This is what happens when you rent from a privately owned storage facility with no corporation and the person who owns it gives her title as a manager, who immaturity level defines her age. The lack of professionalism and insolent when she speaks is unacceptable when you run a business and have customers. There is to many reputable and competitive storage facilities that would treat their customers far more respectful and with dignity especially if you have a complaint about a employee or concerns. It's always something with this place. Most recently, my cc got stolen, so I had to scramble to pay my fee in person before they closed. I called to check hours and let the person answering the phone know I would be there soon. When I got there shortly after, 10 min before 5, crickets. Today I was putting things in and out of my storage for well over an hour, maybe close to 2 hrs, and was able to finally make notes in my phone when finished. I was sitting in my car, I wasn't blocking the road, and anyone looking at the cameras could see where I had been there moving things in n out of my storage for quite awhile, and was sitting in my car after. Nevertheless, Marissa, who I was told is the mgr, felt the need to walk up and rap on my window and ask me what I was doing. It was obvious I was typing into my phone, and I told her that's what I was doing, but she told me what I was actually doing, 'it's called loitering.' Yes, it was that snotty. She had rapped so hard on my window it scared me and she got even more snotty when I noted she obviously didn't know what was going on in the facility she was supposed to be managing or she would know the answers to all the questions she was asking. Even a glance at the cameras for a moment during the lengthy time I had the roll up door open moving stuff would have been enough. Having shut the stall door, she didn't even know my storage number, let alone who I was or that I used my gate code to get in! I'd like to know my items are safe, so if the unprofessional leaving early and ignorance of who is on the property are the norm, it adds to past issues and I can't wait to find another facility. read more

I don't know who the owner is but I'm sure they would not be pleased how unprofessional these employees are ! First of all they are dishonest in the charges explained when signing up for the unit! And continue to add non disclosed charges I was late on my payment , I don't think that validates rudeness , And when I called to make my payment current I was treated rudely and hung up on by Sierra! The manager name Maritza Seems to think that being a manger means you tell your customers that they are wasting her time when there is an issue that needs addressing ... she is very unprofessional as is all the office staff in this location ...especially Sierra! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there is no one higher up than Maritza !! And when I expressed my dissatisfaction with rude employees, she argued with me instead of trying to understand me or what happened and then said I was wasting her time! Never have I seen Such uneducated and unprofessional customer service at any business as this one Wake up Maritza : that's your job as a manager to listen to the customers complaints as you might actually learn something and promote good business. read more

They are not only convenient to get to, but the units are easy to get too and well lit. and I have the farthest unit from the door. The staff is fantastic. They are easy to work with, and are helpful when you forget to pay for a couple months and have a giant balance to pay them :D I would recommend this buisness to anyone. This was a great place for my wife and I to store our belongings. Staff was always friendly and attentive. Never had any sort of problem with anybody and always felt very safe. Do NOT go here. I was in the hospital for a year and had to have a friend place my stuff in storage. About 4 months later, 4 units (including mine) were robbed and no justice or anything came from it. I lost all my stuff and because it was under my friends name (since I was in the hospital unexpectedly) my insurance didn't cover the stolen property. They even have security cameras and know who came in and out the night it was broken into and STILL nothing happened. I call inside job. Spend your money somewhere else. read more

Their premises are always clean, the on-site management team is very professional, personable and friendly, and they always provide top-notch customer service.
