Stake and eggs (we ate the potatoes but it also brings potatoe wedges)

Good service the food is good at a very reasonable price I ate the corollas and camaron plate the shrimp were well seasoned, my husband had their breakfast the steak and egg their potato wedges are awsome and crisp. We also asked for a cocktail de camaron which was also a very good option. Definitely recomend this place.

    Food is flavorful and delicious!

Loved my camarones al mojo de ajo! Very tasty! First time here, will definitely be coming again. Plus you can drink and they have music playing!

Ok, let me start off by saying the michelada was ON POINT! The perfect mix! I'm definitely coming back for that again. So why -1 star? Because look at my plate: Camarones al mojo del ajo. It was more like a plate of arroz con frijol with a side of camarones. Overall it was good, my dish did need some black pepper and I wished it had more garlic flavor, but again, I'm overall pleased and will be coming back again. Parking is limited, street parking mostly.

Mariscos!!! Just had 3 tacos de camaron and they were delicious! my coworker had the milanesa empanizada and he said his was realllly good. salsa with chips too! the salsa was delish too...on fire, but still delish! Parking next to the restaurant and they were so nice when I called in to place the order and were super nice when I went in to pick up. Will definitely be back!

I agree with some of the previous reviews that this is the epitome of "hole in the wall." Decors and exteriors are not the most attractive, but I love supporting small businesses! I came here for lunch on a week day, the place only had like 2 customers, so I got almost undivided attention and fast service, woo hoo! The service was excellent. Chips and salsa were brought to me immediately after I ordered and sat down, and refilled as soon as I finished my first basket (hehe, I love chips and salsa!). The burrito plate had huge portion, it lasted me for two meals. The only complaint I have was that the food was way too heavy and tasted more on the greasy end. It's a good place to be when you're extremely starving.

It's one of those "low-key hidden but worth finding" spots. Don't let the location fool you! I went on a Tuesday during the week when it wasn't busy at all -- nice and chill vibes. But babyyy once 6 PM hit? Dinner time activated. The crowd definitely started rolling in and you could feel the energy shift. So just know traffic picks up later in the evening if you're planning a visit. Now let's get into what matters: The staff? Super attentive and kind. I love when servers check on you just enough without hovering. And the food came out HOT. Not warm. Not "it's been sitting." I'm talking steaming, fresh, straight-to-the-table heat -- which is exactly how a crab boil should hit. Portions were generous because I was overly stuffed and still had plenty left over for the next day (which honestly might be the best part). Nothing like reheating a seafood boil and running it back. Thank you for hosting me and my guest -- we had such a good experience. I'll definitely be back for my next crab boil fix lol

We waited for 30 minutes to be seated even though plenty of tables were open, waited another 30 minutes to place an order, waited another 40 minutes until the food came out. At least the decor was "cute" pretty standard for a seafood boil and had TVs. We got 3 pounds of shrimp with the flavor mix and the spiciest level of heat in addition to some Cajun fries. The seafood was so bland and the fries were so dry with little to no seasoning.

The table decor was an amazing sight to see upon arrival. Our waitress Amy was the best. She helped us with recommendations, being it was our first time, and offered prompt service with a smile. I wished to connect with her in an effort to re-establish our work relationship after being out of the loop the last few years. I was hopeful that Eddie V's would prove an ideal location with which to impress. Indeed it was! We began what would turn out to be one of the most enjoyable outings in fine dining since I have been in L.A., and the South Bay/Manhattan Beach area in particular. I can say that Eddie V's hit on all three elements that most look for when considering fine dining options-the ambiance (location itself), the food, and of course my #1 thing-the level of customer service! Other than past experiences in my 2nd home of New Orleans, (where top tier customer service is to be expected from "hole in the walls" to century old restaurants such as Antoine's, Galatoire's, and Commander's Palace-this was bar none my best fine dining experience in Los Angeles.......ever! Over the course of the next few hours, we would indulge in the following: Starters: *Caesar Sald-light and scrumptious. (I devoured this option in under 10 minutes) *Shrimp Cocktail-presented as a table spread as opposed to the shrimp being hooked on the outside of a generic wine glass. The shrimp were large and super fresh. We both moved in for the attack here! Dinner: *Crab Cakes (3) These are bar none the absolute best in L.A. I had two, and my guest knocked out one of them-they tasted just like Gulf crab-which is saying something. *One 8oz Filet Mignon-cooked to perfection (we kind of split this) lol Beverages: *GL Substance (aka the house red), which I enjoyed thoroughly. * Smoked Old Fashioned (part of a nice presentation where our server literally lit up fire and "smoked it" in front of my guest. *Perfect Margarita-a certified margarita according to my guest. * Fresh coffee and cream-hot and fresh like the food! Desert: *Celebration Dessert which consisted of a variety of special treats-all of which were complimentary. *Meyer Lemon Tart-a mouthwatering offering that was the epitome of that perfect blend where lemon and sugar meet in the middle. Customer Service The CSA, or Customer Service All Star of this experience was Kayla P-pictured. Honorable mention goes out to hostess Azhanee-pictured. Server Kayla P and Hostess Azhanee collaborated as a team and ennsured that my guest was greeted by name and that her valet was already paid upon arrival! GM Melissa L Pacana checked in on us a few times, thereby adding the cherry to the top of this A-1 experience. Special thanks to Server Kayla P for taking super loving care of us-you're a credit to Darden Restaurants, & this Eddie V's in particular.

The steak is or was, mediocre. This is a seafood restaurant and specialty. If you come here, I'd say don't do the surf and turf (steak) but opt for more seafood. The shrimp grilled in the shell is lackluster because the shrimp often sticks into the shell and dry out, harder to eat and less delicious, in my opinion. All of the fishes that are grilled are great and the best options.
