appointment on Saturday. I also added on interior detailing. I've been in contact with Alex for over a year now and he answered all of my questions regarding ceramic coating and taking care of my car. Alex is the most responsive and receptive business owner I have ever been in contact with; very helpful and knowledgeable in his field. I eventually decided to have Alex apply the opticoat pro 3 when I get delivery from dealership. The Supra arrived in December and Alex applied the opticoat pro 3 about 3 months later. It is pricey compared to other ceramic coating but very much worth every penny; my car looks brand new all the time. Even when it gets dirty from all the dirt from the freeway, washing the car is easier than ever. All the dirt comes right off with a quick wash. I'll be returning in the summer to have Alex apply interior opticoat. I will also be returning every other week for VIP wash. read more

I needed my car cleaned. This is the first time I'm getting it professionally done. I didn't know who to go to or what to expect. I requested a quote thru Yelp. Within minutes Owner Alex sends me a response with a quote and info on what service it would include based off of what I was requesting. I was looking for an auto-detailing shop to apply ceramic coating on my car. I found out about Clean Max Auto Detailing through Yelp and it's probably one of the few shops that has consistently very good reviews from it's customers. So, I requested an appointment to get a coating (Opti-Coat Pro) done on my car. Alex was very quick to respond and very professional. He is very knowledgable and was always willing to answer any of my questions. Two main things to look for when getting a ceramic coating is how the paint is prepped before the coating and the coating product itself. Make sure that the installer you are going with knows what they are doing when prepping the paint as any imperfections made will be locked in when the ceramic coating is applied. Alex and his team are very well trained and made the paint on my car look brand new and super sleek. The coating that they use is Opti-Coat Pro which is a Silicon Carbide type coating that bonds with the paint instead of sitting on top of the paint which most coatings do. As a result, the coating will lasts as long as your paint lasts regardless of how long your warranty is (in this case, 5 years). Overall, I had a great experience and the car turned out really nice. Alex will also go over how to wash your car properly to maintain the coating if you plan to do it yourself. -------------------------------------- On a side note, I was very unlucky and got a pretty noticeable rock chip on the side of the car a day after getting the car coated. I first spoke to Tanya because I wanted to schedule an estimate for my vehicle. She was very polite and courteous and had me scheduled right away. Located on busy Queen street the detail shop is super easy to spot. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by Alex, the owner. Talking to Alex for the first time felt like I have known him forever. His knowledge of paint and polishing is extraordinary. Just look at the wall of his certifications and you know this guy knows his stuff AND spent some serious time training at the highest level. We spoke on what I wanted to get done and how I wanted to protect my truck and he even educated me on the different levels of protecting my vehicles paint. I appreciate the fact that he didn't try to oversell me but rather offered me the protection based on the environment the vehicle was driven and parked in. Now, ceramic coating is not cheap. There is labor involved with prepping so that once applied that paint will shine bright like a diamond. So if your lazy and like to roll through car washes or you only wash your car twice a year stop reading this review. After scheduling with Alex I dropped my truck off and picked it up the next day. And lemme tell you....holy $hit. The job he did was epic. I had water spots baked on the window that I thought only replacing the entire windshield would remove it but he was able to eradicate them. Every panel I looked at was perfect and flawless. I wrote this review for 2 reasons.
