I found All City Animal Trapping on yelp and they have great reviews so gave them a call at 8 pm and got a call back less than 10 minutes later. I was able to set up a visit for the next day and Pete came out. He did a thorough examine doors and outside and determined it to be rats which literally was worse than raccoons. The last thing I wanted was for the rats to come inside to our living areas. Pete set some traps and then sent me some information for which package deal I wanted. I really think their pricing is competitive and they are honest. After I signed the necessary paperwork Jorge and Braeden were put a couple of days later to seal up all the potential entry points and place more traps. They returned about every 4 days for three more visits and on the last day Jorge sprayed a disinfectant. So it seems like these guys sealed the entry points while the rats were out because I didn't hear any more noise, the traps were empty and no more new droppings noted in the attic and outside. Pete, Jorge and Braeden were punctual and professional. Nice guys who take their job seriously. Now while I hope I don't need them again in the future but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call All City Animal Trapping if we get more unexpected visitors.

I wanted to write this review because Leo has come out twice the first day to set the traps and today to get a few of the animals. I let him know the day prior the skunk sprayed when it was picked up and really got into our house so today he used a tarp and trash and picked up two and they didn't spray! I was so impressed and happy I didn't have to be in a skunky house again today. Leo is professional and a bit of a rockstar for the removal today. Thanks Leo!

I did not want to harm them in anyway and through reserach I found out almost all trappers dispose of the animals.....heartbreaking. I also realized after they were old enough to walk it was time to send them on their way as they always have a backup den close by. The day I called Peter came right out that day and sprayed the horrible male hormone and it got her attention but she was stubborn and Peter left on vacation so then Leo took over.He went back under and sprayed this time took a video of her with her babies and we had to do 4 attempts total to get her to leave, the last night he sprayed for the last time was a little sad I have to say as she pushed the adorable babies out the opening....as they left a coyote showed up and I had to scare him off several times she grab the little ones and pulled them up the tress ...she totally knew how to handle the situation and so did all city....wont hesitate to call on them when needed again!

Fire department unfortunately cannot relocate the snake, and Animal Control can only relocate the snake to another spot on the property - which is obviously not helpful.
