It's not a fast food restaurant so they do make the food to order, which is great. The owners Joseph and Young are such sweet human beings. The restaurant is their next endeavor in life and they've made the most of it. You can't help but wish them a lot of luck and hope their restaurant succeeds. Their hours of operation is very limited because they use the down time to prepare for the following week. They have low overhead, which means they are able to offer their meals at an affordable price and the quantity is bigger than most. We came here on the one Saturday they are open per month and there were lots of regulars here already. We wait a little while and got to know the owners a little more. The dining area is small with a few tables and chairs, but it's clean. Food took about 15-20mins but there were about 4-5 orders ahead of us. Our order came out very fresh and hot. Signature chicken sandwich was great! Chicken was juicy! Loved that it was stuffed and had flavor. It had some kind of slaw in it, not sure if it's the same one on the side menu, but it was so good. I hate buying chicken sandwiches from places and it only has a dry chicken in it. Nope, not this place. Probably one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had. Amazing. The level 2 sauce it comes with on the side is also quite good. Very smart that they put it on the side just in case people can't handle spicy. This one In particular has been my favorite as the food was amazing and the service was great. The downside to this place is... if you are short on time and your company has a strict lunch time... this place may not be for you. They have it on the sign. They make it fresh to order so if you get fried food, definitely it will take at least 10 minutes. The gentleman before me had ordered 10 min before me and got a sandwich but he complained it was taking too long I had 4 people in front of me, and mine took about 20 minutes. I got their wings and fries set. They let you flavor the chicken to either original, soy sauce made, salt and vinegar. Friday had a bunch of other powder choices. I chose sour cream and onion.
