Although I prefer sauce at BWW, I'd have to say that for the price, it can't be beat. I haven't had any problems with service or order, but it was nothing to write home about. The Buffalo Spot has been the talk of the town amongst my students, as they raved about the Buffalo Fries. Considering the fact that I don't consume any meat, I stilll grub on some fries. And the fact that it's about a 5 minute drive from my job/school, I was like, "I'm in this place!". So lo and behold, I see Groupon featuring a deal for The Buffalo Spot: $12 for $20 worth of food. "Say what, say WHAT!?" Immediately, I purchased the deal, and headed straight there. I walk in there and is greeted with a "Hello!" Starting off right already. I stood at the register for some time to study the menu. The lady recommended their famous Buffalo fries. So I ordered a small size buffalo fries. There are about 8 different flavor sauces to choose from. I figured I would play it safe by getting the regular, mild sauce. I knew from the jump I was going to order a large Greek salad. My total so far was a little over $10. I told the cashier that I had a Groupon and she then informed me that I needed to spend over $22 in order to use it. But wait a minute, my Groupon didn't say anything about having to spend over $22. But I guess that's the sales tax I'm still responsible for paying. Here's what else I ordered: zucchini sticks and 5 piece honey BBQ chicken tenders. Here's my review for each food item- out of 5 stars: Mild buffalo fries- 3.5 stars: Not bad at all. Since I didn't eat the cut up pieces of Buffalo chicken that are on top of the fries (gave those away), I didn't have much buffalo sauce on my fries. I should have told them to put extra sauce on my fries before putting the chicken. The sauce was really good. A little greasy though. Fried zucchini sticks 2: I have definitely had better. The breadcrumbs wasn't even crispy. It tasted stale, as if they fried the zucchini sticks earlier that day, let them sit, and then heated them whenever a customer ordered them. I wanted to have some 'crunch' when i bit into it. I know they are sticks and all, but they could have sliced them a little thicker. 1 star because I love zucchini and another star for effort lol. Greek Salad 3: I gets down on salads. This was just an ok salad. What saved it was the black olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers because some of the romaine lettuce was brown. However, it wasn't too much. I was able to pick through and discard the brown pieces. Honey BBQ chicken tenders I ordered them for someone else. So this review is based on the person's comments, fellow yelper, E B., "I've had some pretty good wings, and these were way below average for me. It was like a glob of sauce just thrown on some meat out of the microwave. Not a good combination at all". So there you have it. So my experience at The Buffalo Spot was blah. I only went because of the Groupon deal. I probably won't be back. Maybe to taste the other sauce flavors for the Buffalo fries. read more

1st we waited for the cashier to take his time making some drinks to order then some half naked girl walked in so he helped her 1st making us wait then we ordered with 3 other people behind us who mind you recieved their food before we did when We ordered the 50 family traditional bone in wings $85 with some bufflo fries my husband said no bufflo sauce on his fries and they but the sauce on the fries but and we got no sauce on the wings received dry ass wings such a disappointment will never drop $85 on this place again I mean it's not rocket science then we sat in the car and checked the bags to notice the guy didn't give us our plain fries that go with our wings so he had to go back twice before we left the parking lot and it's sad because the guys from work made a big deal how good this place was etc etc read more

But I think they've changed managers since then and this place really taken a nose dive. A few weeks ago I placed a phone order for a salad, just a salad. The dude told me that it would only take 5 minutes, that was perfect because I was almost there. When I got there, not only was my salad not ready, I had time to get my drink, go to the restroom AND make a phone call only to be told it was just gonna be a few more minutes! I didn't receive an apology or even an excuse for that matter. Customer service? By the time my salad was done I only had about ten minutes left for my lunch break.
