This place earned 5 stars for me, bc it is efficient, great quality, good prices, and super simple. I wish they had the full menu displayed (they didn't during the time I went), however the friendly staff, open kitchen layout, and simplicity of the options allowed the whole experience to be seamless. Simple and Fresh! That is the best description I can give to this Mediterranean spot. My girl and I went here for lunch; we walked in and the ambiance is super clean. The fresh smell of ingredients immediately swift my nose. The chipotle/subway style bar that you choose your ingredients is really efficient. The servers are accommodating and suggested us what to try. The experience of dinning in is pretty good for starters. My girl and I ordered their Pita wrap where they are famous for, hence their name. Their ingredients taste super fresh and its affordable, as well. Nowadays, these quality wraps cost almost $20, but in here you can get less than that. Their wrap have balance flavor in it, so its not too overwhelming and ease you out in every bite. They are amazing!!!..from the garlic sauce, to the tahini, the hummus, the pickled & roasted veggies, the falafel and the chicken. Excellent!! Their Mediterranean food has perfectly layered & complex flavors, yet the menu is simple and not overwhelming. Clean simple indoor eating, with one giant TV, friendly staff, clean restrooms. The parking lot is small as it is shared with other establishments in a small plaza. Its not big deal though if its full or crowded...Just park in the neighborhood and walk literally 2 minutes or less. Totally worth it. 1000% will keep going again! read more

Okay Bellflower! Why I didn't came back sooner?? I came back to my old town and found this restaurant. Want Mediterranean flavor? This is your call! This restaurant is being here already a year probably... I walk in and I was greeted by the owner, Cecilia. I told her it was my first time there and I started tasting the lamb and chicken meat, it was bomb! I always struggle finding good Mediterranean food and healthy food choices! This restaurant met my expectations with fresh, well seasoned food. The restaurant is very clean, wheelchair accessible and has a QR code menu. Prices are a bit high but, but! Such a cute place. The woman who helped us out was generous with her portions and was so nice to my younger sister and I when we came in. It was our first time here, and although we did have to wait a little bit, it was worth it. The food was amazing. We both got lamb and falafel bowls that lasted us two meals. The rice was cooked perfectly, and the sauces tied everything together without overpowering the bowl. The pickled onions and cabbage added the perfect crunch and balance, while the feta and creamy sauce gave it a rich finish. Even the pita was warm and fresh. You can tell real care went into this dish, fresh ingredients, great portions, and amazing flavor combinations. Easily one of the best bowls I've had in a long time. Ok late post from February work lunch I had earlier this year. Reading all the good reviews thinking maybe I just had a bad experience? Anywho, came in go the bowl 2 proteins. Dry. Like reaaally dry. It was pretty bad. Veggies tastes like they been sitting on the warming tray for a minute. Came in around noon-ish so doesnt make sense to me. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. I was in the area for an appointment and wanted something quick to pick up and share with my toddler. This was perfect. I enjoy Mediterranean food so this hit the spot. I created my own bowl and decided on a wrap for my MIL to share with my BIL. You can choose half and half on the protein, add on as much or as little veggies, and top it with your favorite hummus or salad. Service was friendly. This had to be the yummiest meal i've had in a long time. i got the bowl with chicken and falafel, i've never been the biggest falafel fan but this might have changed my mind. The serving size was really good for the price, and it feels like a healthy meal overall! Wow where do I even start. This place is healthy, delicious and affordable! I got the chicken bowl and it comes with a tiny piece of pita bread for a total of $17. Very good bang for your buck. The chicken is so flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The spicy cilantro is definitely spicier than the spicy red pepper sauce. The only thing I'd do differently next time is order an extra side of pita bread. Definitely give this place a try if you want healthy food full of flavor. The main reason for my two-star rating, however, was what happened when I paid. My bill was around $36.50. I paid cash with one $20 bill and four $5 bills, for a total of $40, and told the cashier to keep the change. What made me uncomfortable was that almost immediately after I handed her the money--while she was still saying "Have a good day"--she pulled out a counterfeit-detection pen and started checking my bills right in front of me. I understand that businesses may have policies for checking cash, and I have no problem with a restaurant protecting itself against counterfeit money. However, the way this was handled felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and somewhat insulting. She could easily have waited until I had stepped away before checking the bills instead of immediately testing them in front of me as soon as I handed them over. I was not rushing out of the restaurant or behaving suspiciously in any way. Of course, I have never knowingly used counterfeit money. The whole interaction simply left me feeling as though I was being treated with suspicion for no apparent reason. If checking cash is standard procedure, I can understand that. But customer service also matters, and there are more discreet ways to handle it without making a paying customer feel accused or embarrassed. Between the average food and this unpleasant experience at checkout, I can only give this restaurant two stars.

The chicken was tender and flavorful, and they didn't skimp on the portion either. All the toppings were super fresh, from the crisp lettuce to the juicy tomatoes and sweet corn.
