Price (5/5): Less than $20 for any poke bowl is an absolute plus for me. Ambiance (5/5): Obviously Stoke is found in the Enclave where there are multiple chairs and tables. On an extremely busy day I could see how it would get pretty tight since the tables are close together, but I never had that experience. Service (5/5): The food came out quick because its just an assembly line to put the bowl together. Just make sure you grab a buzzer if you want to grab another dish elsewhere.

Now...gotta keep in mind that food spots around Enclave probably have to pay a ton of money to rent their physical spots here, so I understand them and other places here having to charge more than other businesses elsewhere. The area is always nice, clean and organized. Staff is always super cool with great customer service. Seating area is good, especially since it is shared amongst the other Enclave businesses. Their cute little boxes with the logo make it look hella trendy; which fits their whole atmosphere. The actual salad wasn't bad and I would think vegans would really really really like this place more than us. Their chicken was seasoned pretty damn good. Wished there was more greenery, mandarin oranges for what we paid, but it's expected for a place like this. Stoke Salad is totally worth trying even at least once! Great alternative to the other food places around here too!

Whether it's their fresh, delicious salads or these humongous, fully loaded potatoes, the quality is always on point. Everything is flavorful, well-seasoned, and made with care. And that chili?! They were both quite tasty! I ordered my dressing on the side as I prefer to dip my salad in dressing rather than have it smothered all over & it turned out, I didn't even need the dressing! Everything has a touch of lemon (hence the name Limone) which made the flavor perfect without adding anything else! Not sure how they make their pita or naan bread but it was SUPER TASTY with a nice soft texture and very flavorful. Food tastes fresh and we didn't feel loaded down afterward. The Enclave is like a giant food court area with inside and outside seating along with activities. It's a really cool concept! There is plenty of parking and activities for just yourself or a group of your friends that are maybe just looking to grab a bite and chill out. They even have monthly activities. The Enclave is conveniently located at 190th/Vermont Ave off of Pacific Gateway. There are several other food places that I am looking forward to checking out from Pho, Hawaiian, Jersey Mikes's, Boba , coffee and much more! Check it out! And definitely try Limone! Flavors were all there and it's great for sharing. I don't mind trying other food items on the menu next time we're in the area. I always enjoy the vibes here at Enclave! Everyone's friendly and the ambiance is on point. I highly recommend coming here to chill and meet up with others. It's spacious and lively. Definitely great for those with kids!

This time I ordered the 2-item combo with the honey sesame chicken karaage and kalua pork. The karaage was easily my favorite part of the meal. It was crispy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I asked for all the sauces on the side and the green sauce paired really well with it. The kalua pork was tender, but a little sweeter than I personally prefer for traditional kalua pork, so I'd probably try a different protein next time instead. I also grabbed a spam musubi, but the portions were so generous that I didn't even get around to eating it until I got home later. While I still miss the old chicken katsu, I get that menus evolve, and overall this visit was a much better experience than my previous one.

I don't usually leave reviews but this was necessary because from the efforts it took me to eat the $15 salad my stomach started to hurt. It's also unbelievable that this salad is expensive for the times we are living in, yet Simply Salad cannot help in any way make my next experience better.
