As soon as I loaded my unit the next month I got a letter in the mail that my price is going to more then double. I called and complained they took me back to the first price. A few months later I received another letter in the mail with the same more then double increase in rent. Called again and they said sorry can't do anything about it. This is a very convenient location, and the staff has usually been helpful. The facility is usually kept clean, and it feels safe overall. The drive up to your units on ground level is convenient compared to storage places that require elevators to reach units on different levels. The biggest concern is the large $$$ increases in rates that can occur, in order to match "market value" so If you get a great sign up rate, you can expect that your rate will increase dramatically. This time Eric was able to negotiate down my $60 rate increase. I appreciate his efforts. You do have to be proactive in order to keep your rates a bit more stable, even though there will be yearly (or more?) increases. read more

after readiing the review below im glad i listened to my gut. the manager eric wanted to know the value of the contents and told me i had to have my own insurance. If you have anything valuable please save yourself from renting here. Not only do the lockers get broken into but you can literally push them open with the locks still on and open them. It's absolutely ridiculous. Not only did mine get broken into twice but the cameras don't work most of the time or they are only live. Then when it's closing if you are inside the gates before the closing time then you can basically be in there for as long as you want. A lot of weird people like to hang out , watch you, even walk by to see what you are doing or bringing/taking. A lot of druggies so always be alert. Lastly they raise the rent when they feel like it. Even more then the listed price online or more then any storage companies in the area it's ridiculous. So please save your time , money and your valuables and go somewhere safe, with cameras where you know your things are safe. I got out thankfully but damage was already done and I will never get back everything that was taken or all the money I spent. Absolutely the worst place to rent from. read more

Upon leaving I have to take the time to acknowledge the fact they are working with me . Irene ( I believe that was her name?) in the office is trying to help me leave with no additional cost even tho with all this rain it's taking me a couple extra days. I appreciate it so much when business' today show actual customer service to their patrons. It goes a mighty long way with me. I've been with them for over 5 years now and my rent has increased upwards of 200$. I pay almost $400 a month, there's rats and rat fecus everywhere in my unit, also rat urine, the light is motion detected but only stays on for 30 seconds at a time (I've times it) and in order to turn it back on I have to walk back into the hallway and towards the driveway (annoying to say the least, especially when ur in the middle of moving things around or putting things away. I've spoken to the front and the response I've gotten is "the electricity is old". They seem to gravitate towards me Everytime I'm there, they're doing "checks" it's crazy the amount of nosiness and rudeness that comes with it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I would've thought about more than just convenience I would've moved a long time ago.... There's tons of other MORE AFFORDABLE storage units in town. read more

I really wanted to have a good experience renting a storage unit from them. They were courteous and professional in setting up but unfortunately there was a break in my storage unit. I found over $1000 of my property stolen from my unit and even found stolen property from another customer here in my storage unit. Thankfully their items was given to the police and hopefully recovered. Unfortunately for me, my items are still missing. The insurance company American Claims Management that supports this business denied my claim for lost property. I am currently in the middle of disputing this. If you google American Claims Management you will see the negative reviews they receive. I contacted the storage company and refused to do anything on their end. So disappointed in my experience so I want to offer my story as a caution. read more
