Although this location is relatively small, with seating blocked off and cramped parking - the customer service is phenomenal!! Any time I have placed an order on the mobile app or online, they've gotten my order correct. Unfortunately the app doesn't have an checkbox for extra seasoning on the wings (this feature is only available for the fries customization section). After submitting my order, I'll give this shop a quick call and ask if they can accommodate anything the app does not leave space for - and they're happy to do it. Most of the time, my food is hot and ready for pickup. Whenever it's not ready, I find myself only waiting a few minutes and some times granted a couple extra wings to make up for a slight my longer wait. Went to Wingstop for some original hot boneless wings and fries with their delicious ranch. The fries were not what I'm used to from Wingstop, usually they're softer and seasoned more. These tasted like crunchy burger joint fries with a little seasoning, pinch of sugar. They were just okay. I didn't get that real Wingstop fry feel from them. I did ask for my original hot boneless to be juicy, and they understood the assignment. They were juicy, perfect for dipping. I skipped the drink and just had water, but overall the food was tasty. I stopped by this location to indulge in a late night meal after work. They had a special $20 for 20 wings. I ordered two flavors. I ordered lemon pepper and chipotle dry rub. The lemon pepper was flavorful but the chipotle missed the mark. I requested two ranch dressing as dipping sauce and they said no problem that will be an extra charge of $4. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received from Kenneth (the name stated) regarding a recent online order. I placed my order through the online system; and when I hit submit I immediately recognize my order was wrong. I ordered boneless and wanted to order bone in. I immediately called the store. Spoke with manager on duty; Kenneth stated I was not allowed to modify my order or change the order, I had to take it as is. This is my go to Wingstop location when I am working and honestly will not be going to any other Wingstop locations otherwise. This has got to be the best Wingstop I've been to and I've been to a lot of them. I usually do an online order 25 minutes before I pick it up and it's always ready, always correct with no missing items and the workers are consistently nice and friendly. Every other location I've been to, the workers don't seem happy to be there and my order is incorrect. My order took about 20 minutes until it was ready. I didn't find the wings exceptional - average at best. I assume most people order food here for the variety of sauces. It's pretty shitty to think that a million dollar company is charging customers the prop 22 fee, they are your employees, you pay them the $2. Things that can improve are they need to look out for their employees, I talk to some of these people and they express how hire ups are a joke. Everyone in that establishment at this time was mentioning the great service. It was THAT noticeable. He and the other staff really made everyone including us enjoy our transactions. The food....
