Came here again after a trip to IKEA and it was great again! It was the first time I tried any pho with chicken broth. It was good, yet definitely lighter and less bold than beef broth. Normally things are fine, but I recently found a small hair in my spring roll. Doubt you can even see it, but thought it was something to share. It's not worth arguing with them about it in my opinion-- I can see it not going well AT ALL. I desperately wanted it to be my own hair, but it was tucked into the roll and my strands just don't feel and look that way--who knows maybe I'm wrong. That's the chance I take when eating out. I assume their hair is "clean", but still a bit disturbing. Ending up throwing out the other roll and rest of my pho. I was suspicious feeling that they have some kind of a deal with some advertising that was blasting so loudly that we couldn't hear ourselves. They have some kind of a radio station or something consistently speaking louder than their TV sets that is advertising for some stupid program and it's on a loop and so loud and obnoxious that we wanted to leave in the middle of our meal. This was my first time coming to this restaurant and the service was great. The server was attentive of my guest and I. She asked us if we needed anything every so often. The ambiance was spacious and we went before dinner time so not a lot of people. I enjoyed it and the food was so delicious. We didn't know what to choose, we wanted to get everything. The rolls were very delicious the sauces were great except the peanut sauce It lacked flavor. The Thai tea was so refreshing and not to sweet. We heard about this place through social media and the food looked delicious, so we finally went. As we got to the restaurant, we noticed that the ambiance and cleanliness did not look its best. But we still decided to give it a try. Service was great. Granted, there was hardly anyone. They sat us down and took down our order. When they were serving us we noticed plates were worn done, when asking for a plastic spoon-they touched the whole things with their bare hands, and I asked for an extra cup and it seemed to have been wet. Nothing really seemed sanitary to be honest. But what topped off everything was right when we started eating our food, we heard the cook in the kitchen clearing his throat and spitting. Their sandwich started off looking pretty good, but they didn't have pickles veggies and there were only 3 slices of crumpled meat in the whole sandwich. I guess for $8, you get what you pay for. Bread was not toasted, but soft. The combination fried rice was also a disappointment. They didn't give you that much, and the fried rice had no taste.
