I really liked the orange drink, while my son loved the berry drink. I paid the check and then the guy asked if we were dining in or taking out; and I confirmed we would be dining in. This is where things went sideways. I completed my order at 12:03 but we didn't get our food until 12:25; then when we got our food, there were no drinks. I had to get up and line up to remind the cashier about the drinks. 22 minutes for these two dishes and then another three minute wait to get the drinks I ordered 25 minutes ago; that is overkill in my opinion. The whole process was confusing. I'm assuming the cashier was supposed to give us our drinks when I paid but he forgot. There was no explanation on how the process works. I assumed we would be called out by name, since he asked for my name while ringing up my order. The overall ambiance of the restaurant is nice. This was my first impression and though the lengthy delay and confusing experience didn't leave a great impression on me; the food was still tasty and if I do return, I will likely stick to take out.

The owners are a very sweet couple that helped out me and my sister on our first visit with suggestions. I tried the garlic chibap (garlic grilled chicken on top of garlic fried rice) and the portion was very large and filling. It also came with a steamed egg (super seasoned and delicious) and radish kimchi as a side. Their house made hot sauce is also super unique and delicious it kinds feels like a cross between a Mexican salsa and Chinese chili oil. My sister got an original sandwich and she said it was very large, delicious, and well balanced. The restaurant is very cute on the inside and has ample seating as well as a self-order kiosk. The owners also threw in free gifts into our order which was an amazing surprise.
