Been a customer with simply salad when they had their first location in downtown LB and while the food is great for healthier options the customer service and quality have gotten worse while prices rise. I had placed an online order for 3:25 so I could run in and grab food on my way to an appointment, as I arrived I wasn't greeted nor was my food ready. I ended up waiting an extra 15 min while 2 other customer were able to get their mobile orders promptly. I ended being late thanks to this inconvenience. The customer service was awful as I grabbed my order the team member proceeded to slam my food on the counter and offer no greeting or even eye contact. She seemed irritated that I could barely hear my name being called over the extra loud sound of music in the restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back here anymore as the mobile order option is pointless and the workers who won't even greet nor want to help you out have sealed the deal. read more

You can even adjust the level on how much dressing you want! The portions are generous, and I love that you can easily substitute ingredients or add extras to make it exactly how you want. I've also had the Cardini Salad, which is essentially their Caesar salad with added chicken -- simple, fresh, and just as satisfying. The line can get quite long, especially during lunch, so placing a pickup order is definitely the way to go. I've honestly never loved a salad place this much. Had been wanting to try this spot since it first opened! I was always unsure on what kind of salad to get but after a recommendation from a friend, I finally decided to try it today! As soon as you walk in, they have menus on the left. There was no line when we walked in on a Monday around 2:30 pm. I tried the Chinatown salad with the far east/ Asian soy mix dressing mixed in but you could also get it on the side. For the price, I think it's a great portion.
