I had pest control service done in my apartment while I was away on a trip, and I'm happy to say their treatment worked wonders. Before the service, I was dealing with a pretty bad bug problem, so I wasn't expecting overnight perfection. About a week after the treatment, I noticed one or two bugs, but they were barely moving and clearly affected by the service. Considering how severe the issue was beforehand, that was a huge improvement. At that point, a simple safe indoor bug spray was enough for extra peace of mind. Overall, my home has felt much cleaner, more comfortable, and pest-free thanks to Pest Solutions Termite & Pest Control. I really appreciate their work and would definitely recommend them read more

I needed some assistance with fleas in my house and around my property. Since I don't have pets, this was quite a nuisance. I called for assistance and was promptly offered an array of services. On the day of service, Richard arrived and put my worries at ease. He answered all my questions and thoroughly serviced my home. I greatly appreciate the great customer service in addition to the resolution of my flea issues. read more

Today we got serviced and the guy named Richard was supper Informative about the products and services being used. He explained everything thoroughly and was understanding on the type of products we only wanted to use since I'm 9 months pregnant and we want to be cautious with everything that's being used in our home and he was very educated and got his job done and he was also very professional and he explained the process of how everything was going to be done. We appreciate the service and now feel better and more comfortable in our new home now. The prices was reasonable and the service was great thank you once again ! read more

Rich (Reshad Qudoos) was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend him (and this company).

very good service , got rid of my rats , and wood termites!!! no complaints and great service for great price!

We had a very serious ant problem (they were "marching" along the top of the walls in the Living Room!) that our long-time pest service was not able to eliminate. They had used some type of sticky bait along the path of travel, but all this accomplished was attracting more ants. They don't call it "bait' for nothing. At wits end, I remembered a company I had used years before for termite fumigation and called them; enter Pest Solutions. I spoke with Susan and she was able to schedule an inspection for the following day with Robert. After observing the activity in the living Room and then walking the exterior of the premises, he was able to determine that there was an ant colony living along the foundation and that they were coming up under the house and through the chimney shaft. His "pest solution" was to treat the ant colony with an eco-friendly product (we have pets and are concerned with plant health) that was sprayed along the exterior wall and then another eco-friendly product which was applied along the top of the Living Room wall. It should be noted that when they did the work in the living room, they wore shoe covers, covered the furniture with plastic and used ladders that had the bottoms covered to protect our floors. Long story short; the ants were eliminated and we now have a professional and diligent service provider. Pest Solutions is now at our property the third Wednesday of every month, We receive a call the day before to confirm the service and to advise the 2 hour window of when they will arrive. Our technician Jorge, is a pleasure to work with and does a walk through each visit before applying the eco-friendly spray to the perimeter of the house , which has kept the ant activity under control these past ten months. Finally, Pest Solutions is the only call needed for our pest problems which have ranged from a wasp nest under the eaves of a guest room to signs of rat activity by the pool. Thank you to Susan and her team! read more

Two parts to this review. 1. When i called the first time, the manager was so honest. I told her I had pantry moths, and she gave me instructions over the phone about how to try to take care of them myself, so that i may avoid having to hire anyone. She said "We can come, but you should try this first because it may be enough", She could have easily taken advantage of me and sent someone but she was honest enough to try to save me unnecessary costs. 2. My efforts did not work:( So i called back and Reshad was sent. He was on time and very, very nice. He sprayed a thin dust and laid a special kind of trap in all over two rooms. I have yet to see if it fixes the problem, but they will be coming again in two weeks for a "touch up". I highly recommend this company because of their professionalism but also because of their integrity and honesty, which is hard to find these days. read more

Response for quote was fast. Called business and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Brenda answered questions and was. very knowledgeable about procedures. Super professional, respectful, and courteous. As luck would have it, Susan, the owner, came to give me quote. Lovely and kind. After services were rendered, had some questions/concerns and they came back to service house. Richard, one of their reps, performed heat treatment. He texted me during the day to give me updates. Nothing, absolutely nothing, negative to say about them. Susan is super responsive to needs of clients. It also helped that I was super close to them. They were super accommodating to my schedule. Excellent!!! read more

Pest Solutions Termite and Pest Control treated my garage and tented my house back in June, I could not be happier with their services. The day I called for a quote, they had their staff come out and do an inspection. They explained everything and the two who came to the house were very friendly and nice. My husband and I are very satisfied with the quality of their work and how quickly they got the house tented for us. They even sent someone to pick up the payment, so I didn't have to go to their office. Thank you Pest Solution!!! read more

There's good customer service for the sake of providing good customer service, and then there's good customer service because they want a positive review on Yelp. The latter is just fine, but the former will always win me over. This company definitely belongs in the first category. I am in the process of buying a home, and received the pest/termite report from Pest Solutions done on behalf of the seller (read: I am NOT the client/customer). However, I called them anyway to talk about my concerns, and Mike (the owner) took quite a bit of time to make sure all my concerns were addressed, and not in a hurried "you're-not-even-my-friggin-customer" attitude. In fact, there was nothing but patience on his part as I went through my list of questions. Mike walked me through the report item by item, telling me what has been treated and what else needs to be done. He definitely put me at ease with some of my concerns, and explained their treatment warranties as well. As you can see from their minimal Yelp presence (this is their 2nd review), they're probably not even aware they have a Yelp page. Thus, the excellent customer service Mike provided to me today was clearly out of good character, and he was not in any way shooting for a 5-star review. This is good old-fashioned customer service, folks, and I would highly recommend this company. read more

Pest Solutions provided pest control for my office for years and they've always been very helpful and solution oriented. Anytime we had issues with ants or small rodents in our parking lot they were able to get to the source and help us get rid of the problem. They generally came same day or next day when we needed help. Thank you Pest Solutions! read more

It's very rare to find a business who specializes in great customer care. I had their termite service performed and was amazed at the step by step explanation of what was expected. From the moment Richard came over to inspect my bed bug problem... I knew I found the right company to solve the problem. After doing a thorough inspection. I got all the info I needed about doing a heating treatment.. and believe me.. I researched this bs about bed bugs solutions for over a month. It's not as cheap as just a chemical treatment.. But since they do both heat and chemical at the same time. Let's just say I'm glad I went with them. I haven't seen a bedbug in over a week and a half. Finally got the first good night sleep in month... Save yourself time and money and get it done right the first time... read more

My company recently has been having problems with fleas so my manager asked that I get a few pest control companies to come to our office and see how we can control the issue. I found Pest Solutions from Yelp and decided to give them a call based on the positive reviews. The lady on the phone seemed ok but I had to repeat some of my information several times to her. My appointment with this company was on 6/2/2017 in the morning. The two women that came seemed very unprofessional and awkward. I had to initiate the conversation because they stood in front of my desk, quiet and unsure on what to say. Very unprofessional. After being here for a few minutes, they said they would be sending me a quote shortly. Tell me why it took them days for them to send me anything. I barely got their quote today (6/7/2017) by email with a bogus fee on it that I have no idea what it's for. It shouldn't take DAYS to get a quote from any company. I've had several other pest companies come in and give me a quote on the spot. I'm just glad my company will be not be hiring this company for our flea problem. read more

I had a flea problem, I called SEVERAL different companies to try to get an estimate and no company was able to provide me with a quote over the phone until I called Pest Solutions. I spoke with Kathleen and she set up an appointment for that same Saturday. Richard came out and was friendly and professional, we even signed up for quarterly pest control service so that we would never have to deal with this nightmare again. Affordable and efficient. Beware of this company at costs. Mike overcharged me $600 dollars for a referral to another company he subcontracts to. He did not tell me that the service is only $500 dollars but lied and told me it was$ 1100- I would not trust these people with my home or money. read more

Fast , Reliable and Economic prices. Great for my property. I would use them again and recommend them.

I want to really thank Susan and her staff for providing amazing customer service. We were at the tail end of our refi when we were asked for a new termite report. We literally had 3 days to get Pest Solutions to come out and re-evaluate our home. I expressed the situation we were in and Susan immediately stepped into action and sent someone over the very Next day. She personally comes to inspect the work and makes sure that things are done correctly specially since loan companies at times can be difficult to deal with. I had my new report that same day emailed over to loan company and voila...we closed that same day! Thanks Pest Solutions...you really came through. read more

I went through three different pest control companies before discovering Pest Solutions and my only regret is not finding them sooner. From the moment I spoke with Kathleen on the phone you could tell that they were very knowledgeable, accommodating & a step above the rest. My mom has been dealing with bed bugs for the past 8 months & I scheduled a bed bug inspection for them to access our situation. Not only did they come the same day, I was able to schedule a bed bug heat treatment for that same weekend!!!! It has now been four months since the heat and follow up treatment that my mom has been bite and bed bug free. Thank you Richard and Kathleen for FINALLY solving our issue. Bed bugs are Satan's children. You don't want to deal with them. Chad helped my wife and I get through it. He was polite, understanding, helpful and de-stressing from start to finish. He arranged Vikane fumigation of our belongings, and inspected our cars and bedroom for a fair price. He did more for us than he had to so that we'd have some peace of mind. That last word is important. Forget the mattress, bed bugs get into your mind. Someone friendly like Chad helps you reclaim your sanity. read more

Our HOA has relied on Pest Solutions for our termite control and related wood repairs for several years. They come by every year to see if we need any touch-ups, and make sure anything needed gets done right away. We received truly outstanding customer service from Susan Marquez for a recent carpentry repair of dry rot damage to our aging windowsills and other wood. The guys did a professional job that looked great, they cleaned up perfectly, and went out of their way to solve immediately any little glitches that arose. Then, although they had gone on to a job in a different geographical area, they immediately accommodated my request for a different stain on a repair in my unit, and came back within a day to re-stain it. Having lived all over the country, nothing freaks me out more than roaches. So when I saw not one, but a few, every day for a week or so, I knew we had a problem. My landlords weren't convinced, but I started calling around. Susan and her daughter were great. They answered all my anxious questions (and continued to do so after the treatment was done!) and did the job quickly and affectively. It's now 3 months later and we haven't seen a single bug.
