I wish they had the full menu displayed (they didn't during the time I went), however the friendly staff, open kitchen layout, and simplicity of the options allowed the whole experience to be seamless. I used to adore this place. The food was incredible, and I'm pretty sure I've left a review in the past claiming it was better than Cava. Well, that all changed today. The setup is like a Mediterranean version of Chipotle since you customize your order as it's being made. I personally think the chicken is the star of the show here.
