I would have given the restaurant 5 stars except my order yesterday had an issue. The chicken sandwich I order didn't have the top bun. The rest of the order 3 orders of wings was correct. This morning I got a call from Vanessa one of the managers to find out what happened with the order. I was very impressed with how she addressed the problem and was very sincere in her concerns. She wanted to know if I came in to the store or had it delivered; she wanted to know the time to have the correct team whether it was morning or afternoon folks. I am very happy that Wingstop hires managers like Vanessa that want to make the customers experience a positive one. Whenever I go into the store again I will look for her. Good pricey food, but quality drops during busy hours. Located in the back corner area of Torrance Crossroads. Parking directly outside is limited, but there's plenty of easy parking in the plaza. Staff is friendly and helpful and the store is clean. Good amount of seating for dining in and bench seating if you're waiting for take-out. Been here a few times and there's a difference in quality when you order. If you come when they're slow, the wings are great. Only order the Bone-in wings, boneless are just chicken nuggets. Bone-in wings when good are large, crispy, and the various seasonings are well tossed/mixed with the chicken. Now if you're ordering at dinner time or when there's a big event going on, they get overwhelmed. The orders start running a bit late, the chicken isn't as fried and crispy. The worst part is the flavors are lazily tossed/mixed in with the chicken. Lots of pieces had no flavor, some had all the flavor on one and none on the other or just at the bottom of the container. Honestly, it just looks like they put the wings in the container and put the seasoning on top without mixing it. It's disappointing when you pay so much for chicken wings and it's not executed well. Favorite flavors are the Lakers legendary garlic (or garlic parm if that's not available), lemon pepper, mango habanero, and Korean. Hawaiian and hot honey are good options, but they fall below the other flavors. It's a perfect spread of non-spicy to spicy for everyone. Get the Cajun friend corn. It's one of my favorite sides. I'm always in the mood for some good hot wings, buffalo style of course. The food at this establishment is always done perfectly. They really know how to cook up a great wing. The service is great. They're very quick. They fulfill tons of orders every day. The ambience is normal for this type of place which is fast food mostly pick up Service. The pricing is pretty good especially when they have specials 20 wings for $20 is a great deal. I don't like that. They changed the fries, the other fries were better. Generally my experiences with this Wingstop have been pretty good. We usually order the food online and the food is usually ready by the time we go to pickup the food. Both the bone-in and boneless wings are pretty consistent. We usually get a variety of flavors alternating between mango habanero, original hot, cajun, lemon pepper, and garlic parmesan. We usually get mostly bone-in wings with a small sampling of boneless wings. If you don't know, the boneless wings are more like nuggets and they're battered, which provides a nice crunchy change in texture. I love love love the fry seasoning at Wingstop. My biggest knock is that they get soggy on your drive home (because we're usually getting it as takeout). If you run into the same problem as me, I highly recommend ordering them "well done" which will make them crispier and less soggy by the time you drive home. I also recommend leaving the bag fully open so that it can't steam in the bag during your drive home. The cajun corn is also really tasty, but a little pricey for what it is. My main reason for less stars is that sometimes the well-done fries are still not well-done, AND because they don't take credit card payments online for online orders. I wish I could just pay for it when I'm ordering it, so I can just pick up and go, without having to pay with the cashier. read more

One of the better Wingstop locations! I previously gave up on Wingstop after multiple bad experiences in the 90034 area. But this Torrance location is top notch. The workers are friendly and seem to care about guests. Also, the food is PIPING HOT. I didn't even know that the wings could be so fresh, until I had them here! I ordererd the 20-piece combo, and I did have a few wings that were VERY hard (probably reheated) but the majority were normal and edible.
