    Cook to perfection!
    Mel C.

I don't understand why this restaurant doesn't have a higher rating! We had such wonderful time here on a sunny day for lunch after riding the bike around that morning. The tasty food is a great surprise after having been to a couple of snobby and yet disappointing places the day b4. The place is casual and friendly. We didn't make a reservation. Just parked our bikes right outside the restaurant and walked in and got seated right away. The service from a young man with curly hair was tentative, nice, but not overly done. We loved everything we ordered! The burata salad was so colorful and tasty. It's fresh with great presentation! The black garlic hummus was finger licking ggggooooddddd!!! I'm still thinking about it now! The burger had good flavor too. The restaurant is at a beautiful corner in Vail. I could just sit there all day long, looking at all the beautiful things around, and eat the food from this restaurant! LOL!

Had lunch here a few days ago as recommended by the sales girl from Lululemon. Great spot! Came in at about 130pm for lunch- it wasn't busy at all so we got our pick of seats. The restaurant is pretty big, there's some seating outside, and around the other side of the bar. The service was friendly and quick, and the tables large. Had the lost in thyme cocktail - delicious. For the meal, I ordered the Power Salad, which was perfectly balanced and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. My husband got the lamb gyro which he enjoyed. It looks rather unassuming from the outside, right next to Gorsuch. I would definitely recommend Fall Line for a lighter meal at a chic restaurant.

Atmosphere was nice and pleasant. The food was absolutely amazing. Presentation to taste blew us away. Staff were friendly and easy going. We were able to get in earlier than our reservations. Highly recommend this place. It was our Vail favorite

Great casual spot in Vail. It was a beautiful sunny day so me and my bf stopped in for a cocktail and snack around 2pm. We sat on their cute little patio and had an aperol spritz and rose. Both were great. We also had the Ceasar salad and the truffle fries. The fries were so good! The ceasar was also good but the dressing was lacking a little bit in "ceasar" flavor. Our server was so great- very prompt and had the best attitude. Overall this is a very nice little spot and I'd definitely go again to try some more things on the menu!

I stopped at Fall Line for lunch with some friends and had a great time. The staff were nice and so many items on the menu looked very appealing. I ended up getting the "SHORT RIB BURGER" and enjoyed it. I felt that it was a good size for lunch. I also tried a bit of the "GRILLED CHEESE & SOUP" which also tasted great. I don't think you could go wrong with either choice. I recommend stopping by Fall Line with friends or family for a nice casual meal.

I loved most of our food and the ambiance of Fall Line. I love the location in the village. The service was above and beyond. We got shrimp tempura and a charcuterie board for appetizers. My boyfriend ordered the elk tenderloin with blue cheese and sautéed onions and a side of mashed potatoes. I had the farmers risotto, which was the only thing I found not very impressive. It was relatively bland but had a nice texture.

We had no idea what to expect as the concierge of our hotel made our reservations a week ahead of time. We went around 5:30 PM and were seated on a balcony overlooking Bridge street. We knew it would be a fancy people-watching place, but it really was the best spot in town. We could hear the live musician from the Mexican place across the street who is singing some nice Neil Young . It was not crowded of course because it was 530. I think there were just a few other couples. The vibe is casual or swanky. Whatever you are wearing it will be great, but you will know you are dining in a fine establishment. Our server was David and I really liked his demeanor. He was quiet & gentle. He talked to us about his house and his wife, etc. He's a gentleman wanting to make sure his patrons were happy. He called us by name. He reviewed all of the appetizers, wine, and food items-- going into great detail--but we did not feel any pressure. We ordered a bread plate, which was pretty good. Two of the three breads were great, but one (brioche) was lacking. They had a menu with discounted wines as they were moving into a new season. The one we got was very good. For appetizers, my husband ordered the arugula salad and I ordered the tomato basil soup. The bowl of soup was so big that I couldn't even begin to eat it , so my husband finished it off. It was delicious. We both had the deconstructed pork chops. I wanted mine well done, although I think in retrospect, I would get the medium temperature. Part of the pork chop was served on bone and part of it was thinly sliced and presented professionally on a bed of polenta. I wanted much more of that polenta! The portions were huge. Neither of us could finish half of our portion so we each brought half home for tomorrow night's dinner. We skipped on the desert, but we were treated to a chocolate truffle anyway. We were very happy with our decision to dine here!

We got to dine at Fall Line while skiing. It was the perfect restaurant to go to later in the evening. We shared the fennel salad. Which is fresh and crispy, very citrus forward. I had the pork chop while my husband has the New York Strip! The pork chop was so delicious from the way it was cooked to plated. Each bite capture all of the flavors. My husband loves his NY strip cooked perfectly. We shared the max and cheese which was out of this world. Not to soupy, full of flavor. Dessert sounded amazing but we were stuffed.

Gera was the best server to the best food I've had in my entire life. Not only was every bite spot on, but the service exceeded all expectations. We felt like the only guests in a full reasturant. My espresso martini was top tier along side my filet mignon paired with mushrooms. Gera- you made our night.

Terrific spot in Vail Village. Great food, location, staff, bar. Highly recommend. Part of the Gorsuch building.

While overpriced and underwhelming, the food wasn't bad and likely would've just not left a rating. This rating unfortunately, falls fully on the service experience. Sat at 6:30pm on a Monday, with only a few other tables seated (social distancing intact at this point). It took until after 7pm to get the drink we ordered and we also ordered a soup since we were cold (the porch doors were wide open and most seated people indoors had their jackets on as it was sub-55 degrees). The soup never came, we couldn't flag down our waiter and by the time we had the chance to even point this out (7:30pm now), he said he was on it, but by the time it came, the main course showed up just seconds after. Kind of ruined the point of having a warm soup as an appetizer. Towards the latter half of our meal, we had other tables seated shoulder length from us, not abiding by anything close to social distancing guidelines. Overall, we spent more time sitting waiting and looking to flag down our waiter than we did enjoying the experience. Drinks shouldn't take 30 minutes and apps shouldn't come out when the main course does. For $150 for two, I'd expect a dining experience where you don't have to worry about finding your waiter or getting Covid.

    Hand cut french fries. Yum.

So as we were exploring Vail Village we came across this restaurant called fall line. It's right on a crossroad with a lot of good people watching on the outside. The restaurant is very fresh and elegant with a full bar and indoor and outdoor seating. Their cocktails are amazing and the french fries are cut by hand. So if you're looking for a place for a drink or even dinner we would definitely recommend stopping by. The service is excellent as well.

    Duck ramen
    Allen Y.

The saffrons mussels are delicious and smells amazing. It is a recommended appetizer if you like olives. I was disappointed in the duck ramen. The noodles were undercooked and chewy, soup was too salty, wasabi peas seemed out of place, and the raw mushrooms were unflavorful. Not to mention the small size portion that definitely does not warrant the $30 price tag.

Burrata Panzanella Salad. Ah-mazing. Every component is well thought out and equally delicious.

Atmosphere This spot has a cool, welcoming vibe that feels very safe. It's the kind of environment where you can really settle in and enjoy the company you're with. The Drinks I ordered the Sangre del Sol. The flavor was amazing, though be warned it is very strong! It's an excellent choice if you enjoy a cocktail with a serious kick, but I ended up letting my friend finish mine after a few sips. Overall Experience I highly recommend Root & Flower for a beautiful setting and top-tier service. Pro Tip: A huge bonus for this location is the parking! You can park for free after 3 PM at the S. We walked in and it appeared to be a quiet night, we could see the bar was pretty empty. The hostess asked if we were staying at the hotel and we said no, we were dropping by for cocktails and wished to sit outside. She told us we could sit inside at a couch area by the entrance. One of our friends walked through the bar and noticed the fire pit seating areas were available and asked a server if we could sit there instead. She looked at us and said she would have to ask the hostess if any were available. Clearly they were and they didn't want our group sitting there for some reason. The bar was practically empty so not sure what the issue would be, perhaps it was because we were not hotel guests. After not getting back to us we just sat ourselves outside. Our server was Nivas. Nivas was not overly friendly but she was attentive. We ordered a couple rounds of cocktails. They were pricy but good. The fire pit tables are very nice. Such a relaxing but chic spot to enjoy a meal after being out in the mountains. Our waitress was not overbearing and gave us enough time between bites to take it all in. She also made sure we got the full experience with the hot chocolate to marvel at its glory! The food was excellent, but the butternut squash soup was truly outstanding. It had a beautiful natural sweetness with a subtle hint of apple that made the flavor feel layered and comforting, and the pepitas added the perfect little crunch. It was one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. We also ordered the hummus, which tasted incredibly fresh and crisp, light, bright, and perfectly refreshing alongside the richer dishes. But the real star of the experience was the hot chocolate. It was absolutely decadent and comforting, easily one of the best cups of hot chocolate I've ever had. Rich, smooth, and the perfect treat in a snowy Vail setting. Overall, Remedy Bar delivers a beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, and a cozy mountain-luxury experience. I would absolutely recommend stopping in if you're visiting Vail.
