Picked up lunch last minute on a Thursday. The place was busy so next time I'd order ahead. This is a very no-frills spot, but it gets the job done. I got a chicken skewer and steak skewer over rice with hummus, and instead of the salad I paid a dollar extra for potatoes without the sauce. Everything was juicy and tender. They do charge extra if you're using a credit card. I also got a chocolate chip cookie. It was not very flavorful despite having lots of big chunks of chocolate. I say stick to their other desserts. We arrived at 12:15 on 12/30/25 and it was empty. Likely because of the holidays. You order at the counter and you pay right there. When your order is ready you go and get. When you're finished, you bus your own table. I don't mind that, but why is there a TIP option? I did all the heavy lifting. I'm confused. The "order taker" was delightful. I tried reaching the person who handles online orders and have been sent around in circles. I placed an online order through their website on 01/01/25. And when I went to their business, it was closed for the New Years. So I assumed the next day, I could just call and get a refund as I did not get my food. They tell me there's no way I could order because they weren't open yesterday, but I literally ordered they their website. They tell me to call another store to speak with someone and I keep getting passed along. For the first two weeks I was just leaving messages for the person who is supposed to help me. Yet still nothing. I finally speak to the person and he said that I placed it thru a third party, DoorDash. And I explained that I did not. I used his website and it was placed thru otter that they use. I have not received my refund and it's been two months. That's $40.77 that I want back for food I did not receive. He said he refunded me and should see it through DoorDash but again I did not use DoorDash. The business does see my order, they could've offered just given me a cash refund if they have proof they received my payment. This is horrible that they're literally stealing from me. If you ask for the family meal you will get a salad, serving of rice, four chicken and four steak kebabs and hummus along with yogurt sauce, garlic sauce, and a spicy green sauce. They are generous with their portion size. They also give you pita bread. All of this food for around 65 dollars. Easily feeds four with some leftovers as well. The beef and chicken is seasoned well. Is it the best Mediterranean food? No. But you could not get this balance of price to quality to portion size. Service is friendly enough as well. Only wish is that they included more sauce. I've always loved The Green Olive however, I did have it a while back it the rice was not the best so I stop going there for a while. I recently decided to give them another try and I am so happy I did, everything was cooked to perfection. I always get the gyro combo it comes with sliced gyro, 1 chicken kabob, 1 beef kabob, rice and two sides. It's a great value and the green sauce is absolutely delicious, the best I've had. I gave The Green Olive 4 stars because I paid to have my food delivered and I ended up paying $38. The meal was $25 but it was $13 to deliver which included tax, tip and delivery charge. Oh my, I think I have a new addiction. The green Olive. This little grill, so delicious. Parking is a problem, unless you park in front of another business unit. Greek Grilled and charbroiled Kabobs Chicken,Fillet Migon are my favorite. The portions are squeezed into small styrofoam containers. Not good for the environment! But the food is delicious. I want to bring to your attention issues that came up during my hall rental. Prior to the day of the event we were had agreements arranged. The day of the event, upon our arrival the room was not ready. It was agreed that the hall would be ours at 9, however that wasn't the case. We received the hall closer to 11:00 am. Once we received the hall, we began to get ready to prepare the hall for our event and we noticed that the restroom and the hall were not cleaned. When we brought this up to the attention of the employees, their customer service was just awful. It was actually nonexistent. To make this experience even worse, the price of the hall was not what we had agreed too. The price was higher than the initial agreement, being the day of the event, there was no way for us to move our event elsewhere. I love the parking setup and how roomy the restaurant is to be so small. Customers receive top notch customer service. I felt very welcomed. This restaurant is out of my area but I'm willing to travel for their food and service. Emad was very patient with me when taking my order especially with my mispronunciation of the different dishes. Veronica was on the ball with taking orders and making sure the orders were bagged securely. Their meals are cooked perfectly. They leave the kabob on the stick. The desserts are mind blowing. With outstanding recommendations and an hour to kill for lunch during a work training, I ventured to The Green Olive and so glad I did! Despite its unassuming location (in a little strip mall) and lack of parking (due to surrounding businesses), I found myself pleasantly surprised by this little gem. Upon entering, I noticed the long line to order, which is always a good sign of delicious eats. It's the order at the register and come pick up your food kind of place, and seems to function well as such. The menu is vast, offering everything from gyro plates filled with rice, meat and veggies, to stuffed pitas and fresh salads. Their side options include fries, a variety of other meats, rice, falafel and more, which all made my mouth water!  The cashier was friendly, offered good recommendations and has everything down to a well-oiled machine. Although our interaction was brief, it was pleasant. Don't forget to check in on Yelp to receive a free 16oz soft drink! I opted for the Greek Salad with gyro (lamb) meat on top, with a side of the falafel, which was ready for pick up about 7 minutes later! While the interior seemed a bit grungy, with unwiped tables and crumbs on the floor, but the nice little patio out front, featured the perfect amount of tables - one of which I snagged in the shade! Now, I'll admit a fan of Mediterranean food and this place nailed it. My small salad came out the size of a dinner plate, loaded to the brim with fresh ingredients (cucumber, olives, feta cheese, onions, tomatoes), piled high with fresh gyro meat, two HUGE falafel balls and an in house made pita (which was the size of my head) along with 3 dipping sauces! My dish was ready for pick up in under 10 minutes, was well prepared and absolutely delicious! Like woah. The meat was tender, piping hot and perfectly shaved, paring nicely with the crisp lettuce. The falafel (larger than a golf ball) proved to be a tasty addition to the plate with the house made dipping sauces! Seriously yum!! With portions this large, I was surprised when paying, as my grand total came to just under $12, which is insane. I left with a full belly and plenty of leftovers!
