    Chicken Kabob Plate 10/10
    Tracee H.

I've heard good reviews at this restaurant, so I decided to give it a try for lunch, and it was really good! I ordered the chicken kabob plate on Door Dash app, and got it picked up. Chicken was not dry, not under cook, -- perfection , loved the rice & the amazing sauces it came with. Green and the white sauce. Trust me, it goes well together! I'm a sauce kinda girl when it comes to food. You gotta have the sauce ;) Salad was delicious not sour like some places. And when it comes to Mediterranean foods, I always look forward to eating a good hummus , and yup it was delicious ! It filled me up , I had to save some for dinner , overall worth the price! [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's outdoor seating with the shades so you don't worry about the sun being in your face.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will be coming back for more :)

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A delicious meal with a homemade feel & backyard bbq ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Right after I landed in LA, my friend said I had to visit one of her favorite restaurants. I now understand why it's her favorite! I had a tough time deciding what to get but ended up ordering the Kafta Kebab Plate with Tabouli Salad and an order of Cheese Phyllo. My friend ordered the Chicken Kebab Plate and a 'small' side of spicy potatoes. We also got an 8oz tub of Garlic Sauce to share. The food came out in less than ten minutes and I was shocked by the portions. My plate alone was enough for two meals, so not only did I get to try a new restaurant, I was able to enjoy it twice in one day! The rice was fluffy and seasoned well. The hummus was creamy and went so well with the Kafta. The salad was refreshing and very tasty. The cheese phyllo were like the crab rangoons of this cuisine. Busting with cheese and just a fun finger food! The stars of the show for me were the garlic sauce and the spicy potatoes. The garlic sauce had that raw garlic spice that I love. I don't care that I smelled like raw garlic for the rest of the day-- it was the best way for me to remember my meal. The potatoes reminded me of something I would make as a kid coming home from school. Simple, a little greasy, and smothered in sauce. I can't wait to come back for more!

    Lamb gyro. Full of deliciousness.

Lamb gyro full of deliciousness. The service was quick. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambience couldn't be reviewed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Gyro plate (ordered without rice, extra salad) -- typically served with yellow rice.

When I'm craving Mediterranean, this is usually where I go. I've had the Kafta Kebab Plate and the Gyro Meat Plate multiple times. The portions are generous, and the flavor is consistently strong - easily one of the better Mediterranean spots in the area. The green sauce is the highlight. I crave it every time. It really pulls everything together. Service is more of a quick counter setup - you order, grab a number, and they bring the food out. It's efficient, not full-service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Seating is on an outdoor patio with an open breezeway feel. The heat lamps aren't always on, so bring a jacket if it's cooler.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's not fancy and the setup is simple, but the food keeps me coming back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The Service: Manager Yovani leads an awesome team. Many hard workers staffs preparing food at the open kitchen. They are super efficient! Shout out to Evelyn & Gerando for their excellent customer service. They were so attentive & thoughtful. They observed what we would need & took care of it before we even asked. 5 Stars service! The Food: This should be one of the best Mediterranean cuisines we have ever tried. All the meat were prepared perfectly especially the lamb chop which were so flavorful & tender. We loved all the side dishes to come with the kabobs, the rice, hummus, salads, falafel & dolma. The food portion was very generous! They were all freshly made because we saw it from their open kitchen. If you have a sweet tooth, try their baklava & rice pudding. It was a perfect way to end the meal indeed. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free)

This is a go-to whenever I'm visiting the home office with their fresh food with large portions and reasonably priced.

Decent food, mixed experience. Chicken dishes were tender and delicious, but the beef was unfortunately hard and tough. Room for improvement, but worth another try. We ordered the family meal it was $71 but was good for 4/5 people. Pita bread is good to eat immediately after few minutes it's become very hard.

We came on a Tuesday evening. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Not crowded but still fresh and excellent food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The lamb chops plate is good. The egg plant wrap is also very good. Highly recommend it. Will be back

We were so surprised to find so many delicious vegan options at the green olive. The space was pretty empty so we were unsure of what the food would be like but we were so happily surprised by how delicious it all was. We got the 11.Falafel Platter and the potatoes in the side were so delicious.

Just ordered the chicken kabob with a big side of Rice and two small sides of regular hummus the chicken has amazing flavor but I was let down by the hummus didn't have the best of flavor tasted very bland. Rice was also missing some flavor.

Fresh and tasty Mediterranean food. I was here as they are conveniently located next door to Skechers. I've had the falafels, salmon, and chicken kabobs off and on over the years. They were very impressive in the late 2010s but, recently they have been okay. They do charge for a small extra container of sauce, .50. They have not been my go-to Mediterranean place so I actually got confused the last time I was here and asked for a side that was not on their menu. Oops! They have that covered outdoor seating with plenty of tables which is great for large groups. As for cleanliness, when we have come here the last couple of times, there are always tables in need of bussing with one or two or no customers around. Service was A-OK as was the overall experience. It is more like 3.5 stars for me but I will round it down to 3.

The food was a 3/5. good at best. lacked flavor and just seasoning. but it was good and the portion was respectable.

We're a family that loves cheese, so we went for all three cheese appetizer options. We got the Sizzling Feta, the Grilled Halloumi, and the Saganaki. We jokingly asked the server if it was a mistake to get so many appetizers, to which he firmly replied, "You like cheese. I can tell. You'll eat this, no problem." When I tell you we cleared those plates, I mean we absolutely demolished them. We loved all three! The Halloumi won as the overall favorite, but it was a fierce debate with strong support for each dish. Based on the Yelp reviews talking about how good the lamb is, I got the Lamb Souvlaki sandwich. It was delicious! The lamb was incredibly well-cooked, quite tender and very flavorful. The whole package of the pita, with the lamb balanced against the tzatziki and salad, was fantastic. If you're a meat-eater, I highly recommend it. If you're a vegetarian, my family also really enjoyed the Falafel sandwich and the Spanakopita. The Spanakopita was made like a turnover and its pastry was super buttery, perfectly light and flaky. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, nicely moist. It was a hit! The service was very quick and the staff was very friendly. While my family initially raised their eyebrows at the restaurant (it's sandwiched between a motel and a car wash), they were converted by the cheese and were devotees by the time we finished our entrees. We loved it!

Yesterday afternoon, I was in the mood to try something different, as I often am, and that's how I…read moreended up at Aliki's Greek Taverna near LAX. The only minor issue I ran into was parking. At first, I thought the restaurant didn't have its own parking lot since it's connected to a small hotel. The restaurant itself is easy to spot from the outside and isn't confusing to find at all, but I wasn't sure where guests were supposed to park. I ended up parking farther away and walking over. Once inside, I noticed a sign mentioning restaurant parking and learned that customers can park in the hotel's lot. I mention this only to save future customers a little confusion--it wasn't a big deal at all, and I quickly moved my car closer. The restaurant itself is relatively small and connected to one of those cozy hotels you often see around the LAX area. It has the feel of a hidden local spot rather than a busy tourist destination, which honestly adds to its charm. I arrived around 5:30 PM and was surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty. There were only a couple of occupied tables, and only one more arrived while we were there. Honestly, I don't know what people are thinking because they're missing out on something special. I was dining with my 8-year-old nephew, one of those kids who survives almost exclusively on chicken nuggets, noodles, ranch, and other familiar foods. Getting him to try something new is usually a challenge. I ordered him a chicken gyro, and he absolutely loved it. I jokingly told him the tzatziki sauce was ranch, and from that point on he was completely sold. For myself, I ordered the moussaka. I chose it purely for the experience, not because I expected to love it. It turned out to be one of the most delicious restaurant dishes I've had in months. Seriously, months. The layers of eggplant, meat, and creamy béchamel came together perfectly. It was rich, comforting, and unforgettable. The funniest part? My nephew kept asking for more of my food. He was convinced the eggplant was chicken and ended up eating nearly half of my moussaka. If an extremely picky 8-year-old enjoys a dish like that, I think that says everything. We also ordered the lamb souvlaki, which was outstanding. Tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. This place is a true hidden gem. The food was exceptional, the service was friendly, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Our bill came to about $86 before tip for three entrées and two Cokes, and honestly, it was some of the best money I've spent on food all month. Will I be back? Absolutely. In fact, I'm already planning to return within the next few weeks. If you've never tried Greek food before, this is a great place to start.
