I'm actually pleasantly surprised by Cava! As a first timer, I felt like a pro while ordering since the setup is just like Chipotle, but with Mediterranean food. I appreciated that vegan options were clearly marked. Here's what I ordered: Base: super greens and black lentils Mains: falafel and roasted veggies Dips: red pepper hummus and harissa Toppings: fiery broccoli, fire-roasted corn, pickled onion, pickles, tomato & cucumber, kalamata olives, and sumac slaw. Dressing: tahini caesar Not the prettiest presentation, but there's a lot of layers of flavors up in that bowl, and I loved every bite! Let me tell you why: the bowl you know it you love it, but what sets CAVA apart from it's competitors are the inspired variety of options. For the base you have like three different types of rice, black lentils, greens, and arugula! Then dip options (variety of hummus, baba ghanoush, etc.) Then protein options, and there are many options, they had veggies and falafel for vegetarians, which I appreciate, but I know the meats are quite happy too. It's just good Fresh quality yummy food. The customer service is on par with In-N-Out. Just an impressive spot. You'll find me here on the regular. read more

01/31/26 My daughter was here before and wanted me to try it with her today. I walked in and it was an inviting place.The ordering process is like Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. For my first time here, it was a little intimidating because I didn't know what they offered. So I chose a pre-built chicken and rice bowl which consists of grilled chicken, brown rice, tzatziki, hummus, feta, pickled onion, tomato, arugula and Greek vinaigrette. Ordered pita chips on the side as well. Everything was delicious. It was fresh and light but they give you a lot in my opinion. The pita chips were so good too. I also got the jasmine iced tea. There was no sweetness to it so I wasn't a fan of it. I also got the blueberry lavender drink. Again, wasn't sweet but both drinks were very refreshing. Tasted clean. Prices are a little up there. Food: 10/10 Drinks: 7/10 Service: 5/10 Overall: 8/10 servers need to be a little more patient with guests, especially new ones who don't know what to order on the spot. Give them time to see what you offer. 2026 and i found my hack of eating healthy and saving money at the same time. 1 bowl is good for 3-4 meals for me or sometime more because I eat small portion but frequently. Being a hot day, and noticing Cava has several house-made drinks, I decided a free beverage would be in order for the visit. Cucumber mint lime- Refreshing & rejuvenating, I cut this with 50% water to reduce my sugar intake. And, it came out perfect. Pineapple apple mint- Just as good, if not better, the pineapple apple mint had tropical notes from the pineapple, also cut with 50% water. Prior to leaving, I did a 50/50 mix of pineapple apple mint & unsweetened jasmine green tea. That was the perfect combo! Service was good. The line was long, but moved at a steady clip. There was a bit of a hiccup scanning the QR code on my app, but it was taken care of. Cava is located on the left of Nothing Bundt Cakes, adjacent to In N' Out. My first time at Cava, and I was impressed with the assembly line of fresh ingredients. Their house-made drinks quenched my thirst on a hot September day. I had a terrible experience. After spending almost 30 dollars on a salad I couldn't have been more disappointed. The meat was incredibly chewy, dry, and a bit old. They were out of a few of the toppings I prefer and I requested my dressing be on the side. The young lady drenched my order in vinaigrette which of course left it bitter. I couldn't eat my food. So now I'm stuck with an entire bowl that's inedible. After calling to attempt to rectify this matter, no one answered the phone during regular business hours. I will never return. read more

The portion was huge; I split it with my boyfriend, and even half the bowl was super filling. The pita bread on the side was soft and tasty, but I was a little let down by the pita chips. They weren't as crispy as I hoped, though they were well-seasoned. Finally checked this place out a couple months ago, and I've been hooked. Even my mom and my daughter like eating here. Not too crazy busy during dinner hours. I've gone a couple of times on the weekend as well for late lunch and it has never been crazy busy. It might just be my timing though. I always get the grains and greens bowl with brown rice and super greens, roasted pepper hummer and crazy feta, either chicken or the braised lamb (I'll need to try the harissa honey chicken!). For toppings, I usually stick to the basics: cucumbers, feta cheese, olives and tomatoes. Sometimes I'll add pickled onions. Yogurt dill is my go to dressing, although the garlic sauce and the lemon herb tahini are close contenders. Most of the times I've gone with my daughter, we share whatever I order. This last time, however, I got her her own kids meal and she finished most of it. I was quite impressed. It's a good size for the price. My only warning: beware of what you're putting into your bowl. A lot of the dips, toppings and dressings can be quite overwhelming, flavor-wise. Lots of citrusy, vinegary, pickled flavor notes, so if you over-do it (which is quite easy to do) you may not be able to finish your own creation. haha read more

I had a Build Your Own Bowl with brown rice and super greens, half chicken and half roasted vegetables, hummus and tzatziki, Persian cucumbers, tomato and cucumbers, picked onions. I had a very disappointing experience at cava, This was my first time coming here, and unfortunately the customer service was extremely poor. My niece comes here often and let me know that customers are usually able to ask for samples, but when I asked, the staff was rude and made me feel uncomfortable. When I asked for a fork, instead of simply helping, the employee just stared at me and responded in a very rude and impatient way. What really upset me was when it was time to pay the employee basically threw my bowl over to the cashier. At that point, I honestly did not even want the food anymore because of how disrespectful the interaction felt. I still ended up purchasing food for my kids because they were hungry, but after this experience, I will not be coming back. I understand that it was busy. but that is not an excuse to be disrespectful to customers, especially first-time customers. I have never tried their Mint Cucumber drink before because I simply do not like anything minty. Ever! Stavo suggested I give it a try. I asked him directly, "Is it minty?" He confidently told me it wasn't overpowering and that it's actually one of their top drinks. And let me just say he did not lie!!!! The Mint Cucumber was divine. So refreshing. Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced. It wasn't overwhelmingly minty at all just clean and cooling in the best way. Thank you for that suggestion, Stavo. You converted me!
