Came here again after a trip to IKEA and it was great again! It was the first time I tried any pho with chicken broth. It was good, yet definitely lighter and less bold than beef broth. I wish that there was a bit more seafood in the bowl though. The service was very friendly and fast. The ambiance is typical for a Vietnamese place. It's simple, clean and in a strip mall. It's not worth arguing with them about it in my opinion-- I can see it not going well AT ALL. I desperately wanted it to be my own hair, but it was tucked into the roll and my strands just don't feel and look that way--who knows maybe I'm wrong. That's the chance I take when eating out. This was my first time coming to this restaurant and the service was great. The server was attentive of my guest and I. She asked us if we needed anything every so often. The ambiance was spacious and we went before dinner time so not a lot of people. I enjoyed it and the food was so delicious. We didn't know what to choose, we wanted to get everything. We started with the Crystal appetizer platter, and the shrimp puffs were our favorite. We wanted more! Side of Shrimp (3pcs) and Beef Ball (2 pcs but cut in half to look like 4) Overall experience was amazing. The broth flavor and temperature was perfect. For a large size felt medium with a large bowl and especially the side items for $4 each, I expected more. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. The rolls were very delicious the sauces were great except the peanut sauce It lacked flavor. The Thai tea was so refreshing and not to sweet. But we still decided to give it a try. Service was great. Granted, there was hardly anyone. They sat us down and took down our order. When they were serving us we noticed plates were worn done, when asking for a plastic spoon-they touched the whole things with their bare hands, and I asked for an extra cup and it seemed to have been wet. Nothing really seemed sanitary to be honest. But what topped off everything was right when we started eating our food, we heard the cook in the kitchen clearing his throat and spitting. That's when we couldn't take it anymore as it was clear that it was not a clean environment. Wanted to try a new Vietnamese spot from our usual place. Very unfortunate to say that this place is very disappointing. First off, we ordered 4 beef banh mi and a combination fried rice. Their sandwich started off looking pretty good, but they didn't have pickles veggies and there were only 3 slices of crumpled meat in the whole sandwich. I guess for $8, you get what you pay for. Bread was not toasted, but soft. The combination fried rice was also a disappointment. They didn't give you that much, and the fried rice had no taste.
