It's not a fast food restaurant so they do make the food to order, which is great. The owners Joseph and Young are such sweet human beings. The restaurant is their next endeavor in life and they've made the most of it. You can't help but wish them a lot of luck and hope their restaurant succeeds. Their hours of operation is very limited because they use the down time to prepare for the following week. They have low overhead, which means they are able to offer their meals at an affordable price and the quantity is bigger than most. We came here on the one Saturday they are open per month and there were lots of regulars here already. We wait a little while and got to know the owners a little more. We will be coming back to support this mom and pop.
