THEY HATE MILITARY families If I could give 0 stars, I would. "Lady" in office is super RUDE!! My son is in Texas for military training. I have a Special POA from a military legal office to represent him for his move. I forgot my phone and didn't have gate code. She and her "supervisor" would not give it to me. They are either illiterate or ignorant. This Federal document is not good enough. Had to tell Semi truck driver to wait while I drove 20 minutes one way to get my phone. Garbage. The units are dirty, some only having sheetrock walls making it easy pickings for a thief. The hours are ridiculous they won't let you in after 6 mon-sat and 5 on Sunday. Why deny me access to my own property that I pay rent on. The manager there is a real snake you got to watch her. She will call the police on you if you accidentally get caught inside after hours. This StorQuest is wonderful. The staff is exceptional, Maggie and Dahlia have a great attitude, and are always helpful. The facility is kept immaculate. This place is fantastic! The office staff are friendly, welcoming, and an amazing group of hard working, customer service pleasing personnel. They did everything right. From start to finish, they helped in every way possible. If someone asks me I will definitely refer them to this place. Maggie the manager took great care of me and my family. Also her and Andreas Spanish is super fantastic!! My first language is Spanish and it made me feel so comfortable to be able to speak in Spanish or in English to the office staff. You can really tell they strive to take care of their customers while at the same time being safe and reliable. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will rent from them. read more

All these amazing reviews must be fake! This place is ROACH INFESTED!!! Infested! Not only is there roaches but rat poop!! The pictures are amazing the customer service is good but they lie. Please do a thorough walk through before throwing your money away! Walk through check the corners use lighting. Dont bring your valuable belongings into this storage facility. This place needs new management the manager and his wife I'm not sure if she is an employee of the facility but that woman is extremely disrespectful. Horrible management!! People live in the storage units and they are filthy the amazing reviews are old and they had different management back then. Walk through before trusting your belongings in this facility. read more

$1 for first month doesn't happen. Was paying sky high rate for a very little space and got hit with an increase after 5 months, and apparently every 9 months after that I could expect an increase. I have never used a storage space before and told the lady that when I got it and asked if there was anything I needed to know of course that wasn't mentioned. When I got the letter about the increase I called to find out why and the level of customer service was non existant I got the text book answer no empathy at all. I work in a field where we have to increase rents as well and I understand they are difficult conversations to have but it is part of your job and you should have way to make your customers still feel valued. I will be vacating my unit before the end of the month. read more

I will just stick with facts because I can't get through this without saying mean things otherwise. Our first unit was a 10 x 20 located outside. For about a year we had little problems besides the obviously homeless people who vacate the place and may very well live in units at the facility. One day we went to our unit and there was a motor home parked/broken down in front of our unit. The owner of the motor home had stuff spread out all over the alley blocking our unit. He would skateboard through the facility with a beer in his hand. For three days we talked to the site manager and were told they were taking care of it, but the motor home and all the junk remained. I had to call the police and tell the site manager that I was meeting the police there and that the police would be having the vehicle towed before they actually forced the man who had lived in front of my unit to leave. As a resolution, the regional manager comped our rent for two months (which was nice) and allowed us to move inside where our unit was broken into two months later and most of my worldly possessions were stolen. Beware of this storage! I brought all of our household goods here to be stored in June. They say $1. for the first month but did not honor it when we inquired. Took the unit anyway because we had the U-Haul there and it was close to the house. During the past 4 months I have had to complain because the tenant next to us was always blocking our unit off because we believe he was running a business in the unit as are a few other units. After paying for 5 months. I get a notice in the mail today (NOV. 7) stating they were INCREASING our rent another $50. on Dec. 6. NOT EVEN A 30 DAY NOTICE!!! They said it would increase but wouldn't increase again for another fiscal year. I am a veteran of the U.S. Navy ... served 14 years ... and I would advise anyone currently serving or a veteran, BEWARE. Once they know they have you for a long period of time, they will increase your rent WITHOUT a 30 day notice. Rent at your own risk, read more
