The issue was when trying to reschedule the lady at the office is extremely rude and disrespectful. She is horrific at returning calls or working with you if you need anything. Overall they were great but she made it impossible to continue to work with them. read more

I was to be the client, I was to pay for the service - not my FIL. My FIL only recommended your service based on his friend, a commercial real estate owner who previously used your service. You knew your employee mishandled the appointment not only once but twice. I asked your CS to please not send the same employee out again. However, you did anyways. Each time he was disinterested in checking anything in the house and he did not want to check out our attic. When I asked him how can we know if you can or can not implement a service if it isn't checked it out - he replied rudely. You didn't work it out with me but when I told you that I will let my FIL know how the situation was handled you INSTANTLY called my a 91-year-old FIL (again, I was 61 at the time) to try to cover yourself from the mishandling the service getting to my FIL's friend. We all thought it was odd way to try to handle such a situation. read more

DON'T SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE! A-1 is the absolute best. Their tenting prices are flat out unbeatable. Customer service is amazing. I received quotes to replace a ton of wood rot and termite damaged wood. A-1 was by far the best priced and they treated the areas until I book my tenting service. Work quality and speed was insane. I was referred to A 1 by my painter since my painter did work with them and this is one of the best priced tent companies that does in house tent work. Roberto came out and did a very therough termite inspection. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and he was 1.5 hours late to his appointment. Then Roberto told me his fumigation price is $1914, so I asked the office to give me their availability to proceed with the work. I wasn't provided with the availability. I was told by the office lady Liliana that the office would not honor the yelp discount of $100. I said, this isn't right. I was quoted 1914 and i'm gawking you to honor the $100. She refused and she said she has already given me $100 off. I said your invoice is $2014 minus $100, not $1914 minus $100. Then after 3 rounds of interactions, she still wouldn't honor the $100 off. At one time, she said she would honor it, but she would have to charge me credit card fees 3%. I told her, your yelp page says you accept credit card. It spurred several rounds of arguments and i started to feel uncomfortable. I asked her management to give me a call back and her manager never did. Finally, she came back to me and told me they would offer the $100 off. So i'm about to proceed with the order. She told me I have to let my short term guests sign off the form. I told her I would be the guy who signs off all paperwork. please advise your availability. she insist that I have to have my guests sign off the paperwork. I said, no, my place will be vacant at the termite dates. just tell me a schedule. To be honest, the Liliana is the whole source of pain of the entire thing. Roberto did a good job, and their price is very good, and all the communication with liliana messed up the 80% good work of the company. By going back and forth so many times and so painful with liliana, I finally decided to give up on the company. It's a pity. read more

I had my home fumigated and noticed many pests around the house after fumigation. Frank and Jon came out for the pest spray for the interior and exterior and they were sooo nice! I had a furniture delivery and they waited until the furniture was delivered and assembled before they came inside the house to spray. Within the past (Covid) year I have a been doing some work around the house. A couple weeks ago some problems became evident and I contacted Connie. (Sorry if I interrupted your lunch). :) Matt came out today and quickly and efficiently took care of my concerns. A-Bonded is a family owned business that does complete termite control. A lot of companies merely are people that "quote" a job and then sub-contract to one of the tenting companies. A-1 does it all. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

Termites suck. We've had two properties in the past 4 months that needed tenting and A-1 Bonded was able to come out, quote the jobs out and start tenting within a few days. Searched Yelp and found three companies with 4+ stars for quotes. One company found multiple spots in the attic and outside and suggested fumigation, another company also found multiple spots in the attic and outside and can do local treatment but the price is similar to fumigation. A-1 bounded did a thorough inspection and found multiple wood damage spots outside the house and one inside. Went to the attic and found no new damage. We were told the wood damage found in the attic by the other companies all have old dates marked on the wood, meaning they have been treated previously. The quote was very reasonable and the technitians are very professional and courteous. strongly recommend. read more

I called for service to rid house of rats in garage and attic. Service man came out walked inside and outside house to see where rats were entering. Tells us he has to give info to office for a quote on cost and will call us back in a couple hours. We finally had to call him only for him to say, he can't do the job because they can't guarantee the job, do to our garage door being open. Excuse me, it was opened for him to check for rodents and when we do laundry. Think twice before you decide to go with this company. I specifically asked if they remove rats from attic, yes they do, so what does my garage door have to do with it. I wish I could give A-1 Bonded ten stars because they deserve all of them. I contacted four termite companies before deciding on A-1 Bonded. Geoff, the owner, came out and did the initial inspection, which was very thorough. Their pricing was very reasonable and they have an in-house wood replacement crew, we had a lot of wood to replace, which made it easier instead of having to find another company. Signed the contract and I started panicking about what I needed to do to prepare for tenting. Called the office and spoke to Gina, who was so nice and guided me through the process, and welcomed my several calls with additional questions. She is the best! The wood replacement crew, Matt, Eddie, Andrew & Conner showed up on time each day and were very meticulous to make sure when they left, there were no nails, dirt, sawdust, etc. In addition, the most polite gentlemen. Conner even caught a lizard for me in the garage! LOL I can't say enough good things about this company. They are a true honest, respectable, reasonable termite company. Everyone at A-1 bonded Termite was amazing, but especially Geoff. I had concrete being poured on a Monday and I missed their call on Friday for them to come and spray before the concrete was poured. I left frantic voice, text, and email messages hoping that someone would get them and reach out to me over the weekend or possibly very early Monday morning. Apparently all the concrete trucks, workers, and equipment were arriving at 6am and could not be pushed back even by an hour. Geoff happened to be in the office on Sunday, got my message, called me, and came over and sprayed for me right then and there.
