I passed a water back while we were in the car, but then when we got home realized it is NOT water because it was not clear. I was asked if it was lemonade and pulled the cover off to show it isn't. Additionally they charge for the water and that would have been nice to know. Last thing on the kid's meals tonight, they didn't come with cane's sauce and after spending $9 each for them and water, it should be included (as it was in the past). The other thing that happened tonight was the extra cane's sauce I paid for wasn't included in the bag. Last time this location dint include the extra Texas toast I purchased and I had to get back in the drive thru line and request it because I didn't want to chance waking up my baby. But it took so long that ended up happening anyhow The previous time to that the fries weren't great. Overall the staff is hit or miss. The lines can be quite long and the chicken is mid at best and the sauce helps overcome that but it's the only option besides ketchup and not everyone likes those limited choices. Anyhow we're not likely to be back, at least to this location, unless my kid gets another freebie from school or extracurricular activities.

Walked into an empty dining room. Not one customer but I think there were cars in the drive through. I was stared down as if people don't normal walk in. When asked what I wanted, I said that I was picking up a mobile order. She checked a bag that was sitting n the counter and then checked the tickets and ripped it off and said "it will just be a minute." Interesting since I selected the pick up time and the order wasn't even picked up by the staff. The cheeseburger was good but service was questionable. But I come to this Wendy's a lot because my kids' after school class is nearby and we pick up a kid's meal on the way back home. Every other time, there has been something missing or the order was wrong. Dealing with kids who expect apple bites instead of fries, or fries instead of apple bites can be annoying. Just check your bags before pulling away. A simple fix will save you a headache and frustration. Other than that, this Wendy's is fine. Wait time isn't bad. It seems like a newer store, so its nice. Location is off a pretty busy street. Parking is easy. Overall, good experiences and will return.

Yes they are a big Chain but honestly sometimes if you have a good product, it's just a good product. This particular visit was pleasant because the person taking my order and the person handing out the food were just so friendly. I think they trained well because they were super polite and kept them asking if I need anything else. A buddy of mine lives down the street so we just walked over and picked some food up before watching another World Cup match that evening. The place was busy, but overall pretty chill.

I'm a addicted to wings but I didn't order anything because I just finished going to Kaiser Permanente in Harbor City- earlier that morning for a medical procedure. But my friend- prefers drumsticks instead of thighs- I only bring this up because in all of our previous orders over the years- management/staff was kind enough to substitute extra drumsticks instead of thighs "but" on this visit both associates when he placed his order- responded with no (since they said the only person who could approve a change like that was a manager and none was available). That was so inconvenient to both myself and my friend. In his opinion of the food- the sides were fine but the size of the chicken seemed to him- to be smaller in comparison to previous orders. Ambiance of the store/dining area was okay. On a side note- he did mention that an apparent homeless senior citizen did ask the cashier what $5.00 could buy and cashier responded with basically nothing.
