Thanks to a reviewer's recommendation, I decided to give this company a try. I'm so happy I did! It was a wild hair I had to start working as a delivery driver. (a girl's gotta work!) I had a great working vehicle and a good phone. That is literally the only criteria, but there was one problem: the back seat of my car resembled a 1970's shag carpet. This was not a design choice, people. This was the culmination of countless trips to the dog park and veterinarian's by two short haired "Terrier's of Holy Terror". This Duo of Dog spittle managed to smear their pup faces and paws all over the back window's, as well as fly their "floofiness" into every fiber my car has. I sent out the Yelp "Bat Signal" to get quotes on some Auto Detailing and let me tell you, there is a RANGE. Some won't even breathe on your car for under $200. Pinetree air freshener is an extra $50. Alex messaged me right away. And this wasn't early. It was like 7 or 8 at night. He quoted a flat-rate. Ummmmmmm......what???????? Who does that??? Clean Max Auto does. While it took a minute to find it, (Their garage is located in an alley of businesses that don't get regular crosstown traffic) it is only blocks to the Ala Moana mall or Ala Moana Beach Park (Which is much more my speed) I mentioned my million-dollar idea of doing food delivery and my situation. Alex quoted me a very fair price. I dropped my Subaru off, Alex came over with a mask, greeted me, and said it would take about 2 hours. He was courteous, took my keys and I went on my merry way to read a book in the park. Two hours later, I meandered back to Clean Max, and they were just finishing up. I knew that 95% of the effort would be spent on the backseat, and that was true. But Front and back seats and floors were immaculate! I should have asked for the inside windows to be washed, but they did such an amazing job, you wouldn't even know a dog had been there. (Well, except for the inner windows.) I'm very impressed by Alex's professionalism and efficiency. Also, he is a big Marvel Comic Fan. (Iron Man is his favorite) I knew this because of the art work inside the garage. To me this adds an added bonus of the owner's own personality. People spend too much time thinking about a bland aesthetic that they feel their public wants to see, but I love to see the personality of the owner's and even coworkers in a place. I was shopping around for someone to deep clean my seats so I could put seat covers on, but most other cleaners provide their services in packages - so I'd have to pay more for the whole interior to be cleaned. But Alex was super awesome and gave me a quote for just the service I wanted so I didn't have to pay more than necessary. The seats ended up having some staining after they dried and he was very gracious and asked me to come in again so they could redo those areas. There was an accident the day before Thanksgiving, a construction site in downtown did not cone off lanes while they were working and it was a very windy day. The cement slurry fell onto my car that I had just got back from the autobody shop not 10 minutes earlier. I didn't know what it was I thought it was the rain but when I got home it was covered with the slurry. I went back to site and they told me to get car detailed and they would pay. This was a request to shampoo and steam clean the inside of my car, as well as as wash the outside. The outside of the car looked great, but when I sat in the car I immediately noticed a vinegar-like smell coming from the seats (there had been no smell at all before). It took me almost two weeks and numerous cleaning products to eliminate this smell from the car. Also, the cover panel for the passenger side automatic lock/window switches had been badly discolored (see photo). The technician claimed that it was already in that condition when the car was dropped off, but my wife and I are certain that it was not (it's a 2021 vehicle and none of the other switch covers is at all discolored). After consulting with a local body shop, they confirmed that it was probably the result of interaction with some kind of acid with the plastic surface. read more

Alex and his team our incredible. I did a lot of research when I bought my new Genesis g70 and wanted to put ceramic coating. I got referred to him by a friend at Mercedes and I am so thankful. My car has a matte finish and you have to use special products and techniques to not damage the finish. Where do I start? These guys are legitimate. I see why they deserve their five star reviews. Booking an appointment was very easy. I was able to chat through Yelp. Scheduling was a little difficult as this business is so busy with customers working six days a week. I dropped off the car without any issue. The work was completed in just under four hours. I initially agreed to a gold package detail for my minivan. But when I arrived the owner advised that he performed the silver package detail and saved me $100 because the quality of the paint was already damaged and that it would've beena waste of money to have the gold package detail. And unscrupulous business owner would've just charged me for the gold detail and on the work of a silver detail and not told me. I highly recommend this detailer and will be bringing my other vehicles for them to detail. I even received a call after the work was complete to check on how happy I was with the work. If you spend more than $500 you will be considered a member. Membership allows you reduced pricing on a number of services. Great value. Very professional. read more

Price is unbeatable. But quality doesn't compensate for the price. My sunroof windshield wast not wiped down my center console still had debris. Leather seats were not wiped. I just moved from California and I would say I could get the same quality for $70 the leather seats were not dressed and for $70 in LA I could have them dressed. I would say I got the Same quality as Tony autoplex premium wash with indoor vacuuming and a wipe down. Only benefits they dropped me off at ala Moana quoted me 3 hours haven't heard a response Walked from ala moana to know 3 guys were still working on the vehicle overall great but I don't think the price differentiates itself from your typical hand wish interior detail and vacuuming .. 7/10 read more

Owner was very responsive regarding my inquiry and scheduling a last minute reservation. This shop has been open for 6 months and I really wanted to give these guys a good review. I let the owner know what I was looking for and he suggested his basic wash, vacuum and wipe package for $68. Car was done in 45 minutes and after driving it home I noticed that the level of detail wasn't what I had hoped for: the cup holders hadn't been vacuumed or wiped, a lot of the surfaces hadn't been wiped very well, and the corners of the car hadn't been vacuumed at all. I know the car was a hot mess when I brought it in (I have 4 little kids and had specified that in my original inquiry). I didn't expect the car to come back "like new", but wanted a level of clean greater than what I could achieve with my handheld dust buster and baby wipes. I would have preferred the shop be honest and tell me they couldn't clean my beast for the basic price and offered to do a more detailed clean for more $$$, instead of sending me home with mediocre results. read more

Contacted this auto detailing shop via yelp for a quote and they were extremely quick, responsive, and flexible with my schedule to fit me in. Relative to other quotes I've gotten for a full interior and exterior detailing, this location provides significant value over the competition. I did their premium package which covered everything in the interior along with washing, waxing, and hand drying the exterior, polishing the rims, cleaning the tires and polishing all glass throughout the car. The detail took just under 2 hours. What I really appreciated is that upon completion, they do a walk around and walkthrough of the car with you to ask if anything else needed to be touched up, wiped down, re-vacuumed, etc. They even provide a guarantee that if anything was missed that you notice upon returning home, that you can bring the car back in for further touch up. My car came out shiny, looking like a brand new as it has just came out of the factory, pleasant service, you feel their dedication, this was my first time with them (my previous detailer closed), but already decided will definitely be going straight back to Alex and his team next time I need car detailing service.
