I typically eat most of my Mediterranean food in Glendale!! This place is on my top most fresh locations especially for those that have a lifestyle, eating single ingredient foods. The prices are very fair and normal for food of this caliber. The service is nearly impeccable. Taste and food quality is up there with top shelf sit down fast casual locations. Highly recommend this place especially if you want food and high-quality! I will definitely be back read more

Chicken Maison - Mediterranean Near Me - Gardena, California

Stopped by Chicken Maison on a whim yesterday. Didn't really know anything about it except that it served chicken. Had the 1/4 chicken combo. It came with three pieces of rotisserie chicken, two sides, pita bread, and garlic sauce. For my sides, I got brown rice and potato salad. The chicken was delicious. It was flavorful and juicy. I also enjoyed the garlic sauce. It reminded me of a creamy tzatziki sauce except with a garlic punch. That being said, I didn't care for the brown rice which was bland, and the potato salad, which was too vinegary for my taste. The service was very good. The food was ready in a few minutes. Additionally, an employee brought the food out to me even though I ordered takeout, which was nice. I'm glad I didn't dine in. It was really warm inside the restaurant since they left the door wide open. Closing the door and cranking up the AC would make being inside the restaurant a more pleasant experience. If you like Zankou Chicken or Daphne's Greek Cafe, you're probably going like this place. They serve similarly tasty Mediterranean food. I will go as far as to say that I actually prefer this place over the other two chains since the service here is much faster. read more

I've been here a few times my go to is the loaded fries they were not on the menu today but they still have them. The chicken is also quite good. I've had better garlic sauce but it is still okay. I like the selection of iced tea, mint tea and hibiscus drink. The young women that work here are extremely friendly and helpful. I need to try a few other things and I'll definitely be back. read more

Love coming here for a healthy and tasty meal! My go to is the Maison Special Salad. It comes with chicken breast, romaine lettuce, Maison rice, golden raisins, pita croutons, and shaved parmesan cheese. They are very generous with the chicken and rice. The lettuce could be cut up a little smaller; they're pretty large pieces. You get a choice of their Signature Lemon Dressing or Caesar Dressing. I always get the Lemon Dressing. it's so tart and refreshing! Salads also come with pita bread and their garlic sauce. It's so good, you'll definitely want to get an extra one! I also like getting their Chicken Fettuccine Pesto Pasta. It has chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli, and parmesan in a basil pesto. The portion size is huge! They also have some good Kabab plates as well! Parking can get a little bit tight in this shared lot, but a spot will usually open up fairly quickly, since a lot of people are picking up to-go orders. read more

This has been our go to spot for Mediterranean food at the office for years. We used to order from here often because they have great family meals for sharing as well as individual plates. I came here recently for the first time in a while and ordered a whole original rotisserie chicken with a side of Maison rice and potato salad. The meal also came with six pieces of pita bread and two garlic sauces. I ended up purchasing two additional garlic sauces for $0.95 each because I don't think two are enough for the entire meal. The meal easily fed three people, and we still had leftover chicken. The chicken is always moist, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The rice is also very good. I believe it's basmati rice, and it contains golden raisins that give it a slightly sweet flavor. The potato salad is tasty, but don't expect a traditional mayo-based potato salad. I don't think it contains any mayo at all. It has a tangy, slightly sour taste, and I think they may use red wine vinegar in it. The pita bread is good, but I like to put mine in the air fryer and turn it into pita chips. They come out nice and crispy, and they're perfect for dipping into the garlic sauce. Their garlic sauce is one of the best I've had. I've also tried the chicken fettuccine alfredo. It's flavorful and loaded with vegetables, but it's definitely a rich, heavy dish and can be a bit oily. If you don't mind splurging on calories once in a while, it's worth trying. For dessert, I usually get the pita chips glazed with honey and sugar and topped with chopped pistachios. They're absolutely delicious and incredibly addictive. I try not to order them too often because it's easy to finish the entire container in one sitting. Prices have gone up over the years, just like everywhere else, but they're still reasonable. Their family meals, in particular, continue to be a great value. read more

I've always passed by this place, but I don't know what took me so long to finally check it out. One night, my husband was ordering food to get delivered, and he decided we should check out chicken maison. Can I just say.. or maybe the pictures can speak for themselves.. Look how saucy the chicken was!! My husband ordered the spicy lemon garlic chicken which was a very juicy rotisserie chicken that was topped with a spicy lemon garlic sauce. I'm a garlic girly and they didn't skimp on the garlic! read more

Whenever I want healthy food that tastes consistently delicious, I know I can count on Chicken Maison! 1/2 Spicy lemon garlic chicken combo: 5/5. My favorite from here. The chicken is perfectly seasoned and moist, and the best part is that it's still healthy! You can definitely split this into 2 hearty meals. I like to order all dark meat and get the spicy hummus and maison rice (it has raisins inside!) as my sides. The garlic sauce is not overbearingly garlicky and is just so addicting! I've definitely had better pita bread, but it's acceptable. Spicy gyro sandwich: 5/5. Sooo good! Love that it's loaded with juicy gyros. This is definitely a massive sandwich that will make you super full. The gyros are slightly on the salty side, but the tzatziki balances it out well! All the workers here are very friendly and kind :) There's a pretty small parking lot in the front, but I've never had trouble finding parking because people come and go quickly. There's also a Mcdonald's parking lot right next door for back up! read more

Chicken Maison - 1/2 Spicy Lemon Garlic Chicken Combo with Spicy Hummus and maison rice - Mediterranean Near Me - Gardena, California

The food was tasty and flavorful. Good portions, we ordered one plate and shared it and had more than enough. The chicken is so tender, it's just falls off the bone. The sauces and falafel are good too. Goo hummus. The staff was friendly (Eric & Kat) , we let them know it was our first time ordering there. We went with their recommendation to order (half rotisserie chicken with their special sauce). Came with a pita bread too! Liked that. Only thing is the place is kinda drafty, not really like a cozy setting for a date or anything like that. It's super casual. More like fast food joint but the food is good quality! Parking is out front in a shopping lot. Free to park which is good. There are other stores next to it (Barbershop and Nail shop). read more

The food is so good here!! It's a restaurant where you order at the counter. We usually take out. Our favorite is the Chinese chicken salad and the Spicy Lemon Garlic Chicken. Finally tried Chicken Madison and we get the hype now!! We're so addicted to their chicken it's not even funny lol we ate it 3x in the past week lol no photos of the food because we got so excited every time that I kept forgetting to take a picture of our food +there are few locations but the Gardena location is in the same plaza as Domino's and Noodles Noodles. Limited parking available. +I was there for pick up so I didn't interact with the cashier too much but the girl was super nice and had such a nice smile, made everyone feel welcomed! +boyfriend and I ordered their regular chicken and spicy garlic lemon rotisserie and they were both FINGER LICKING GOOD omg. Both of chickens were so juicy and so flavorful we really can't pick one over the other. For sides we had white rice, spicy hummus and green salad a they were all great. The meal comes with fresh pita bread and their garlic sauce and you have to try them both with the meal. Seriously 10/10 would recommend. If you haven't tried it yet, then what are you waiting for! read more

Updating because I have come here a few times since my last review. My go-to is the spicy lemon garlic chicken, rice and salad. I will say it is consistently flavorful and the chicken is juicy. The service has been consistently better as well. So I won't let those two bad experiences outweigh the consistently better ones. read more

I remember when this restaurant was Campos Burritos back in the day. I stopped here because I looked online and realized they offer more than chicken options, so I tried the sole plate with hummus and veggies. Everything was delicious, including the garlic sauce. I ordered to go, but the staff was friendly and the restaurant was quite busy! Can't wait to come back! read more

Pretty good for being a chain restaurant. Really love the spicy garlic sauce, it goes well with the chicken. Kind of strange the 1/2 chicken only comes with 2 pieces though (see pics). Half a chicken is 4 pieces.... Anywho. Decent for what it is. read more

Why oh why don't we have one of these in San diego???? We need one desperately!!! Please open a chicken madison anywhere in San Diego and we will welcome you with lots of hugs!! This place is so yummy! There are about 5 outdoor pup friendly tables. The staff is so warm and friendly and super helpful!! They even offered us some free hot sauce to try. But the best part is the food. Servings are huge and prices are incredibly reasonable!! We ordered the sole plate with hummus and cole slaw and the 1/4 chicken with spicy garlic sauce on the side, spicy hummus and green salad. The chicken plain was so tasty it didn't even need a sauce. The sauce however was divine! The spicy and plain hummus were very flavorful! The dressing on the green salad was plentiful and quite tasty. The sole came on top of a bed of white rice and was excellent as was the coleslaw. This place has replaced Zankou as my go to chicken place when I head up north! We will definitely be back. ps clean restroom too!!! read more

Food (5/5): My mom orders Chicken Maison WEEKLY and for good reason: THEIR CHICKEENNNNN! OH MY GOD. The juiciest and most well-seasoned chicken that I have ever had. I need to know the recipe because it is the PERFECT meal prep chicken. I got the 1/4 chicken with the spicy lemon seasoning and the juice oozes out when you take a bite. The chicken falls off the bone. Their sides are the perfect compliment. I got the rice and steamed veggies. Meals also come with pita bread and a garlic sauce. They sell these pita chips that are coated with honey and pistachio. The are crunchy, sweet, and ADDICTING AF. I had my coworkers try and they couldn't stop eating them! Safe to say I will be back. Service (5/5): Food comes out quick! Ambiance (4/5): Perfect place for a casual and fast place to eat. It's really clean here, but the tables look like they need updating. Price (5/5): Totally worth the card swipe! 4 meals and the pita chips came out to about $100. read more

I came here on TryGuyLA's recommendation and the restaurant didn't have ANYTHING that he'd tried in his review. The service was solid, ambiance isn't much to write home about, as this is fast-casual vibes, and the food is fine. I think the price point is a bit high for what's being offered. It felt like a wasted trip, as I don't live near here. All in all, if you live or work nearby, it's a solid lunch option. read more

Chicken Maison on Crenshaw is easily one of the best spots in the area. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. On top of that, the customer service is spectacular. The staff is friendly, quick, and makes you feel genuinely welcomed. Tiani was great with the customer service. I asked her for her recommendation on what I should try, and she said the shrimp pasta. My husband got the 1/4th chicken and she recommended that he try the spicy Cole slaw. Everything looked absolutely Amazing. Food came out in less than 10 minutes. Overall it was not only palate pleasant but healthy. We will be back. Their watermelon lime juice and hibiscus juice are so enjoyable. My husband enjoyed his meal.
