Watery coffee

Terrible coffee. Very weak & watery for $4.25 coffee What a waste of money. Called the business but got an answering machine

My family and I stopped here for breakfast before we hit the road. We were pleased to know that this is close to downtown Saint Augustine and there is ample parking in front of the restaurant. When we arrived, there is an immediate cashier where you can order first and then sit down. There was plenty of room for smaller parties or larger parties. This is definitely more of a quick breakfast diner feel. Unfortunately, the espresso machine was broken so we have the op in for iced coffee, which was disappointing overall the food was average. However, the best thing we did have was the spicy breakfast sandwich on ciabatta and the French toast : absolutely delicious.

This was one of my favorite places I ate while I was in St. Augustine. The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The potato taste freshly made. I really liked their hot sauce. Minor detail but I like how it enhanced the meal for me. I also really liked that parking was easy to find and parking was free. I definitely encourage others to visit.

I was heading to Flagler Hospital in St. AUGUSTINE to visit someone and decided to stop in here for something to eat. They serve breakfast from 7 to 11 and lunch from 11 to 3. The menu has breakfast plates and bowls, breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, and kid size breakfast options. For lunch, they have nine sandwiches, six burgers, one bowl and one salad. I opted for the Ranchero Bowl. It contained sausage, roasted garlic potato hash, cheddar jack cheese, black bean and corn salsa, and two scrambled eggs. It was a good size portion. Whoever created that dish should be given a raise. It was so delicious. The place was pretty busy. The ice tea was also good, and it was a nice big cup.

Sign for Farmhand Kchn restaurant displays green icons of a fork, knife, and spoon above the text. The sign is mounted on a metal frame outdoors, with a clear blue sky in the background. The sign indicates the restaurant's focus on food and dining, with a modern design and minimalistic style.

Great breakfast place! Don't know what they spice their potatoes with (chef secret-we asked) but they were amazing. Service is great even though they were super busy!

Ranchero bowl great flavor

We came for breakfast because of the real good yelp reviews. The place is very spacious. The Ranchero Bowl and coffee was very good. The staff had great attitudes. I can only suggest if you're asking for an 18,20 or 25% tip after you pay you should not have to go in line to order. No water being brought to you or anywhere to be seen. Staff was to busy to ask not their fault. Have to take food bowls and garbage to trash can. I honestly always give at least 20% but I won't be back. Ranchero Bowl has very good flavor.

This place has extremely friendly staff and quick service! The sandwiches and coffees were great. We came for breakfast but thought the lunch sandwiches looked better so they let us add eggs to our sandwiches :) this place has cafe-type vibes/ambiance. There were various people around on their computers doing work or studying. Very very chill. I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 because I do think it is a bit pricey for the portions given. After tip, I spent around $60 for the 2 coffees and 2 lunch sandwiches we got with egg added to them.

I loved this restaurant from the minute we walked into it. The owner met us with a huge smile and reassured me that my gluten free breakfast was gluten free. He makes all the gluten free bread and meats at the restaurant and you can tell by the flavor. I will tell everyone to go here. Thank you for a great breakfast. B

First time ever getting this food. There was a GIANT PIECE OF PLASTIC INSIDE THE SANDWICH!!! Disgusting! Do NOT eat here! If a whole piece of hard black plastic can get into the food, who knows what else could be in there.

Breakfast wrap - A grilled breakfast wrap with visible grill marks, filled with melted cheese, scrambled eggs, and diced vegetables, cut in half to show the filling. It is served on a colorful, floral-patterned plate alongside a portion of cooked diced potatoes. The background shows another similar dish slightly out of focus.

If you're looking for a great brunch place. This is it. 10/10 recommendations Their handmade coffee is also very good as well.

Worst breakfast experience I ever have. low service and bad coffee I don't recommend this place

There was nothing special about Farmhand. The service was average, the portions are small the food was ok but not great. This restaurant thrives because of its location however it lacked the wow factor.

To be honest what catch me from far away to try it was "farm and the ktchn" I was early as you can tell. Food was okay not impressive, very different of what they portray on their outside pictures. Pancakes were meh whatever but loved their super crispy bacon. I was charged $5.00 for a tiny bowl of roasted potatoes that were pretty flavorful in comparison to how they looked. Always order coffee with my breakfast but that area looked pretty dirty and messy so I didn't even bothered ordering. Bathroom weren't the cleanest either to say the least.

One of the coolest touches? A TV disguised as a piece of art that's actually a live stream of downtown St. Augustine. Such a fun, unique detail! Now let's talk food I ordered the shrimp and grits tacos, and WOW--they were packed with flavor. The grits added this unexpected crunch that worked so well with the shrimp. The textures blended perfectly and made every bite interesting. My husband went for the Miyagi beef tacos... and let's just say there were zero leftovers. He cleaned his plate, which says everything. Great vibes, creative food, and a memorable experience all around. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

The menu is where things get especially interesting--unique, playful, and definitely not your standard fare. I tried the chicken apple pie sandwich, which was as unexpected as it sounds. It was fun, different, and surprisingly good! It is one of those dishes you won't find just anywhere. Husband loved his upscale bologna sandwich and the waffle fries were yummy! It has always been one of my favorites which is why we chose it for my husbands 59th birthday. What a complete disappointment. It seems that the prices have gone up but the quality and service have gone down since the last time I was there. It was average at best. Each of us (and there were 4) had something different and it was the same all around. "It's ok". That was not what I expected nor what I have ever experienced before. I'd be hesitant to return as we had over a $200.00 bill and none of us had alcohol drinks. We had water! As for the ambiance, it's super busy which makes it loud. One thing I did notice, the walls and floors were dirty. I had to ask for a new fork as mine had food stuck to it. That grossed me out! With so many other places to go downtown St Augustine, I won't be back here until I know for sure they've been overhauled and back to how they use to be.

Therefore, this gets a long wait for breakfast/brunch. It's hard to get a parking spot but there's free parking across the street. They have a big waiting area next to the restaurant which is definitely needed as we ended up waiting like 45 minutes around 9:30 am on a Saturday. The food was definitely worth the wait though. I got the burrito smothered with sauce and cheese and the flavor was fantastic. Flavorful but not super spicy or anything. It's also HUGE. Highly recommend. Service is a little questionable, if it was quicker they could probably help with their long wait. It was hard to flag down our girl when we needed something & it took ages to get to check.

I ordered the breakfast burrito with the additions of the pork sausage, red chili sauce, cheese, and scallions. It was very good! It did come out a bit cold so I think it may have been sitting for a little while on the window. My friend's Zada Jane's stack was pretty good as well. The sweet potatoes were cooked perfectly and the frittata hit the spot. I wasn't a fan of the peach butter for the biscuit but we definitely could've asked for a different type of butter but chose not to.
