Honestly, their team has always been kind, and the manager has helped me out with being a day late during the holidays. Something he didn't have to do, but decided to be KIND!! I have worked with/for some jerks who do not care at all what your situation is, regardless of the business, they want your money. I'm sadly leaving their facility as I'm starting my business. I will be back for sure if I ever need a safe place to store my sacred stuff.. Erika is and has always been a sweetheart since the day she got on board and it's always nice to see lil pooch following dada. thanks Team.

I wish I could say that things are better now - they're not. I paid up-front for a storage space…read more(the entire year), so I never had a late bill. This time, as I got ready to move out, my mother passed away just as my lease ended. I got a couple of nasty phone calls that I needed to pay my bill, of course, when I tried calling them back, no one answered. There are still better storage spaces in Oxnard that are safer and friendlier, and care about their customers. Go there first. As to Phil (facility manager's assertions in his rebuttal): Phil - there was little attempt to rectify the situation. I was the one that asked for the discounted space...which I would not have needed had the site been more secured. It's a pain having to load and unload an RV with all valuables when we traveled (and we did quite often). You're much more apologetic now in your rebuttal because it's a public forum - which is completely contrary to how you were when I came to you and mentioned that we had been repeatedly broken into. Unfortunately, until your facility can protect all the tenants from the constant, ongoing intrusions and theft going on at your facility, your facility will still be sub-standard on a street where numerous other (and safer) facilities are located.

Kathy over the phone mentioned they do not hold vehicles here, especially electric motorcycles…read more Kind of misleading because their website mentions they hold any size RV, boat or automobile. You can rent a storage online. Only one thing I didn't like was the price will go up after 4 months and the website didn't mention it at all. What is especially frustrating is that the entire incident was captured on camera, and the footage clearly shows the gate making contact with my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I would expect a company to take responsibility when there is clear video evidence of what occurred. The parent company is Universal Storage, and unfortunately, their response has been anything but satisfactory. The regional manager, Dan Clark, was very unprofessional on my phone call. He claimed I was trying to shake down the company for money. I am concerned that the gate could hit another vehicle.

I was on a first-name basis with the owner and the staff. They remembered me every time I walked in the door and were very accommodating. I rented with them for 6 over years for my small business storage, and I can't recommend them enough. They are organized, have a very clean facility and the units are lit up. There are wide driveways for parking in front of your space and the turning radius is easy to navigate larger trucks. It's easy to get a hold of them, and I love the later gate access after their office business hours. You will not be disappointed here!

The lack of professionalism and insolent when she speaks is unacceptable when you run a business and have customers. There is to many reputable and competitive storage facilities that would treat their customers far more respectful and with dignity especially if you have a complaint about a employee or concerns. Do not waste your money or yourself respect on this business. Contact the BBB I had to give a star to write this review but it deserves zero.
