Yay or nay? 0/2 The gyro was unacceptable. I have never had a gyro with such a small amount of meat (see photo). It was mostly cucumbers, and they were not even seasoned well. You'd think a Gyro filled with cucumber would at least be a decent size, but it was also tiny. Tried a bit of my family's food and the chicken and beef they received tasted like some rubbery meat from another planet. I've never had anything quite as gross before. I don't know if it was old or overcooked or what it just tasted awful and had a very weird texture. I'm not convinced that was beef or chicken. I'd avoid this spot, unless the sound of mystery meat sounds intriguing to you lol Expensive? Worth it? 0/1 Considering how horrible everything was, this place is definitely not worth the price. This place is a hidden gem; the food was freshly made to order. And the taste? I'd give it a 10 out of 10. The roasted tomato was completely charred. Fries taste old and two plates came without the pita bread. The worst was the mutabal, it was so greasy, salty, and has a strange smokey flavor. This was my favorite side that I always ordered, like 4 times before. My last order was December 2023, and now its November 2024 and I ordered the mutabal again (16 oz) and it was horrible. read more

We'll go again and update our review because we actually went a few months ago. The service was fast and they were nice enough to explain that you have to pick between the grilled tomato OR the grilled jalapeño in the advertised photo and yes they are an extra charge. That part was a bit disappointing, BUT the food and flavor made up for that. Loved it so much! My food containers were crushed. My cold salad was mixed in with hot rice and falafel. They failed to provide half the meal. The restaurant did not make changes I specifically asked for when ordering. I called the store today 2/15 and talked to the "manager"Maggie and she was extremely rude and nasty. She mocked me and made fun of the fact the my food was not ok. And said too bad, as she was laughing. read more

So I go there and I order 2 Gyro wraps with this very nice guy. This girl you see in the picture, their cashier gives me a dirty look maybe cause I went there 12 minutes before closing. She screams at her co-worker, "Do we even have gyro meat"? I have no idea all that anger came from. She still keep giving me a dirty look, while doing that she quotes the total how much I have to pay. Like I owe my life to her or something . Then she says, our meat could be frozen. At this point I felt very uncomfortable. The cook was nice he finished the sandwiches and I left their joint. Here's my point. I will never ever go back there. She made me feel very uncomfortable and she is extremely rude. I have no idea where they get these spoiled brats . read more

Ordered through Grubhub. Food is mediocre, very bland nothing special nor is it tasty. Ordered the chicken kabob with rice, hummus and an order of falafel. Chicken was ok, at least it was not dry or rubbery. Rice, well you can't go wrong with rice. The hummus was weird looking. Had a watery lumpy consistency. Most hummus has a creamy smooth consistency, this one looked kinda gross and did not taste like much, very bland. Only had a few tries of it did not even eat half of it, the consistency grossed me out. The falafel just like the hummus very bland. It was really dry and hard. 1st time trying the food here, I love Mediterranean food but this place did not do it for me‍ definitely will not be ordering again. Try another place for sure! read more

After the worst morning of having to put my wonderful dog to sleep, I drove home for hours & decided to try this Mediterranean place at the mall to try to cheer myself up a tiny bit. For absolutely zero reason at all, both men working at the counter were as unfriendly, unsmiling or not even greeting me at all. Just looked at me waiting and talked to each other and ignored me. When I finally got my order, no convo, no thanks, no smile. Got to car, whole order was wrong, instructions ignored, chicken was way overcooked and dry af. One of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had on the worst day ever. No one should ever patronize these reprehensible and miserable creeps. Lots of great choices all around here and the owners are great and so appreciative of your business. read more

First time trying this establishment and let's just say it will be our last. First off the older man who took our order seemed to have no customer service skill and seemed rude. Prices are a little more then our favorite go to spot but it was something to eat while being at the mall. Hummus had lack of flavor, rice was unseasoned no flavor plain white rice! I selected #3 Beef Plate. It was truly delicious. This was my first time there and I was not expecting much to be honest as it is located in the food court (with other junk food restaurants). But I was pleasantly surprised. You get 3 sides with the beef plate (I selected, salad, Tabuleh and eggplants). It's rare to find a place where the atmosphere is just as amazing as the food, but Fatima's Grill delivers both. You don't just leave full, you leave happy. This spot has become more than a restaurant for me, it's a whole vibe. Amazing people, amazing energy, and seriously some of the best food I've had anywhere. I'll gladly keep making the drive from Pasadena because places like this are one of one. Highly recommend!

But their chicken options, their fried fish filet, and their gyro meat is not bad. If you are looking for the premium kabobs, there are many Mediterranean options in the area that you can get that. What makes this place truly worth it are their delicious salad options, their warm, house made pita bread, their abundant options of spreads (hummus, baba ghanoush, garlic sauce). The multiple options for mediterranean salads are really what I crave from here. For $22, if I can have a multi course meal featuring 4-5 types of refreshing salads, fish filet, warm pita with hummus, a gyro (assembled on your own with their ingredients), a soft drink, and baklava. Considering the fact that I spend $16 on a combo meal at Carl's Jr or a salad wrap at Sweetgreen, this is truly a no brainer. If you do come here for dinner ($29-33), know that you can special order their braised lamb shank. I like to eat this with the pita bread, some roasted veggies, and one of their delicious spreads, but you do what you like.

The Chicken Kebab Wrap is also very delicious. They provide catering: $15 per person for a choice of 2 meat and $17 per person for a choice of 3 meat. Additional cost per person for shrimp or salmon.
