The service was excellent. The staff, Skyler was friendly, helpful and nice. I was surprised that they had a coffee and water service. The storage was not old, looks nice. You can rent a storage online. Only one thing I didn't like was the price will go up after 4 months and the website didn't mention it at all. You need to prepare lock for your storage but they also sell a lock and you can buy there. read more

This is a great storage facility!!! I don't know what else to tell you about it except they are very customer focused and go out of their way to be helpful. They also patrol the area quite frequently so if you're a person that doesn't like going into big long empty storage facilities there around often enough during business hours that you can feel comfortable here. BEWARE. THIS FACILITY WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR ITEMS. I was burglarized in June 2023. The Facility has a front gate that has not been fixed and gets stuck leaving the gate wide open all night. Manager Andrew told PD 2 different story's a week apart about how the thieves got into the facility. Manager Andrew also harassed me when i was nit saying i was "blocking" other people from getting to their units. My unit was in a corner. My van was also parked about 5 feet away from the other units. so people could 100% still access their units without any problems. Some people had already come and removed some stuff from their storage before he came up to give me crap. While he's giving me crap there's someone moving into a unit across the way that was 100% blocking 6 small units and parked far enough away so they could barely open their doors to get out of their cars. Ive been renting storage units for 15+ years to hold my inventory and I've NEVER has as crappy of an experience as I have at this facility the last 6-7 weeks I was storing my items there. The facilities Manager Andrew was caught lying about the theft situation and then harassing me while I was just trying to move out was total disrespect of an already crappy situation. BEWARE if you are storing your items here. THE UNITS WILL NOT BE PROTECTED. And before they sit here and reply saying the gate situation was "random" and a "fluke". When i was finishing moving out of my unit 3 days after Manager Andrew harassed me, when going back to get my last load that day around 645 pm, the gate was WIDE OPEN again. Meaning it was going to remain open all night until staff got there the next morning because again staff leaves at 6 pm. I was there till about 745 and when i left the gate was still WIDE OPEN. I have uploaded a photo of the gate left open just before i left. BEWARE this facility does not care about anything but taking your $ and not making sure they maintain the facility so the units are safe. read more

Poor communication between manager and assistant manager also step mom step daughter, awful communication leads to poor customer service. And sending an email and NOT returning a voicemail after you called every single day, during my work hours Saturday was the 1st opportunity to call, however since email is your preferred way of offering customer service why did you NOT HONOR MY EMAIL outlining my payment date, further you auto deducted from an account which you do not have a signature authorization to do so! The best part about Ultra storage is the cleanliness and superb service that we received. User beware, many people live in the units on site it looks like barter town mad max trash is starting to pile up daily outside of all the units that are being lived in, my storage unit was for work related material upon booking a storage facility here I requested phone calls when deliveries came via UPS not a problem on the front side very difficult following up collapsible boxes to be thrown out consent was given to use trash 90 days later no such offer was provided contrary to the very manager who offered such service, after dealing with corporateTo see if we could get what was promised delivered we decided to move out details being if you're out by the fifth you can get a refund here I am on the fourth and I've just been thrown out of the office after being offered cash on her company credit card I asked for an email documenting that today is the fourth my reply was please leave my office user beware there are no deals here in the long run read more
