I waited about 5 min before someone came out. I ordered 2 lentil soups and a Greek salad. The cashier tried to talk me into ordering one more for a free 4th. I declined politely. I'm not sure if the AC was down but it was boiling in there. I waited 20 min then they came back with my food. Food, as you can see my salad is sad. Wilted lettuce. My husband surprised me and ordered from here via third party app. I was craving Mediterranean food and he got food here, only because they had a prompt deal on a third party app. The food was delicious. The hummus was great. I like the rice and dipped my beef in the hummus. I liked the side salad provided. A little too sour and acidic for my taste. My husband got cucumber on his plate, but mine did not have any at all. My husband then told me the price per plate. IMO, WAY OVERPRICED! If you're going to charge me that much, give me more hummus. Tried this new spot by my house and it was pretty good. You can tell the food is made to order because it is piping hot when it's served and it all tasted very fresh, even though it does take some time for it to be prepared. I like the hummus. The spicy chicken with the sauce was really good! I would return to have that again. The fries were also very good. My only issue with this place is that it is pretty expensive. Unfortunately, this is not our first time coming here, but it is our last. The food is underwhelming and overpriced. The salad comes out super soggy by the time I get it to you and barely there. We asked for no rice all salad and still barely had any salad and it was so soggy when it arrived. The pita bread has zero flavor. The man at the counter is nice but disappears into the kitchen for a good amount of time. The place has a lot of space to sit and a lot of potential. But unfortunately, I will not be back unless they send out some kind of free intensive. I think they need to start asking for constructive criticism or hire some mystery shoppers or something to give them unbiased feedback. I went here looking for a Falafel sandwich and wow did I find one! Arabella Mediterranean Grill has plenty of parking around the back. The restaurant it self is of good size, with plenty of seating. The restaurant is very clean with nice decor. Customer service was on point as well. I was recommended the beef shawarma which I ordered and I also got my delicious Falafel Sandwich! Everything is made fresh so your order may take a good 15+ mins. My order took about 20 mins or so but they were working on several other orders. They have a nice selection of deserts on display which looked delicious! My Beef Shawarma was definitely fresh and was tasty but in my personal opinion lacked just a bit of flavor but it was still good! Now my Falafel sandwich AMAZING!!! The food here was AMAZING! I had the Lamb kabob wrap and man... the pita bread was on another level, it was crisp and had char on it and gave it that char taste. Everything was good, the little one liked his kids chicken and I thought it tasted good too. There is plenty of parking at the rear of the location, there is plenty of parking, if is accessible at the front but there is no parking in the front. They do not have a soda station only sell canned soda and different other bottled options. It is a quiet place and pretty peaceful for now, I'm sure this place will be getting more business soon when everyone finds out about this place. 10/10!! read more

I really wanted to like this place, but the service was incredibly disappointing. I tried calling ahead to place an order, but nobody answered. So we drove over, ordered a chicken kebab bowl at the kiosk, received order number 77, and sat down to wait. While waiting, I watched a DoorDash driver repeatedly get told her order would be ready in another 10 minutes, then another 10, then 2, then 5. After about 45 minutes, she got so frustrated that she gave up and left. Meanwhile, I'd been waiting nearly an hour for my own food. When I finally asked an employee about my order, someone came out, asked for my order number, and handed me a completely unmarked bag that had been sitting on the counter for approximately 20 minutes. **My food had been ready for 20 minutes, and nobody had bothered to tell me.** Nobody called my number, nobody indicated the bag was mine, nothing. I was sitting right there the entire time. Because of this unnecessary delay, we actually had to cancel another appointment. By the time we got home, the food was cold and the chicken was tough. To be fair, the flavors were good and the order was correct, but the food wasn't nearly good enough to justify this experience. A simple announcement that order 77 was ready would have prevented almost all of this. It's incredibly frustrating to waste nearly an hour waiting for food that's already been prepared. Okay people, here is the reality. My friend and I order one plate only, prices are too high for the amount of food. Food flavor is specifically from East and West Egypt which makes a big difference. To my taste food is good but not over the moon. The service is okay, friendly came to ask once how we were doing. Also I don't like that food is served in plastic containers. The ambience is good very clean and music appropriate for the restaurant, this is a family restaurant, not romantic. The reason why I am giving a three start is because, plastic containers are not to serve when dining in, desert price are also too high, I didn't want to spend on it but I might return to taste another occasion. I have currently been working right up the street. And I usually grab a bite to eat after work (unless I bring food from home) at Downey Landing/Apollo Way; I told myself that I would try something new. I am so happy that I did! I walked in into this establishment. It is beautifully lit, spacious, and clean. I was thinking about their falafel or their sides and unbeknowst to me, I happened to be right next to the co-owner. He assured and encouraged me to get the falafel and they would "swap out the oil" for me. He was very lovely. I went back to the cashier and I ordered the wrap and subbed the tahini for their garlic sauce. It was quicker than expected and fresh! One of my favorite go-tos on my vegan list is falafel and I give it 10/10! I love a grilled/toasted tortilla. It was PACKED with falafel, fresh lettuce, onions, and tomatoes; also pickles (to which I took out). However, I have never been a fan of pickles. But, of course, they didn't know to omit them. Still perfection. It was BIG. I thought I would eat half for this day and the next day. I did not hold back any restraint! I am so excited that I stopped here. I am now a repeat customer! Decided to finally check out the restaurant now that Veracruz is gone :( The food was pretty tasty. My friend decided to get their gyro wrap to see how it was and he was happy. I decided to check out the items that are unique to the restaurant and was truly happy with their stew (who's name doesn't appear on the menus posted here yet, wish I had. taken a photo). The stew is really good and will happily order it again. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying their different options. The only problem with the restaurant is that the service can be a bit slow while they work out their logistics in the kitchen, especially if there are a few other parties waiting for their food. I think they're still trying to figure out what kind of restaurant they want to be. They have nice plate ware, but plastic silverware sets like you get from fast food places, and they don't really have water unless you buy a bottle of water. The inside is rather sparse and all mainly table/chair seating since they seemed to have gone with the maximum capacity option. I'm not going to lie, the food was great. It was really good but it was super expensive. It was $55 for two plates and I didn't even eat at the restaurant or get dessert, I ordered for pick up. Also they seem to skimp on the pita bread. They put 3 for two plates. They should have at least put 4. Almost $60 for take out? Without dessert? I really wanted a baklava but I was already paying too much. If money is not a problem for you then yes, the food is delicious and I recommend.
