Jeff performed our quote and saw the process through. We had other quotes and no others compared to the level of detail we received from Admiral. Jeff was so thorough that when we got the other quotes, closing Admiral was a no brainer. From beginning to end, it was a smooth experience. The office is efficient and schedules the inspection right away with quick and clear follow through for next steps and a quote. Before we even picked a date, Ashley sent over what we would have to prep in advance of our service. This helped determine when we would schedule the tenting. Juan and Lao were great! Professional, thorough and timely. Never rushing to complete the work, rather worked pretty fast because they knew what they were doing. read more

We needed spider control stat...I was killing then removing so many black widows it got out of control, so I went onto Yelp and found Admiral and called and talked to Joanna and organised a quarterly spider spray. Competitive rates, easy to organise online, and Aldo was there a few days later, making sure he took down webs, and sprayed the exterior like the pro he is. Very friendly and professional, knocked and discussed what needed to be done, sprayed outdoor furniture and garbage bins too, and did a good job. There were a few webs with eggs left, mainly underneath steps and on the garage door, but I'm sure he will get them next time. It is such a relief to know I don't have to do it myself as I'm terrified of spiders and they are biggies! So far so good with Admiral and Aldo. I will update if needed. Thank you Admiral for helping us get rid of those pesky critters :) read more

We're writing about David having come to do an inspection. We're in Palos Verdes. He just stood outside our gate, didn't even go into the garage, and told us that *we need to replace our garage door* in order to keep rodents out! This is one of the most outrageous things we've ever heard. We have rarely had a rodent issue. When we have, it's been solved by basic methods. This garage door is vintage to this 1950s home and we've lived here for close to 20 years. Rodents could possibly get in via that door -- but to say straightaway that we need to get a new garage door in order to really solve the problem?! To not ask questions or even go into the garage? We're not overrun by rodents! We have seen and heard two mice recently and wanted to get on top of things right away. Luckily, we have three other companies coming to give us estimates. read more

I ended up using Admiral for the repairs and tenting, and things went fairly smoothly. Anytime there is work involving so many people, there are bound to be some hiccups, but most of the staff at Admiral handled everything pretty well. I ended up meeting several of the admin team (Justin, Joanna - or it may have been Ashley? and Mercedes) and all of them were great to deal with on the phone and in person. My issue was resolved as best as it could be, and I appreciate the time Admiral spent making sure I was satisfied. read more

We welcome David every year and appreciate the thorough, detailed, professional job he does!

I highly recommend Admiral Pest Control. We have had signs of termites for a few years and I was hesitant to treat. I was worried about the whole process, but couldn't put it off any longer. Jeff was so kind and helpful and explained the whole process very thoroughly. The team that completed the process were also very professional. Thank you for a job well done! read more

They (Mario and Alex) made numerous and strong indentations all around our windows -- most of which are in good condition -- during a "free inspection". These will now cost me a lot of time and money to repair where no repairs were necessary. We spoke before he began the inspection and he ensured me damage would not occur unless they're was termite damage and the wood wasn't solid. There are so many dents made everywhere. I cannot recommend them and am very disappointed. Also I didn't appreciate the attitude and lack of care for our property. read more

Had our house tented with admiral during a weekend (Friday-Monday). The rep came a few weeks early to go over how to prepare for tenting. They provided us more than enough bags to secure our food items that I also bagged all our toiletries too just to be on the safe side. They set up the tent very quick, did a full walk through of the house to check for any unsecured items and then we were good to go. They called SoCal gas for us to have the gas turned off and told us when we could have it turned back on. We were back in our house Monday by noon. Overall a very smooth, easy experience. Have already recommended them to other friends. read more

We've been using Admiral for 5+ years and are very happy with our quarterly pest control tech. Our neighbor seems to be happy with them too! We recently had the house fumigated and work done in the attic. Juan was very patient and communicative with the weekly service. The sanitizing and insulating done by Eduardo & Salvador went smoothly. Everyone has been very professional and efficient. Justin was also very helpful and supportive through the whole process. We highly recommend this company to our family and friends. read more

Ryan arrived earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful! He did a very thorough job of getting all the spiderwebs away from my property, and then was very conscious about not spraying my windows which I had just cleaned. I would hire Admiral again without question. I give him a five star rating. This is the reason that I hired them in the first place, because I did a deep dive into there business. read more

Everyone I have encountered with the company has been fantastic. The lady in the office (Joann I think) has been prompt and efficient. Alex was timely, kind and disarming. A pleasure to have in my home. The pricing was transparent and they were NOT pushy at all. The service was completed today by Ronnie (and two other gentlemen) who was fantastic. He was patient, kind, informative and so relatable it helped an embarrassing situation so much better. Thank you for having such wonderful representatives for the company! read more

The previous owners of our home hired admiral to do some work. we were told we had a 1 year warranty on specific areas but that there were no termites in the areas they treated. we called another pest control company to fumigate our home and found dead termites in the areas Admiral "treated". would not recommend them to anyone read more

Ronnie patiently answered my questions and offered suggestions about preventing future ant invasions, our main problem. He worked efficiently the entire day, spraying, setting traps and assured me the ants would be gone within a couple of days at the most. Amazingly, in a few hours they began to disappear and were gone the next morning. He also surveyed our entire roof, attic, and the perimeter of the house for termite damage and possible rodent activity. Multiple rat traps were set inside and outside to be inspected in the near future. We highly recommend Ronnie for his professionalism and diligence!! read more

Cannot say enough about the service and professionalism from Admirals representative Justin who did the Termite Inspection to the Technician Lau who reported to treat the House for Subterranean Termites. Lau was punctual and reported within designated window of time. He was professional at explaining his procedure, the estimated treatment time and clearly explained his assessment post treatment. (Might I add ladies that he was well groomed and smelled great upon arrival, freshly showered! ) And both Justin and Lau's trucks were just spotless. It has been about 2 weeks and no sign of any termite dirt tunnels nor frass. Thank You Admiral for your service. read more

Admiral team Dustin and Justin stepped up to address termite damage in my Anaheim listing after a referral from another company. First estimate predicated on house tenting. Yikes. ID'd discrete areas of damage and replaced fascia and a porch beam, painted, did preventative spraying, and presented a reasonable invoice. Owner on site was impressed with the overall effort. read more

My mom has had Admiral Pest Control for years. Throughout the years, we've seen an increase in the yearly cost and a few changes on how things are addressed. But overall, the service has been reliable, efficient and worth the yearly charge to address the termite issues that we've encountered. During our yearly inspection, Steven was very personable and did a thorough inspection of the house which included the garage, the attic and underneath the house. Several issues were spotted and he quickly set up a follow-up appointment for the following week. Dustin arrived a week later and with some help and addressed the problem areas spotted by Steven. We appreciate the great customer service and efficiency in addressing our termite issues! read more

However, I had bad experiences with two different Pest Control companies in the past. Jeff came out and was professional, friendly, thorough, and provided overall excellent service! We had our home fumigated about six months later and everything went extremely well! Jeff came out today and provided outstanding service once again! We have consistently received great service from Admiral Pest Control and will continue using their services! read more

I couldn't use my backyard. We left a VM for Admiral Pest Control and received a call back before 8:30AM . By 11 AM Sabas arrived and inspected the area.
