First off the audacity to put your sandwich shop three doors or four doors down from Subway which of course doesn't compare but that is a bold move you made. Went in for a night time order and pick went with Philly Cheesesteak concept type sandwich. Staff was on the ball I was the first person in the restaur and they were on top of it logged in with my account and the food prep started with the second person on the grill. Wondered if Mike's way is applicable to the Philly cheesesteak type sandwich or is that strictly a cold sandwich offering only..? Either way the food was made while I waited and a few more people came in after me and their food prep started simultaneously took my half a sandwich out the door. Have to say tasted pretty good Had a little bit of salt and could have used the mike's to help spruce up the salt base but nonetheless the sandwich was pretty good. I would come to this Jersey mikes often as my house is close by, however my last multiple visits were very unpleasant. The final visit went a bit like this: I called to place a phone order and was answered with laughing and "hello this is..." and more laughter. Seemed as if I had called in the middle of something. I place my order amid the half ass service and sarcasm from the staff who took said phone order at 7:30pm on 5/14. Same worker who helped me out when I arrived to pick up my order and when there, again met with more sarcasm and generally poor attitude. My food was shoved across the counter, script of questions asked and I paid and left with only the thought of how I'll never return to this store ever again. Would give 0 stars if possible just purely for the service, applicable staff should consider alternative employment if the current is that much of a hassle. Be seeing Subway right next door! Very convenient alternative if you don't want to deal with all that. read more

I'm surprised this location has poor ratings. My brother and I enjoyed our subs and the service was amazing. We were quickly helped, the staff was friendly and my Italian sub was just how i expected it, delicious. If you're in the area, this is a great quick lunch spot. read more

We ordered a couple of sandwiches to go, I had the Hot Italian. It was pretty good with a decent amount of meat. I didn't care too much for the hot pepper relish and next time will ask for a little less as the sandwich had alot on it. Decent value as well for what it costed. We will be going back to get lunch every now and then. read more

Stopped in Jun/2025 for a sandwich and while ordering, the service was friendly. But I was sorely disappointed when I felt my order was missing the hot honey which I initially requested. I brought this up to the attendant and he simply looked at his colleague smiled at him and said nothing to me. The last 3x times I have placed an online order, at least one thing in my order has been incorrect. This last time, they were running behind and I waited more than 10 minutes for them to finish my order. She did not look like she was trying to finish it quickly at all while I stood and waited, any nor did she apologize for the wait. read more

We came to get food today, April 7th at around 8:40pm. 20 mins before the time it says they close everyday. When we got here and opened the door, the employees first words were, "there's nothing out. We put everything away already." After I closed the door there were 3 different customers coming to order which were also turned down.
