Customer service is decent and they can improve on the cleanliness of the establishment. If you like spice, Dave's is a staple. Their sliders have a mixture of heat that are leveled and balanced by the pickles and dave's sauce. Depths of flavor. I also recommend their normal milkshakes. You can taste the real ice cream. Came in recently because I'm a sucker for promotional meals. I saw that they were doing a promotion with X-Men 97 and I knew I had to at least try to get the Wolverine figurine lol. I visited a few locations of Dave's Hot Chicken now and I'm glad to see that their food is consistently good. Yes they are a big Chain but honestly sometimes if you have a good product, it's just a good product. This particular visit was pleasant because the person taking my order and the person handing out the food were just so friendly. I think they trained well because they were super polite and kept them asking if I need anything else. It's my son's favorite Chicken sandwich place. Although my spice tolerance is high, I was fine with spicy or regular. I dont think I can go for spicier. He wanted hot chicken, I wasn't hungry so I hopped on over to Dave's and procured a couple of Extra Hot fingers for him. He said they were decent and he enjoyed the spiciness. I should have at least had a bite, but I didn't so I have to relay his opinion here. I ordered online - it was easy and was ready in about 20 minutes. A quick drive to the shop and my order was ready when I arrived. The fingers traveled well, that is they were not soggy in the container - an issue that plagues many hot items packed to go.
