When we did so no one told us the amount of dirt, debris that would come into the unit because we were upstairs with an exposed opening. I expect dust but not the amount that comes in because they've left it fully exposed to the attic space When you're moving quickly, you don't think about that and the management here neglected to advise you of how incredibly dirty your belongings would be. And now some of our stuff is actually ruined because of the amount of dust and debris that got into it. I spoke with someone in the office about it, but they really could care less. Do not rent a space here. And if you must make sure it's on the bottom floor protected from the elements that they've allowed to come into upstairs units.

We were greeted by Twila and she patiently repeated everything she probably told my dad. She also provided us tips on how to pack & stack so their stuff could be somewhat organized. And as an added bonus we found that Store Safe offers a complimentary box truck for local move ins! So we canceled the UHaul reservation we had ($90) which made my dad's day. We picked up the truck the following morning, loaded it and realized that the storage unit my dad rented was waaay to small. Fortunately, Twila cheerfully understood our predicament & again, fortunately had a larger unit. We loaded it up and that's that. The moving process isn't a super fun activity. But thanks to Twila the whole administrative process went super smooth and efficient!

I was on a first-name basis with the owner and the staff. They remembered me every time I walked in the door and were very accommodating. I rented with them for 6 over years for my small business storage, and I can't recommend them enough. They are organized, have a very clean facility and the units are lit up. There are wide driveways for parking in front of your space and the turning radius is easy to navigate larger trucks. It's easy to get a hold of them, and I love the later gate access after their office business hours. You will not be disappointed here!

What is especially frustrating is that the entire incident was captured on camera, and the footage clearly shows the gate making contact with my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I would expect a company to take responsibility when there is clear video evidence of what occurred. The parent company is Universal Storage, and unfortunately, their response has been anything but satisfactory. The regional manager, Dan Clark, was very unprofessional on my phone call. He claimed I was trying to shake down the company for money. I am concerned that the gate could hit another vehicle.
