As an animal lover, I was looking for a company that would humanely capture and relocate these guys. Matt answered my call right away and got someone out within a few hours! What we initially thought was 3 skunks, turned to be at least 6. Shad came by and placed traps for us (shout out to Shad!) and we caught one the next evening. I called the next morning and Mike came by to remove skunk #1. Later that evening we caught another, and shad came the next morning. Last evening, we caught 3!!! And back came Shad. Once we get all of them out, we are going to demolish the shed where they have been nesting. Luckily breeding season just ended so we're hopeful none return until next year. I found All City Animal Trapping on yelp and they have great reviews so gave them a call at 8 pm and got a call back less than 10 minutes later. I was able to set up a visit for the next day and Pete came out. He did a thorough examine doors and outside and determined it to be rats which literally was worse than raccoons. The last thing I wanted was for the rats to come inside to our living areas. Pete set some traps and then sent me some information for which package deal I wanted. I really think their pricing is competitive and they are honest. After I signed the necessary paperwork Jorge and Braeden were put a couple of days later to seal up all the potential entry points and place more traps. They returned about every 4 days for three more visits and on the last day Jorge sprayed a disinfectant. So it seems like these guys sealed the entry points while the rats were out because I didn't hear any more noise, the traps were empty and no more new droppings noted in the attic and outside. Pete, Jorge and Braeden were punctual and professional. Nice guys who take their job seriously. Now while I hope I don't need them again in the future but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call All City Animal Trapping if we get more unexpected visitors.

They stated they could asses the project and there would be a 150 fee (which they will apply toward initial fee IF you decide to use them or non refundable if you go another direction. I mentioned the difficulty accessing the spot and I also asked if they be able to seal the entries to ensure the bees can't come back in. They texted me they could do this. Tech comes out and the price range triples and was told you can't seal the entrances. I contacted them to express my concern and share my feedback before posting this review. I am typically skeptical about places that ask for a non refundable assessment fee and sorry I didn't go with my gut. They get you either way. You get a price gauge or you're out 150 if you go elsewhere (clever grift). I went elsewhere and will eat my loss. Flip side, I'll be paying half the cost of what I was quoted here and those holes will be sealed to prevent re-entry.

The swallows were dropping bird excrement on the patio deck and outside lighting. Tri County came out quickly and assessed the situation in June, and provided several options for removal, clean-up, and prevention of further nesting. Since we were unable to remove the nests until they were completely empty in October, with a simple call and Tri County Trappers completed the removal and sterilized all affected surfaces.
