Our beef was a textbook medium rare and was so juicy and tender, as was the rest of the meat. The chicken was so moist and flavorful, as was all the shawarma. All meats were seasoned beautifully. The roasted tomatoes, onions, and pickles were the perfect compliments to help freshen up the palette during the meal.
