    ROSE SEAFOOD PASTA

It's a casual and relaxed Korean restaurant that is open late. Service is friendly with the staff making rounds to check on you. We ordered cheese Tteokbokki, SHRIMP Tempura, SHRIMP FRIED RICE, SEAFOOD NOODLE SOUP, ROSE PASTA, BIBIMGUKSU, FRIED WINGS 10Pcs, Galbi. The food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the Tteokbokki, rose pasta, shrimp tempura, and wings. We've visited twice and both times we were happy with both the food and service.

We had an amazing time here! They make everything fresh and to order so it may it a while for the food to arrive. The rice cake and sausage were pretty good. They drizzle a sweet and salty sauce on top which I enjoyed. The spicy pork bulgogi is the best dish imo. It was perfectly seasoned with some carrots and kimchi. It also came with a bowl of fluffy rice which I thought was really good. The spicy fried chicken was also good. The sauce was sweet, salty, and spicy. The chicken inside was still soft and moist. The waiters were friendly and attentive. They gave me 4 portions of kimchi which I thought was nice!

I've eaten here several times since they opened. They're great for both dining in or takeout, and their staff always greets us warmly and provides great service. It's a fun, casual spot to grab a wide variety of Korean dishes. My favorite go-to item is their kimchi cheese fried rice. I order their tteokboki often too, and my friend likes their bibimguksu. I've tried their soy garlic wings, but I'm not a fan.

Everything we had was so good. Love the fried gizzards, and jolmyeon especially. Their tteokbokki and their soy garlic chicken wings are good too. Service was good too. Plenty of parking. Noticed JYP's signature on the wall!! If JYP came, I will keep coming too.

We went here on a Saturday night around 9pm and it was really empty. There were only maybe 2 other parties inside. We ordered the stir fried gizzard, rabokki, and kimchi fried rice. It was okay. The food wasn't bad but it wasn't a wow for us. Everything was kind of pricey for what we ordered. The gizzard was very small and kind of overcooked. The kimchi fried rice was very basic. The dukbokki was also pretty basic too. Overall, it didn't leave a big impression on us.

Albert found a place open until 12am some days 1am in Gardena called 88 Pocha~Korean Street Food. Our first time trying this place. Now we know a handful of spots in our neighborhood that are open after midnight! It's nice to know this closes late. It's somewhere to go when we don't want to cook at homeIts a big place, we were seated right away. The server was really nice. I ordered my favorite Galbi when I see it on any menu. Albert ordered Korean Pancakes. Next time he will ask not to cook it with octopus . He does not like to it rubbery food.

Our group of 4 was able to split / share two orders of Korean fried chicken and soy garlic chicken with the cheese ttebbokki. Friendly service. It was busy on a Saturday evening so it took a while to order but once we ordered, the food came out within 15-20 minutes. Everything tasted delicious. Chill ambiance as they played hit music on the background. Also loud environment due to people chatting. Great spot to eat late with friends. Each order of chicken was $20. Entrees costed at least $15 or so. Pricey but if you don't have many options for Korean soul food, check them out !

On my 2nd visit , our group and i ordered what was mentioned in the picture. The Ahjussi 아저씨 that assisted us ( could be the owner ) was very warm and welcoming once again. Even made sure of how to truly enjoy the dishes you ordered by giving recommendations on how to prepare the food before you take a bite. Always a great late night eat, with great music and great restaurant aesthetics. I do no live in the area but will always have 88 Pocha on my mind if i want authentic Korean food. The 아저씨 customer services adheres to both American and Korean culture which i truly appreciated , it's as if he has a switch to turn on his customer service to cater to you. Superb excellent service To model his style - please try out this establishments dishes 이 식당 음식이 맛있어요

Delicious visit once again. The pork belly chives is a 10. Hard to stop yourself from eating the entire plate yourself lol. The Korean style chicken wings were crispy, tasty and super hot! Very sweet. The kimchi pork bulgogi stir fry is always super hot and flavorful! We love this. The Bibimbap fell short, to me. I was expecting a rice base but it was lettuce tossed in some light dressing. Presentation was so pretty, but no flavor to any of the toppings. I wouldn't order this again.

First time trying 88 pocha and it was delicious. We made a beautiful mistake ordering fried rice but it was great because we kept it for our lunch the bulgogi and short ribs tasted great even the bone were good according to our dogs lol service was a bit slow but so was the restaurant. The ambience was nice and quite we really enjoyed our food

I came here on a whim last Friday. My date ordered the seafood soup which was served in a pot on a small burner to keep it warm, which I thought was a nice touch. We ordered a side of kimchi cheesy rice, and I ordered soy garlic wings. I don't enjoy seafood, but my date really liked the soup. It was a huge portion, and filled with all types of goodies (mussels, shrimp, octopus). It was surprisingly filling. The rice was decent. The flavor was good, and it super cheesy. The wings honestly weren't the best. Although they were piping hot, the wings seemed like they were not fresh. They almost felt like they were reheated. The customer service was good, our server was very nice and attentive. My experience was okay, but nothing remarkable.

Great spot to sit down and grub with friends. Authentic pocha eatery with all the essentials for a great night. Ring the call service button which allows you to take your time with ordering/eating while making sure you were attended when you were needed. The bibimbap could've used more bulgogi/beef as it was very light, however taste was there.

ARMY STEW (BU DAE GGI GAE) goes great with drinks!
    Brannon Y.

A solid choice to drink and eat! Our table ordered the army stew and the Korean Style Spicy Boneless Chicken. With a total of 4 people, we were over satisfied with the amount of army stew portions - delicious by the way! On top of that we were ordered the boneless Korean style chicken. Although, not what we expected, the entree still performed high! Imagine popcorn chicken with a light tempura batter doused in a Korean gochujang sauce. It's a beautiful dish! Service was FAST, but the scene was not crowded at the time. Waiter was helpful towards questions about entree size and gave good recommendations over all. 5 stars for service in my opinion. Good amount of seating, and ambiance reminds me of most Korean bar/ drinking scenes. My group came for the drinks, stayed for the food, and will be back for more vibes! Looking forward to next time, thanks 88 Pocha!

Wooga Sullungtang is officially one of my top places to grab some ox bone soup without having to deal with a longer, traffic-ridden drive to K-Town. The broth is silky smooth, rich, soothing, and honestly tastes wonderful on its own. But of course the salt, pepper, and plate of chopped green onions really amplify and improve the overall dish. Purple rice and banchan were delicious as well. I love how thick and crunchy their radish is and I loved pouring some of those juices into my broth about halfway through finishing. Kimchi, cucumber kimchi, and fish cake were so so addicting. Service was impressively quick. I came in while the Mexico vs. South Korea World Cup was broadcasted so the energy in the restaurant and servers was ELECTRIC. It also seemed to include some new items, or at least ones that weren't printed out on the placemats. We've previously tried their cold noodles, galbi, hot stone bimbimbap, tofu soup and seafood pancake. All are pretty good but the cold noodle is our favorite. This time we ordered their fishcake kimbap and the cold noodle and galbi combo. I previously saw photos of their kimbap but didn't see it on their menu until now so I was excited to try it. It comes with 20-24 pieces and a side of soup, quite a lot actually for one person. The kimbap was as expected, it was flavorful, had a slight crunch (from the pickled radish) and didn't fall apart easily while eating. It comes with a dipping sauce but it wasn't particularly noteworthy and I didn't feel it is required to use. The cold noodles were a bit different this time but overall had the same flavor. It comes with half an egg, pickled vegetables, slices of cucumber, and slices of meat in an icy broth with buckwheat noodles. Be sure to add the mustard and vinegar for added flavor. The side of galbi was as expected, but doesn't arrive sizzling like at many other Korean restaurants. The flavor can vary, sometimes more flavorful than other times but overall it still pairs well with the cold noodle. Service can be a bit spotty, especially when they only have one server doing everything. It can be hard to flag someone down so be prepared to sit around for a while if they have less staff and many customers. Overall not a dealbreaker but just something to be aware of.

We gave this place a try because we were excited to see they have Rice Wine here (since most of the mainstream KBBQ places didn't have this), and we were satisfied beyond our expectations. Parking: A very small dim lot next to the restaurant. Right below the small sign that sits above it. Ambience: We came on a Saturday night (7:00pm) expecting busy wait times but we called in and there was no wait! We were immediately seated. It's a very small restaurant, the booths are big enough to fit a family but bigger parties may need to call in to see if space is available. The vibes are especially different from most bigger and popular places but this qualifies as a hidden gem for sure. Service: Quick and nice! Second time coming to a place where they cook it for you at some points and serve you. They check on you often enough and were quick to see you get all that you ordered. Food: Absolutely nothing I've never had before, we knew we wanted brisket and pork belly, we skipped out on the combos + intestine sections bc of this. Luckily our two meat combo qualified us to also receive a soybean paste soup, steamed egg, and corn cheese for free! We additionally added rice paper to our order for a small charge. The menu is vast and I would like to come back here to try their different meats. I have never had a more flavorful brisket in my KBBQ experience before and the pork belly was thick enough and had that chewiness texture that made it so enjoyable. Employee was nice enough to inform us that the soup + steamed egg are carefully cooked with real flavorful ingredients, so expect high-quality. We didn't go into this place expecting AYCE since we believe places that offer à la carte specializes in quality, so please come with the same idea if you choose to go here! Regardless, our small bodies were filled by how much food we received! Overall, I gave this place a chance despite its smaller reviews, smaller atmosphere, and a generally smaller presence this had in comparison to its competitors. I would suggest you do the same too!
