This was the most affordable company I could find, customer service was good, although the company/people who tented my house made lots of holes throughout my front and back yards; and in some areas where I had grass so this was not very good. When it was time to refill them once the tent came down, I had to remind the crew to refill them and even then some holes where still not filled. I also have to add that an area of grass in my backyard was damaged by the poison cuz it was covered by the tent, I don't know why they did that. read more

Once repairs began, additional work was identified that had not been noted by inspector however Nadia provided a fair price for the additional, unexpected work. Last year, I was looking for a termite company since I bought now my 1-year old mobile home on April 2013. A termite inspector came to inspect the home before moving in. He found termites (subteranian). I spoke to Nadia and paid $495 for the spraying. On the day of the spray, I arrived 15 minutes late. The guy said it's been done. On January 2014, I utilize Enterprise Termite and Control for roaches. The tech did a free consultation on termite inspection. He found a lot of termites grinding on the wood and a lot of them. I had to pay $395 for him to spray it. A week later he came by and the termites were dead after doing the three months roach spray in April. There was a lot of wooden blocks left behind. I called Nadia about this. They have the 1-year warranty. How will I ever known if the guy ever did spray? He said he did indeed sprayed, but Enterprise tech said there a lot of termites. This company is out of Los Alamitos for Enterprise. read more

We needed to get our house fumigated because we are planning on selling the house soon and noticed droppings before but never really paid attention to it until now. Our inspection was free and what is worst is that they came on time and I was running about 20 minutes late... they were extremely nice about it which I liked. I would never recommend this company. Not only were they unprofessional and aggressive (as you can see from the multitude of complaints from other people on here), they are also dishonest. We called to cancel an appointment over the phone, and informed them that our buyer requested a second opinion so we no longer needed the scheduled service. We asked if we needed a confirmation email, or verifying number for the cancelation, and we were told no. They then still showed up to our home while we were out of town and performed the perviously canceled services. We did not sign the authorization form for the services they proposed. The performance of the services was due to their miscommunication/lack of communication internally. They then threatened to place a lien on our home while we were trying to close escrow and demanded that we pay for the services we had canceled. They stated that it was "our word against theirs" and claimed we had no proof, even though we explained to them that we had a documented timeline corroborating our cancelation with time stamped conversations (texts) to our Realtor asking us to cancel, followed by a phone call logged to their company, and finalized with a text to our Realtor confirming we canceled. I asked to speak to the manager in hopes of resolving the issue and to explain that we had the cancelation documented, and from the moment Nadia answered it was clear that she had zero intention of resolving this dispute based on the fact that we had proof that we made the phone calls. It is evident, based on the other reviews on here and our personal experience, that they have made a habit/business out of mishandling their business practices and then cornering their customers by threatening them until they pay for work that is not approved, misleading, or subpar. They have zero customer care, they are dishonest, and they are unprofessional. read more

We had to cancel my appointment inspection, because my kids doctor (who happens to be the Dept Head of Pediatrics at Kaiser) called me, and said she needed to see my kidlet that same morning. We had been waiting for 2 months to see this doctor, and when my husband tried to explain that to the immature female that answers the phone at this company she immediately gave him attitude, and said SHE would call us back to reschedule... we gave her the benefit of doubt, and waited.... its been a month. I gave a couple of different places a call through my search on Google and my first encounter over the phone with Exxel was by far the best. They are super friendly and honest.
