We needed spider control stat...I was killing then removing so many black widows it got out of control, so I went onto Yelp and found Admiral and called and talked to Joanna and organised a quarterly spider spray. Competitive rates, easy to organise online, and Aldo was there a few days later, making sure he took down webs, and sprayed the exterior like the pro he is. Very friendly and professional, knocked and discussed what needed to be done, sprayed outdoor furniture and garbage bins too, and did a good job. There were a few webs with eggs left, mainly underneath steps and on the garage door, but I'm sure he will get them next time. It is such a relief to know I don't have to do it myself as I'm terrified of spiders and they are biggies! So far so good with Admiral and Aldo. I will update if needed. We're writing about David having come to do an inspection. We're in Palos Verdes. He just stood outside our gate, didn't even go into the garage, and told us that *we need to replace our garage door* in order to keep rodents out! This is one of the most outrageous things we've ever heard. We have rarely had a rodent issue. When we have, it's been solved by basic methods. This garage door is vintage to this 1950s home and we've lived here for close to 20 years. Rodents could possibly get in via that door -- but to say straightaway that we need to get a new garage door in order to really solve the problem?! To not ask questions or even go into the garage? We're not overrun by rodents! We have seen and heard two mice recently and wanted to get on top of things right away. Luckily, we have three other companies coming to give us estimates. read more

They (Mario and Alex) made numerous and strong indentations all around our windows -- most of which are in good condition -- during a "free inspection". These will now cost me a lot of time and money to repair where no repairs were necessary. We spoke before he began the inspection and he ensured me damage would not occur unless they're was termite damage and the wood wasn't solid. There are so many dents made everywhere. Had our house tented with admiral during a weekend (Friday-Monday). The rep came a few weeks early to go over how to prepare for tenting. They provided us more than enough bags to secure our food items that I also bagged all our toiletries too just to be on the safe side. They set up the tent very quick, did a full walk through of the house to check for any unsecured items and then we were good to go. They called SoCal gas for us to have the gas turned off and told us when we could have it turned back on. We were back in our house Monday by noon. Overall a very smooth, easy experience. Ronnie patiently answered my questions and offered suggestions about preventing future ant invasions, our main problem. He worked efficiently the entire day, spraying, setting traps and assured me the ants would be gone within a couple of days at the most. Amazingly, in a few hours they began to disappear and were gone the next morning. He also surveyed our entire roof, attic, and the perimeter of the house for termite damage and possible rodent activity. Hired Admiral Pest control for a mouse/rat problem. We tried to DIY, and realized quickly that it was not an easy task. Admiral sent over a consultant, Mario, who did a thorough analysis of interior and exterior for evidence of rodents and possible entry ways. He also answered any outstanding questions and concerns that we may have had. It was a great start! Once we received the proposal for the cost of labor... I'll admit, the ticket price was a shock, but the amount of work involved for the size of house we had, it was understandable. It had to be done. Yes! Discovered a large colony of Bees had developed outside my back door within a 24 hours period on Monday Evening. I couldn't use my backyard.We left a VM for Admiral Pest Control and received a call back before 8:30AM . By 11 AM Sabas arrived and inspected the area.
