The absolute most lovely, welcoming and accommodating staff. Please give them all a raise! My salmon bowl was delicious and fresh, as always, parking is ample, and business was bustling. Workers were efficient and the entire restaurant was sparkling clean. CAVA is always my first choice!

The quality of the food was 10/10, very fresh. Considering the time of my order 5:30PM, I expected less but was hit with so much more. The resturant looks great, nice aesthetic [wood decor] and kind people working there. I feel like the portion was so generous too! We are already talking about our next visit and this meal is still ongoing!

Food is fresh and tasty. I liked the lamb and the eggplant salad. I was shocked to hear of an extra charge to get both black lentil and mixed salad greens because they are both grains??? Service was fast and efficient for 2 bowls. Serving size was good. At 1230 there was a line to the door. Lots of seating. There was a constant flow of pickup orders too.

Finally got to get this place out kinda like a chipotle but less stuff to choose from. Wasn't what I thought it would be.

Harissa Avocado

I got the Harissa Avocado bowl with garlic sauce and extra pita crisps! The pita crisps make the meal so much better. The garlic sauce is a must in every bowl that you get. The service was great! They are very attentive and have such good customer service. There's plenty of tables inside! It's so spacious and there's also tables outside.

Salmon bowl

Not what I expected. I read the reviews about the stinginess in portions and they were not lying. I ordered the salmon bowl, nicely advertised outside the place, to be surprised with a sliver of salmon big enough for a 5 year old's appetite. Not worth the price. The meat on my other bowls was dry and got one pita triangle per plate despite spending almost $100 on 5 bowls (1-child's plate). The only thing I liked was the BYO veggie bowl. Food was decent, but small portions for the price.

Cava is my go to! I had no idea Norwalk had a location, but I was commuting from the South Bay and decided to stop because I was starving. There was no line (which honestly surprised me), but I wasn't complaining. The restaurant was clean, service was friendly, and everything looked fresh and fully stocked. My bowl was great and made exactly how I like it. Overall, such a good experience, especially since other locations can sometimes be hit or miss. Definitely glad I made the stop!

Cava portions from different location in LA by USC

Ordered Cava here on my lunch and they skimped me so nasty the bowl was so empty the only thing that barely made it look decent was the toppings but there was literally no base! I put a comparison photo to my order from another location a few days prior. This location skimps you.

Good option for Mediterranean food. First time visiting Cava and we were actually impressed with the concept. You can choose their pre-set menu of wraps or bowels or you can make your own, choosing your base (rice and/or veggies) and your protein as well as choice of toppings. We got the Garlicky Shawarma chicken bowel and the Falafel Crunch Bowel. We liked how healthy the falafel crunch bowel was as well as the flavors. The Shawarma was good as well with every bite being a little different because of the various toppings. Only complaint would be that the Falafel Crunch Bowel only comes with 2 falafel balls. We also enjoyed the variety of drinks. We tried the pineapple apple mint and the cucumber mint. They were both refreshing and not too sweet. We went on a Saturday late afternoon and there was a steady stream of customers. What I did notice was that some of the people who ordered ahead had to wait for their food. Pretty clean and spacious with plenty of tables. Two bathrooms are available for customers.

It was my first time at this location. I recommend downloading and ordering via the CAVA app; which is easy and convenient. You'll receive text messages regarding order status as well as accumulate points for rewards. The mobile order pick up area consists of shelves towards the left side of the restaurant. Orders are packed in bags, clearly labeled and easy to find. Food: Mediterranean, pitas and bowls that you can customize to your liking. Many veggie options for non-meat eaters as well. Portion for the kids meal (base price is $7.95 plus tax, additional $ for options such lamb, chicken shawarma, steak) was fairly large, and definitely filling for an adult as well.

Chicken bowl with the works

Great place, always fresh and quick. The ambiance here makes you not want to leave in a rush, take your time with your friends and family and just enjoy. The service from all the workers was great except Mayra. When I was getting what I'd like in my bowl she kept asking me "is that it?" After everything I got. "Cucumbers." "Is that it?" "Tomatoes." "Is that it?" "Chips" "is that it?" "Garlic and balsamic sauce" "is that it?" "Pickled vegetables onions" "is that ?" "Corn" "is that it?" Felt rushed and didn't even want to tell her anymore stuff. Other than her the rest of the workers were great!

Add Cava to your list as a go-to healthy fast food option -- think Chipotle meets Mediterranean. Not sure how long it's been open, but it feels fairly new. The interior is clean, modern, and has enough seating to dine in comfortably. Ordering is straightforward: pick your base (greens or grains), protein, and toppings -- or make it easy and go with one of their chef-curated bowls. The food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Everything tasted vibrant and well-seasoned. Definitely planning to come back -- a great spot when you want something quick, healthy, and delicious!

Cava, I'd be honest. I love everything you have here but you're just too damn expensive. But I digress, I cheat the system and always come to your soft openings and eat for free. It's a difficult economy, ya know? I also take the whole family here because it's delicious and nutritious. With that said, this place is the closest location to us. So maybe you will actually see me here all the time. Just make sure you have enough Harrissa chips and my Harissa avocado bowl available. I didn't try it in your location, but every other location I've been to the steak is just too tough. I do also like your roasted eggplant, I think it's a must for any bowl. I hope your CEO and investing in food automation will help crank out delicious bites. But with what we've got the other day, it was delicious as it is. Honestly, skip the regular pita triangle they offer you in the beginning and just opt for the fried Harissa chips. It's life changing when served hot. Oh, speaking of Ambiance your orange bathroom reminds of me of jail. Thank goodness it was clean like always.

The most stingy cava location I've been to. I don't even mean the protein, I mean they're even stingy with the toppings and dressing.

The customer service was awful as I grabbed my order the team member proceeded to slam my food on the counter and offer no greeting or even eye contact. She seemed irritated that I could barely hear my name being called over the extra loud sound of music in the restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back here anymore as the mobile order option is pointless and the workers who won't even greet nor want to help you out have sealed the deal.

I was not confused to a stupor that left me angry and frustrated, I was left more dazed with swirling lilies around my mind, like I had been hit hard with the staff of a fairy who pays the bills of the forest as an interior designer. The place has a design concept that takes two opposing forces and blends them into a restaurant concept: health forward food for O.G.'s and their like and crew, all while being a love letter to the streets of Los Angeles, the gritty streets, not the ones next to Rodeo. For instance, Cruz, one of the staff members, was wearing a "Straight out of Whittier" shirt that was clear nod to the movie straight out of Compton that was all about the rap and its consequence on West LA homeboy culture. The central mural of the joint showed low-riders, the LA symbol made with finger angles, and graffiti galore. Again, the message was clear this is a health cafe for Tupac and his friends and followers. These two principal ingredients mixing together (health food and LA street culture) at least in my mind, are more the subject for improv comedy than a sensible restaurant concept. I know people can mix what ever they want together, I know that there is choice when people color and dress, but this motif seemed like it was mixing Ninja culture with a dog grooming service. The concept can work, I see a ninja de-worming a golden retriever with swift skill but this concept also seems forced rather than flowing with common sense. So for a health cafe in LA I see Cher from Clueless, or Barbie, being more easily applied to the concept. But what do I know perhaps in a few months will have a Hell's Angel's tea experience that will not be dainty but rather hard like a helmet and it might be the concept that begins a revolution that ends with Hair Salons with Viking culture at its decoration theme. The (health) food in itself was a blessing. My friend Bailey is the healthy eater of the two of us! She got a simple green salad with tofu. I sampled a forkful. My hand had to dig in hard, with its fork, to retrieve the lettuce, the carrot, and some of the pickle, I avoided the tofu. The greens were fresh, and tasted clean in their simple flavors, but what elevated the green forkful to excellence in taste was the sweet mustard dressing. The green had dressing that turned solid greens to yummy ones! I ordered the shrimp tostada. Cruz, came to the table and explained that my plate was Keto friendly, which meant that it was good food for those who were experiencing life as a pre-diabetic, for example. What I loved about this place and its food, was that I did not feel like I was eating healthy and had to sacrifice pleasure in the name of honoring my health goals. Quite the contrary, the food was just plain good food, and for me, eating good clean food, is a fantastic way to keep my health goals on track. Apparently the tortilla was made out of cactus, and that is a why where the healthy stays in tact, while still being food that is satisfying, and, yummy! I would go here again, especially when my health goals are in full swing. This place will facilitate the process because the food was truly good!
