This review is to the female who has a very arrogant egotistical and obnoxiously disrespectful personality. The latina worker at the front handling the guest list who has no professional and respectful etiquette at all. INCIDENT REPORT & FORMAL GRIEVANCE: UNACCEPTABLE EMPLOYEE MISCONDUCT Date of Incident: August 1, 2026 Executive Overview 8/1/2026 evening, our party--consisting of senior parents, a cousin, and myself--visited this establishment as loyal, regular patrons. While we were thrilled to see the restaurant thriving, the front-of-house guest coordination failed catastrophically due to the appalling, unhinged behavior of the guest list coordinator. Instead of executing her duties with basic situational awareness and decorum, this employee displayed gross negligence, defensive insubordination, and unprovoked hostility. Worse still, she crossed the line from being merely unhelpful to outright harassing our table with an arrogant ego. She is entirely unfit for a customer-facing role and must either be terminated immediately or forced to face and completely overhaul her toxic faults. Sequence of Events & Operational Failures * Neglect of Duty: Upon our buzzer (Number 53) going off, I approached the host station to hand in the device. The employee was completely distracted, engaging in a conversation with another customer rather than fulfilling her immediate responsibility: assisting us first since it was our turn and facilitating our seating with such delay. * Autonomous Seating Precedent: As regular customers personally acquainted with the ownership, our party is intimately familiar with the restaurant's operational flow. Given our familiarity and the packed environment, we proceeded to select an open, available table--a standard, sensible practice for returning patrons. * Unprovoked Confrontation and Lecturing: Rather than assessing the situation professionally, the employee marched up to our table uninvited. She initiated a hostile confrontation, lecturing and talking back to us with total disrespect, entirely disregarding the presence of senior citizens at our table. * Harassment and Refusal to Leave: When addressed regarding her undivided attention elsewhere to other customer(s) at the podium in the lobby area and not leading us to our table immediately, she refused to take accountability for that. Matters escalated further when we explicitly told her multiple times to leave our table and requested another staff member to take our order because we refused to deal with her toxic attitude. She refused to leave, continuing to harass us and argue back with an unbearable, obnoxious arrogant ego. * Defensive Insubordination: She was aggressive, "fake nice" demeanor. She kept repeating herself, "Yeah busy busy. Busy busy. You have to wait for me to take you to your table." We will not wait. How else are lines and tables suppose to move faster if we wait for her incompetence? When customers seat themselves at all my restaurants, we have the generous respect to let them be. Just so they can be happy. That was not the case here with her behaving so inappropriately and terribly. Her complete inability to admit fault or accept that she was in the wrong exposes a toxic character flaw that cannot be tolerated in a service environment. Analysis of Unprofessional Conduct 1. Total Failure of Basic Hospitality: Customer service requires attentiveness, prioritization, and emotional intelligence. This individual lacks all three, choosing to project her own operational oversights onto loyal patrons. 2. Harassment and Breach of Professional Boundaries: Arguing with patrons, refusing to leave a table when explicitly asked, and forcing a combative, ego-driven argument is completely intolerable. Staff are hired to de-escalate and respect guests--not to harass them at their seats. 3. Inability to Self-Correct: A worker who cannot admit when they are wrong is a liability to any business. Her stubborn refusal to accept her mistakes ensures she will continue to alienate guests and damage the restaurant's hard-earned reputation. 4. Economic Reality: We Patrons fund this business, sustain its growth, and directly secure the paycheck livelihoods of its staff. Treating loyal, senior-accompanied patrons and myself with obnoxious arrogance, hostility, and harassment demonstrates a fundamental unsuitability for employment. Conclusion & Required Action The behavior exhibited by this employee was toxic, abusive to the customer experience, and deeply damaging to the establishment's reputation. Management is faced with a clear choice: Immediate termination of her employment is the only appropriate measure to ensure accountability and protect the brand's standing. If she is permitted to stay without genuinely acknowledging her severe faults and apologizing TO ME, management is actively endorsing arrogance and harassment toward the very people who keep the doors open. *The rest of the employees here are always doing a great job. read more

As a disclaimer, I generally don't expect buffet food to be the highest quality. That said, for less than $25 per person on the weekend, this buffet is an incredible value. The food was flavorful, and there was a huge selection with plenty of options to choose from. For an all-you-can-eat buffet, this is definitely one of the better ones I've been to. Finally had a chance to check this place out. My family and I had a good experience. I would say that this place is a good 4.5 stars. Will give them 5 stars though. The atmosphere was pretty standard for an Asian/seafood buffet. There were a lot of options, and most of the food was very delicious. There was a lot that I did not get to try. My youngest son is a very picky eater so there were only a couple things he was willing to eat. The only thing missing from this place is a soft serve ice cream machine and it would be perfect. We called ahead of time asking the price and they told us $17, when we got there and paid they charged us $23 each. When we said we had called they apologized and said that was their lunch pricing. It was a sister day out... we were carving some seafood and we had to come here.. food was fresh and plenty of it. All i had was the seafood and so worth it with the price. They had so many different food selections, and the Teppanyaki section was so good. My two friends also treated me to dinner for my birthday, and I'm so thankful to them. The crab legs were good, and all the food was delicious. While we were eating, I think we heard the birthday song about seven times!
