Loved the tofu curry couscous dish with veggies I had. Bae got something similar with shrimp and a rice base. The service is 10/10 and the ambiance is chill, you kind of forget about the outside world for a beat. Drink options are bottled and canned things of all kinds from coconut water to still in recycled aluminum, OLIPOP, Pressed Juicery Juices and more. It's essentially like a market meets a restaurant with a designated area for all the food and beverages you can grab directly and bring to the counter. Gender-neutral restrooms. It's like walking into a Gelsons or Whole foods but in Compton and the meal prepped food was absolutely delicious. The lady working there was very nice, explained everything clearly, and the costs for 3 box lunches a breakfast burrito and a green juice was only 35 dollars. Can't find a better deal in these high inflation times. I was two blocks away waiting on some workers to unload my semi truck and decided to explore town for food. Very glad I stumbled on this gem. Since then, they have expanded their offerings to corporate businesses (at my previous job, there's a vending refrigerator with rotating entrees), brick & mortars in food deserts as well as affluent areas all over L.A. & Orange Counties, & a subscription plan to deliver their meals right to your door. Their concept/business model is to reduce the costs of the standard restaurant model, not a "true" restaurant where you place your order & wait for it to be cooked. An offsite local kitchen prepares all the grab & go meals, & delivers them to the brick & mortars. While I haven't seen the YEE intros (Kale Caesar Salad with Chicken, Vietnamese Chicken Salad, & Ensalada Fresca), they've more than made up for it & expanded their menu with family meals, wraps & sandwiches, breakfast, snacks. The curry chicken & salmon has been a mainstay for years, & is our favs: chicken for me & salmon for my husband. Usually I'm okay with Everytable for lunch, but it's not substantial enough for dinner & will add an extra side of protein to satisfy our hunger. While they are "hot meals," I sometimes eat it straight out of the container. My husband always heats his plate; he likes his food hot. One of my other go-to hot plates is the Jamaican Jerk Chicken (jerk chicken, coconut grains & beans, collard greens, sweet plantains, jerk BBQ sauce), but it wasn't available at this visit. Servings are proportionate, though, it seems on the smaller size for adults IMO; hot plates & salads: 12 oz. - 14 oz., wraps/sandwiches: 9 oz. - 12 oz. that I need to supplement with a extra side of protein or snack, which makes the meal $10+. Otherwise price points run between $5.50 - $9.00, depending on the restaurant location & item. The Compton location is larger than the other storefronts with a large communal table in the center, a few window bar seats, & small tables running along the left wall of the entrance. Their offerings are in a large refrigerated display on the right side with the categories labeled on the top: salads, grain bowls, & hot plates. Everytable is looking to redefine the food landscape with healthy alternatives to fast food with made-from-scratch, nutritious & fresh ingredients at fast-food prices. Their target may be low-income families, food desert areas, but their meals are welcomed to all every day at every table. I was skeptical coming here because all the food was pre-prepared. I usually equate pre-packaged to not fresh. Boy was I wrong. This place is fresh and clean. The Caesar dressing is soooo good. Everytable is our go to food prep spot in LA. They're amazing, fresh and friendly-staffed. They also support local businesses too, many of which are Latino/Latina and black owned... like Homeboy Industries and Trap Kitchen. I love their seasonal dishes too! Check them out asap. The food is delicious and my favorite by far is the trap curry chicken...it is amazing! The service is always great too. Wether you are in a rush or not you can sit here and heat your food up and heat peacefully while enjoying the decor. Bought some pre-packaged meals from this place and I must say I'm quite impressed! They offer a meal delivery service via DoorDash, as well as internally, I had been seeing this place around the Internet for sometime, and after seeing it on doordash, had to give it a try. For a busy professional like me, tasty pre packaged meals are a plus. This is both affordable as well as so good! Meals are around $6-8 on average. A good portion size, and comparable to more expensive meal prep companies in the area. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Everything appears fresh! This company thrives on being located in areas where they may not necessarily even offer prepackaged food. They hire people from disadvantaged backgrounds and are located in disadvantaged areas. There is even a program where employees can apply to be owner operators of a branch. I looked up the company values and founder and The founder plans to establish many more locations. It feels good supporting a place that is doing something about food insecurity and nutrition and places where people may not have access to it. Disadvantaged neighborhoods have far too long been subject to eating fast food and Every Table is changing that. Kudos to the company! read more

Ok, the fact you're going around Compton to find this random healthy food shack is pretty odd but also cool cuz well... You don't find these spots often! My coworker had been going to this place once a week or once every two weeks for her lunches and after she told me it's about $5-9 at most for a meal, I told her you better take me next time! So off I went last week! Store: organized by sections of type of foods and drinks, loved that! There's the nutritional facts/macros listed on the bowls/cartons, double score if you're counting! WHY so cheap? It's run by teens who make the food everyday fresh and portions of the cost go to those who need meals, you too also can purchase a meal for a kid/teen in need, pretty sweet I say! Everytable has been on my radar for a long while now. Though it took a coworker to invite me out to lunch which got me to finally visit one of the locations. So the story is, the items are priced based on the income of the area. For example, the Citrus Pecan Salad is $6.95 in Brentwood. But I paid $5.95 for it at this Compton location. It was tasty too! It had arugula, roasted squash, mandarin oranges, cucumbers, quinoa, and pecans. It had corn, mushrooms, red bell pepper, beans (garbanzo and kidney), and it came with a small pouch of tortilla chips. It was so good, I forgot to take a photo of it. Ate it so fast! My salad, chili and a bag of chips cost $12. Items are prepackaged. I appreciate that they clearly mark what items are vegan. Just look for the VG on the label. Not to be confused with the V which stands for vegetarian. I'm not gonna lie, I'd probably be scared driving here by myself. But once you're inside the store, it's bright, clean, and friendly. The best part about it? The price. The most expensive meal you'll find is $8, and this is in the more affluent communities around Los Angeles. Their food is made up daily, it's good for your body, & pescatarian and vegan options are offered (try the vegan brownie for under $3!) I'm in love! Lol.. I saw this place years ago in Baldwin Crenshaw Plaza but passed it up for the traditional food court options.. I totally wish I had stepped out on a limb way back when. Anyway, here we are! I visited the Compton location twice already. I love that there are fresh and inexpensive food options in an area that lacks it so much! Both visits I picked up a few things for the sake of trying lots of items and also because I had to work the following few days and those meals gave my family a few meal options while I wasn't going to be cooking. Went this morning for the first time and I've gotta admit I'm impressed! I just heard about this place last week on IG and FB. I was so pleased to find fresh healthy options available that I didn't have to drive to Santa Monica to get! We need and deserve more options like this in our black and brown neighborhoods. EVERYTABLE IS 4 EVERYBODY...... I am so glad I discovered this place the other day. I happened to get a flyer saying that this spot had just opened up and that is was featured on Shark Tank...their was a coupon that was buy one bowl and get one free.... so I was like why not everyone likes FREE... so as I walked in I looked around to see what they had on the menu, but to my surprise this was all pre-packed food... I must be honest I wasn't really feeling it till ASHLEY came up to us and asked if we needed any recommendations.. I was like sure but tell me about this spot "what's it all about?".... I was amazed at the owners story and commend him for all his work in the community. I recently heard of everytable through something that someone posted on Instagram. It caught my attention because the meals looked amazing and sooo AFFORDABLE!! I bought 6 meals, 2 sides, and overnight oats and everything was AMAZING!! The quality of the food, the options, the prices, and the taste were all great. Definitely coming here again.
