    Beef shawarma Wrap
    Erika L.

New to the area, and was in search of a Mediterranean place, and after being influenced by the reviews and somewhat decent pictures I placed an order. I had only had breakfast, so I was eager to eat! At first glance, the food did not look as appetizing as it did on the webpage, but looks can be deceiving so in I went for the first bite, and alas! it was game over! I ordered the Lula kabob plate, my son ordered the beef shawarma, and my friend ordered the chicken kabobs. The Lula kabobs looked like minced hot dogs and texturewise it was tough! I couldn't even cut through it with a fork! Flavor wise ,It was insipid. The rice seemed to be just plain old steamed rice, flavorless as well. The hummus and garlic butter were probably scooped from a Costco size jar! So disappointed! The chicken was drier than the Sahara desert, flavorless as well, and my son whose birthday meal wish was to try shawarma was utterly disgusted and disappointed. For the price point, and the raving reviews, my expectation bar was set pretty high. I was pretty disappointed and upset that I spent a pretty penny on a meal that left more to be desired. My mama always warned me to be weary of restaurants that carry the word "factory" in them. Should have listened!

Idk how I feel about this place. I want to like it, but dang. Literally the only saving factor is the customer service. The lady at the register was super sweet in dealing with me and my gift card. Parking - SUCKS when rush meal times. BIG YIKES. Food - very forgettable and bland. I got the Falafel plate with brown rice and there was barely any flavor in anything, even the falafel! Very sad. The hummus didn't have any saving grace and the pita bread was cold and flat. Pretty disappointed with the food. Idk if it's because I got brown rice, or if the maybe the chicken/beef was way better and I should've gotten that instead, but idk. I wanted to like it, but just couldn't get myself to finish the meal. Also, price. $18 for a pretty bland Falafel plate is too steep.

This place is conveniently located in a small plaza that has plenty of parking which is always a plus in Southern California. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too busy. The place seem clean, organized, and well kept. It was my first time here and when I saw two different menus from two different places, the cashier explained that it was two restaurants in one: Mexican and Mediterranean. How cool! I choose from the mediterranean menu and purchased a "Chicken Kabob Plate." It was DELICIOUS. It was a very large portion but since I was hungry, I had no problem chowing down on a fresh and tasty meal. The plate comes with chicken, salad, hummus, rice (choice of white or brown) and this white cream that had a nice flavor to it. All of the flavors blended beautifully. The rice was a teeny tiny bit dry but definitely not a deal breaker. The service was amazing! The cashier was friendly, helpful and attentive. She dropped off pita bread and utensils before my order came out and she came to check on me in the middle of my meal to ask if I needed anything. I noticed she speaks English and Spanish so that is a plus for Spanish speaking people. This place is also family friendly. In the center of the dining area, you will find tiny tables and chairs for any toddlers and young children to sit in which I thought was very cute. Overall, I had a great experience and I would definitely come back.

Not authentic Mediterranean food. The chicken is seasoned with chipotle sauce and it's missing flavor.

The food was way overpriced especially for how much flavor it lacked. Almost $30 for a plate. Would not recommend or go back again.

The restaurant food section is maintained very cleanly, food is beautifully displayed for a self-serve buffet restaurant. Plenty of seating area with ability to accommodate larger parties, and feels family friendly. The only shortcoming they have is that their fruit section tastes consistently unappealing, and some of the desserts don't tastes too great either. But at least their main dishes taste good. For dinner on the weekdays it's only a few dollars more ($29). On weekends it's $33 all day. I mention the price because I consider it a no-brainer for a weekday lunch. I agree with the criticism that the protein options can be limited. You aren't going to be getting filet mignon kabobs for lunch. But their chicken options, their fried fish filet, and their gyro meat is not bad. If you are looking for the premium kabobs, there are many Mediterranean options in the area that you can get that. What makes this place truly worth it are their delicious salad options, their warm, house made pita bread, their abundant options of spreads (hummus, baba ghanoush, garlic sauce). The multiple options for mediterranean salads are really what I crave from here. For $22, if I can have a multi course meal featuring 4-5 types of refreshing salads, fish filet, warm pita with hummus, a gyro (assembled on your own with their ingredients), a soft drink, and baklava. Considering the fact that I spend $16 on a combo meal at Carl's Jr or a salad wrap at Sweetgreen, this is truly a no brainer. If you do come here for dinner ($29-33), know that you can special order their braised lamb shank. I like to eat this with the pita bread, some roasted veggies, and one of their delicious spreads, but you do what you like.

We've been here a good five times and I'm finally writing a review--better late than never. Parking is easy and there's a decent amount of seating both inside and outside. Ambience-wise, it's your typical fast-casual, in-and-out vibe. Nothing fancy and not super pretty inside, but don't let that fool you. Once the food hits your tongue, it's game over. Hubby and I are creatures of habit and always order our usual plates. He gets the beef and lamb kebabs, and honestly the portion sizes are so generous that our plates are interchangeable every single visit. A must-have side is their Mediterranean salad--get the large so you can save some for leftovers the next day. For my plate, I always order the red cabbage, hummus, sumac onions, and of course the Mediterranean salad, and it is always absolutely delicious. For the entrée, I go with the chicken and beef shawarma. The meat is perfectly shredded and pairs so well with their fluffy rice, plus the generous amount of garlic and tahini sauce. The only downside I would say is the pita bread. I personally don't care for how dry it can be, but to be fair, the best pita bread I've ever had was in Athens, Greece, so it's very hard to compare when most pita breads here are premade. Service is always fast and on point. This place is an absolute must-try if you're craving Mediterranean food. Happy eats!
