He thoroughly checked my house and kept me in the loop about all the issues and areas needing attention. He sent lots of pictures and explained everything very clearly. I opted for patching, dead rat extraction, sanitation, and trapping. He quickly went to work the same day and I was very impressed with his work. Luis and Mike were wonderful to work with. We found them thru the yelp projects and they were one of the first companies to reach out. They communicated well, were prompt with arriving to locations, and prices felt fair. We were having issues with wood beetles in 2 different places. Not only were they able to provide a free inspection, but they were also able to provide me a proposal right on the spot, along with a warranty should we continue to have issues which provides a better peace of mind when dealing with pests. Mike and other companies came quickly to the location for free inspection, we finally chosen Zeal, Mike is nice and works professional, he checked all the possible places, inside the house and the fascia boards, gutter trims and tails, and also the attic, they suggest to fumigate the entire house, and replace all the termite woods, totally 8-9 pieces, they did the all the replacement before fumigation and paint them all, they also clean the attic rodents , I'm happy with their service and the cost! I Highly recommend Zeal Pest Management for rodent removal that he did at my home The rodents were damaging my washing machine and the service man told me that he will not come back until I hire a rodent exterminator and get rid of those rodents. When I contacted him on Yelp, Luis gave me what steps he will apply to start getting rid of them. He came right away to do overall inspection of my whole house and I ask him how much I pay for the inspection, and he said it is free. So, I said come as soon as possible. And all the work he done after we agreed on the cost of getting the job done made me so happy. My service man approved of the work that Luis had done and came back to fix my brand-new washing and I started using my washing machine. The cost to fix my washing machine is covered by the Whirlpool Company warranty. Now I am so relaxed, no worry about the rodents damaging my washing machine again Thanks to Zeal Pest Management and Luis the owner who did all the work.
