Very disappointing service today for someone who has been coming here for years. Food was 20 minutes late according to their app. What was more infuriating was when they finished my online order they put it away instead of just calling my name. I hadn't had fatburger, in ages. Didn't feel like basic in n out burger. So went and had the best fatburger, and fat fries! Gabriel the cook, associate was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered. My burger was cooked to perfection. The only feedback was on the cleanliness to the restaurant. The tables needed to be cleaned, none were cleaned. The condiment area was not kept up, and the infamous lemonade was almost empty. If my burger could have kept warmer on my commute back home, I would have preferred to eat it there. But an unkept restaurant can throw the ambiance of eating there. read more

As a local, anytime I have had the craving for a burger I would come pick up food and take it home. In the past let's say two years, I looked the other way when they always get my order wrong, I say no lettuce "it's there" I order chili cheese fries "get onion rings" etc. I get it! This is a burger place and I don't want to walk back to complain so I've dealt with this numerous times. With that said this last time I came home, took a bite, guess what? HAIR! So, did I get charged extra for this ingredient? Who knows because there was more than one. Had to throw my food away because that's disgusting. But I'm sad that this made me decide to no longer be a customer. Didn't mind the screw ups on the orders or the $100+ I would spend for a family meal, but can't look past this. I came with friends late at night on a Thursday. They took the orders and got the food out fine. They just messed up on my friend's burger. My friend went back to get a new burger & they messed up on the burger a second time. And at that point, we had taken the burger home so we couldn't exchange it. Their first error was adding relish when told not to. The second error was putting raw onions when grilled onions were requested. Overall, it made the experience a poor one. read more

Flew in for a weekend. Trying new places out and Fatburger was one recommended by the hotel stewardess. Upon ordering I did not realize how far the restaurant was and there was a much closer location. Delivery took about 45 mins to get to me. Food was not cold but it was not hot. Milkshake was left out due to the ride the vanilla syrup was sitting at the bottom of the cup. The burger was delicious. My only issue and probably the only reason it was a 3 star review. No utensils. Couldn't drink my Shake and couldn't eat the fries(ordered chilli cheese fries). It's small details like a straw and plastic fork that make it or break it for me. Good food no great food just bad service. Will order again hoping they get it right at the other location. read more

I tried coming here last week, cause I've been craving Fatburger. I'm not usually in the area but I was nearby and is the only Fatburger around. I came here an hour before they close and when I tried opening the door it was already locked! I don't live near and drove all the way to this Fatburger location just to be disappointed and wasted my time/gas sadly. There were still workers in there cleaning up but they just looked at me, and said nothing. Why are guys closing a whole hour before closing time? The burger wasn't that great, a bit on the dry side, but I do like that there's relish which is different from other chains. The size of the burger is also decent for the price. The employees were quick to hand me my online pick-up order and only had me wait a couple of minutes for the banana shake which was pretty good, honestly, the shake was a tad better than the burger. Came into tonight at around 10:30 on 2/22/25. Unfortunately I never caught her name, but the young lady who was working the register was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She was one of the kindest cashiers I've met at restaurant, made sure she had our order down perfect. The food came out incredible but it wasn't the highlight, her service was. After me and my girlfriend finished our meal, she asked us how it was. I told her amazing, and continued to talked to her. She was very engaged in what I had to say, and was genuinely interested in talking to me.
