Absolutely the most horrible service. I went and placed an order at the restaurant. They told me about 10-15 minutes. There was no people. It took 30 minutes my order was wrong and while waiting the female cook got into an argument with the guy who was taking orders. Pita GR surprised me a little bit. They are highly rated on Yelp but FOOD So far, I've tried the Beef/lamb gyro Pita and the Braised Lamb Pita. The protein, fries, pita, and other ingredients were all great. I don't have any complaints. Both were good but the Braised Lamb surprised me. This place was recommended to us and it was our first time trying this place. We were first to arrive when the doors opened. The young man was very helpful with explaining the menu and was able to accommodate our needs. We finally placed our order and we decided to dine in. The restaurant has a big seating area and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. What I noticed about the place is how accommodating they are. I noticed little details like hooks under the tables to hang bags etc. as well as a small ramp for wheelchairs at one of the doors which I don't often see at restaurants. The little added details and how this place was built understands and shows how they accommodate to customer needs. The food finally arrived and was served in a disposable paper container. We were dining in and had thought the food would be placed on a plate. They use a lot of paper ware and plastic materials which may be costly inventory or wasteful material to the environment. The food that came out was not what looked to be advertised and it was different than what we expected. The amount/portion was not a decent amount for what you pay. I think the food is overpriced for what you get. The extra sauces were also expensive just for a small side. The pita served were so small as well. We thought our plate came with hummus as per the advertised photo but it seemed they didn't give it because when we asked for a side, they used that side in place for the hummus. We had to pay for extra hummus (a small container) so we can eat our pita. When we asked for pita, everything was extra and cost additional. The small sides were not cheap. The food was okay. Overpriced imo for a simple salad and a small plate of items. The decor did look nice and the restaurant looked clean. The service was good however. The service here is beyond amazing! We did a catering order for work. The company they use to deliver is a 3rd party and the food is coordinated by them. There was a miscommunication between the different platforms with our order and when I called the restaurant directly, they immediately rectified it by coming out personally to correct the mistake.
