You can choose one of their Signature salads or build your own! All of their salads can also be made into wraps. I got the Thai It Up! salad since it sounded unique. It has Simply Salad Mix, kale, grilled chicken, carrots, crispy wontons, roasted peanuts, purple cabbage, cilantro, and red bell peppers. For the dressing, I got it with the Thai Peanut dressing. I got an extra side of dressing since I felt like it could have used a little more. Overall, it was tasty! Side note: their website has a pretty cool feature on the menu where you can slide left and right to see all of the ingredients nicely laid out in the bowl and then mixed! In the past, staff have always been happy to accommodate my request for extra lettuce, and those experiences kept me coming back. Today felt different, and I left feeling disappointed. When I received my Caesar salad, the portion of lettuce was noticeably small -- far smaller than what I've received before. When I mentioned this to a staff member, I was told the smaller portion was due to my toppings being placed on the side. I want to clarify that I asked for the croutons and cheese on the side simply because I planned to eat the salad later and didn't want them to go soggy -- not because I wanted less food. For $7.50, I don't think the salad I received reflected good value. The plate felt sparse and underwhelming, and the explanation I was given didn't really address the core issue, which was the lack of lettuce. I've had many great experiences here before, which is why this visit stood out for the wrong reasons. I'm a fan of simply salad however when ordering from this location the chicken was extremely salty I had to throw it out. I called the location to see if there is anything they can do about rectifying the situation but they said the only thing they can do is leave a note for the cook. I couldn't speak to a manager since there isn't one available until June according to the person I spoke with. I don't usually leave reviews but this was necessary because from the efforts it took me to eat the $15 salad my stomach started to hurt. We recently discovered Simply Salad in Gardena and have fallen in love! Within the last week, we've order three times and each time, we absolutely love the food. Today, I placed my order online and went to the location to pick it up. When I got there and provided my name, the team member behind the counter let me know they didn't see my order. As you can imagine this was a little upseting, and then, I realized it was because I didn't pay attention when placing the order and sent the order to their Cerritos location. Before I could say anything other than "Sh*t, I placed the order at the wrong location", Yesi the team member jumped in and said, no problem, we'll get you taken care of. I showed her the confirmation of my order and she quickly went to work to make the order. Not only did she saves me a lot of stress and frustration, but she did it with great enthusiasm and engagement. Yesi was amazing and has sold me on the brand even more than I already was. read more

I was trying to place an order on Ubereats and noticed that there was no way to replace chicken with tofu. You could remove chicken, or you could be up-charged $3 for tofu. Not wanting to pay additional fees, I called the restaurant. Trae picked up understood my situation. He was very calm and assured me that if I put in the order in the next few minutes, he would see it and personally make the protein change without additional charge. He asked for my name so he could identify my order, and when I picked up, it was perfectly done. That was the most seamless and worry-free transaction. Trae fixed what Ubereats broke and was a cool (and kind) cucumber to boot. Fantastic service.
