I found All City Animal Trapping on yelp and they have great reviews so gave them a call at 8 pm and got a call back less than 10 minutes later. I was able to set up a visit for the next day and Pete came out. He did a thorough examine doors and outside and determined it to be rats which literally was worse than raccoons. The last thing I wanted was for the rats to come inside to our living areas. Pete set some traps and then sent me some information for which package deal I wanted. I really think their pricing is competitive and they are honest. After I signed the necessary paperwork Jorge and Braeden were put a couple of days later to seal up all the potential entry points and place more traps. They returned about every 4 days for three more visits and on the last day Jorge sprayed a disinfectant. So it seems like these guys sealed the entry points while the rats were out because I didn't hear any more noise, the traps were empty and no more new droppings noted in the attic and outside. Pete, Jorge and Braeden were punctual and professional. Nice guys who take their job seriously. Now while I hope I don't need them again in the future but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to call All City Animal Trapping if we get more unexpected visitors.

I let him know the day prior the skunk sprayed when it was picked up and really got into our house so today he used a tarp and trash and picked up two and they didn't spray! While there was some communication issues initially with the dispatch/reception, when their worker Yobani came he was very helpful and explanatory. We discovered that the skunks were coming from a small hole in our fence and likely had a den there so we opted to repair the fence and forgo trapping. They explained everything in as much detail as I wanted and answered all of my questions. They checked up with me everyday and needed to come out twice: once for an opossum and once for a racoon. They provided suggestions for entry points around the house. Very importantly, once it was called all clear for animals, Ben went under the house and thoroughly checked it all out so that I could close up the vent that was completely pulled out of the opening. Hopefully I will not have to use their services again, but it is very nice knowing that Animal Capture is there.
