I also liked the fact that they do not subcontract their fumigation services which all the other companies I got proposals from do. That was very important to me since there was no middle person that was involved if any termites return. I was dreading the cost and the inconvenience of how long I thought the tenting process would take...so I thought. When I called Speedy's Termite Control, I spoke with Robert. Immediately, I was put at ease. His passion for his work and his business was beyond evident. After receiving some preliminary information about my concern and the size of my houses (front house had termites and back house for precaution), he explained the tenting process from start to finish - he personally would make a visit to verify the termites and assess the damage, explained the gases that would be used and how they worked, his warranty, the length of time I would need to be out of the house, the process involving the gas company, and requirements for pre and post tenting which included how to protect my food. I had him come out for a routine termite inspection in July, and he actually found a mouse nest in my attic! He showed me what was going on and asked if I wanted them to take care of it. Since they've always done such a great job with termites, I decided to hire them for the mouse problem too. Ruben told me they'd have to use a big machine to suck out all the insulation with mouse droppings, clean out the attic, disinfect it, and then put in new insulation. On the first day, Ruben, Omar, and Jose spent six hours cleaning out the attic, setting traps, doing termite treatment, and sealing up holes in the attic and garage. They came back the next day, confirmed there were no new droppings, finished the cleaning, and put in the insulation. Ruben, Omar, and Jose did a fantastic job. They covered up the involved areas with plastic on walls and floor and cleaned them up when they were done for the day, and did the same thing the next day. They are very well experienced in what they are doing. They're all super friendly and answered all my questions. I'm really happy with all of them. Ruben set traps and bait boxes inside and outside my house. He's even coming back in two weeks to check the attic, and then again two weeks after that. Ruben said their work is guaranteed, so if they find new mouse evidence in the attic next year, they'll fix it for free. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the high quality of work from Ruben,Jose and Omar. It was a bit pricey, but totally worth it. I'd definitely hire No Nonsense again for their services.

With the recent hot weather, we had noticed an uptick in drywood termite activity around the house and decided it was time to take a more preventative approach, particularly with our attic. He was very quick but thorough. Danny was actually the 2nd person to inspect my home as it would be foolish to get only 1 quote/inspection. He found the entrance of where the rodents were entering where the 1st company missed it. He did not try to upsell me and gave me an honest answer that I would probably be able to plug the entrance myself. I waited over a week to publish this review. I've plugged the hole based on Danny's recommendation and have not heard any rodent in the wall since. If I do need termite or pest control again in the future, this is my go to company now.
