My new favorite go to spot for Charbroiled burgers and Chili Cheese Fries. Really good price and quality too!

Arrived at 8:30 to no order. The cashier lied & said it was due at 8:45 until I proved her wrong.

I ordered for 7ppl and paid online for a pick up the next morning. Time due was 8:15. I arrived at 8:30 to find my order was not ready. In fact, no one checked the computer to see it was there. The cashier LIED and said it was requested for 8:45. Umh, NO! Receipts don't lie! I wanted to cancel because I had a meeting to get to. If the order was for myself only, I would have. This is the 2nd and last time I've eaten breakfast here. Both times, my food was horribly unseasoned. My turkey sausage, hash brown and eggs burrito had not a speck of salt or pepper. My coworkers were not impressed either. I will not be back!

The steak quesadilla I ordered was good. It was a little oiler than I would have liked, but it was still tasty. It came with a scoop of sour cream and lettuce with a slice of tomato. I also got a BLT on sourdough and a bottle of orange juice. The drive thru was spacious and didn't demand a sharp turn which bigger vehicles will appreciate. I didn't wait too long... maybe about 5 minutes. The lady at the window was nice and efficient. I asked for ketchup and hot sauce, and she told me that it was already in the bag. I value that foresight. There are a ton of other menu options that I'll try in the future.

It's quick, fast service, and has a variety of diner food from burgers, sandwiches, breakfast plates, Mexican food, including menudo on weekends and caldo during the week. They also have a drive thru. Convenient location near the freeway as well.

Over cooked food! This dinner shrimp was disgusting. Last time I'll be coming here.

I was super tempted to try the Carrot Pancakes but after the sliders came out I was feeling like it might've been too much so I opted for a single buckwheat pancake with berries and it was absolutely perfect! The texture of the pancake itself was divine as it soaked up any bit of warm and fresh maple syrup while still maintaining surprising integrity and no sign of sog in sight! My partner enjoyed the buttermilk pancakes with no complaints and a particular taking to the thick cut bacon! 8.5/10 the only reasons for docking points was parking and the mocha muchaco being a little too milk forward. I might order with an extra shot of espresso next time but i'll definitely be returning!

Would have been better bringing my own bottle of Mrs. Butterworth. Service was weird and bad. Nobody came to greet us and offer water and take drink order for at least 5 minutes after seating. The servers, although polite, were not very friendly, quiet, not warm. The girl who brought out our food was creepy and quiet and barely spoke. Did not bring us utensils with food. My husband had to steal the utensils off the next table. The people working there don't seem happy. No music playing. The place is oddly quiet and dead, could only hear some conversations from nearby tables. Large tv playing Bob's Burgers just felt very empty and dead, no life. Almost $4 for a cup of coffee and they bring out the little mini moo creamers that have chemicals in them. I asked the server for some whole milk instead and it took forever to come. Save your money and time and just go to Eat At Joes in Redondo. That place actually has life and they know how to run a business.

This was my second visit to Clutch and Coffee. Approximately nine months ago, I came with a friend…read moreand had an excellent experience. I entered with my service dog without any issue. Today I arrived about ten minutes before 8:00 a.m. We were the only customers present besides one waitress and a male employee. He wore a black hat, had a short blonde beard, wire-rimmed glasses, and small-gauge black earring plugs. This employee demonstrated no knowledge of ADA or California service animal laws. Given the number of seniors and service-animal users in Old Torrance, staff handling the front should be familiar with these requirements. He asked me to sit on the patio. I requested an indoor booth instead. He then asked for papers or identification for the service dog. I explained that no such documentation is required under the law and that fraudulent service animals often carry papers. I informed him that businesses may ask only two questions: (1) whether the animal is a service dog required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task the dog has been trained to perform. He continued to raise health-code concerns and responded dismissively. He eventually seated us in a booth. Service after seating was poor. The waitress ignored our table for approximately seventeen minutes. She did not inform us that menus were already on the table. She later set down waters without comment and left. A young male employee refilled our drinks first. The waitress returned to the table only a couple of times and appeared only at the end when she noticed money on the table for the check. We were seated away from other guests and largely ignored throughout the meal, which made the experience awkward. We waited an extended period for the check. When an elderly woman and her daughter arrived at the front door, we stood to leave. We waited another two to three minutes with payment in hand before placing the money on the table and departing. The restroom was filthy. There were no paper towels for drying hands. Toilet paper was on the floor, soap was on the ground, and toilet-seat covers were scattered and torn from the wall dispenser. As we appeared to be the first customers to use the restroom that morning, the condition suggests it had not been cleaned from the previous evening. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III, restaurants are places of public accommodation and must allow service dogs to accompany individuals with disabilities in all areas open to the public, including indoor seating. Staff may ask only two questions when it is not obvious that a dog is a service animal: (1) whether the dog is a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task the dog has been trained to perform. Businesses may not require documentation, identification cards, certification, vests, or any form of paperwork. They also may not inquire about the nature of the person's disability or demand that the animal demonstrate its tasks. California law, including the Disabled Persons Act (Civil Code §§ 54-54.2), reinforces these federal protections. Local health codes do not override the ADA right of access for a properly controlled service dog in dining areas. The manner in which we were greeted immediately set a negative tone for the entire meal. Although my companion and I enjoyed each other's company, that was the only positive aspect of the visit. The initial confrontation over my service dog, followed by prolonged neglect from the waitress, made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Throughout the meal I also felt meticulously watched, as if the staff were waiting for us to finish quickly and leave. As a result, I was unable to fully enjoy or finish my meal.

My wife and I had an enjoyable breakfast experience, tasting some unique dishes that are worth coming in for. We had a real early errand in the Lomita area, so wanted to take advantage by trying a different breakfast place. They have a really informative website, explaining the owning family's participation and how some of their food is sourced. It's a brunch place (open from 8 am to 2/3 pm, Tu-Su), so needed to wait a bit outside (street parking only, found one hour free parking right in front since coming so early). Menus are available at the front counter, and you place and pay (clover) for your order first. The food came out soon after, delivered to your table. There is a self-serve water jug in the same area as take-as-you-need take-out containers (also saw a self-serve costco-size plastic wrap box for wrapping...such a Korean thing to do). Utensils and napkins are available at the table to take for need. I really like places like this that have optimized the service experience, getting what you need without having to track someone down. Forking Around's Filipino Burrito ($18.95) - a collab with the food influencer 'Forking Around' to put into a breakfast burrito, many common ingredients from a Filipino breakfast. This includes egg, garlic fried rice as base and a vegetable lumpia with longanisa pieces, wrapped in a good flour tortilla. Sides were both a cilantro lime crema and a well made sawsawan. The sausage was not too sweet nor too red (though perhaps a bit too meatloaf-like), and the lumpia in the burrito worked for me. Korean Breakfast with bulgogi and steamed rice ($19.95) - it was served in a cast-iron skillet and the pan had been heated up greatly...super hot when served and still warm by the time we left. The flavor of the bulgogi was solid, and I loved the presentation. Taco Truck Burrito ($17.95) - korean-style al pastor pork, with pineapple and kimchi fried rice and egg. It was good....forgot to ask if the meat was really cooked on a vertical rotisserie. Came with a good chipotle salsa and lime crema. We were done in 30 minutes, from entry to exit. It wasn't too busy, so asked the front-of-house lead where the longanisa sausage and lumpia were made...she stated that it was all in-house. That's really impressive, making an ingredient from scratch that is only used in one dish. This and the elegant presentation and longevity really shows that the entire team behind bites & bashes cafe (catering) knows what they are doing.

I stopped in for a coffee and a side of bacon, and my total was almost $20. For such a simple order, that's hard to justify. I understand food costs have increased, but the pricing feels excessive compared to other local restaurants that serve quality food at much more reasonable prices. My biggest concern, however, is the impact the business has had on our neighborhood. Since Zuzu's Petals opened, we've noticed a significant increase in litter, much of it appearing to be food and drink packaging from the restaurant. Weekend traffic on the sidewalks has become overwhelming, customers often park in alleyways or in unsafe locations, and it has made our neighborhood much more difficult to navigate. We brought these concerns to an employee, but were told there wasn't much they could do. If this business truly wants to be part of the community, I hope they take more responsibility for the impact they're having on the surrounding neighborhood. Encouraging customers to park responsibly, helping keep the area clean, and offering more reasonably priced menu options would go a long way toward building goodwill with the people who actually live here. I always want local businesses to succeed, but right now I can't recommend Zuzu's Petals based on both my experience and the ongoing issues it's created for nearby residents. Also beach cleaning isn't cleaning our neighborhood. That's no support to our neighborhood. Maybe have a neighborhood clean up day instead.

The fillings were good, but adding jalapeños felt like a questionable decision.
