First time to this location. Orders on the app and came on TMobile Tuesday for the special. Placing the order was a breeze. Wendy's sign was missing the Y and S. . Walked into an empty dining room. Not one customer but I think there were cars in the drive through. I was stared down as if people don't normal walk in. When asked what I wanted, I said that I was picking up a mobile order. She checked a bag that was sitting n the counter and then checked the tickets and ripped it off and said "it will just be a minute." Interesting since I selected the pick up time and the order wasn't even picked up by the staff. The cheeseburger was good but service was questionable. Not bad, but make sure you check your items before drive away. Often times, people make mistakes and with the quick turn around and pressure of getting customers through, I understand errors being made. But I come to this Wendy's a lot because my kids' after school class is nearby and we pick up a kid's meal on the way back home. Every other time, there has been something missing or the order was wrong. Dealing with kids who expect apple bites instead of fries, or fries instead of apple bites can be annoying. Just check your bags before pulling away. A simple fix will save you a headache and frustration. Other than that, this Wendy's is fine. Wait time isn't bad. It seems like a newer store, so its nice. Location is off a pretty busy street. Parking is easy. Overall, good experiences and will return. read more

The most shittiest customer service is given here ! The manager named Cindy ! Just has no kind of professionalism and doesn't know how to give respect to customer and the employee who was hiding yesterday night around 11:30pm when the apple maps clearly say they're open until 1am , i don't understand how hard it was just putting a sign that you're actually closed or better yet confront customer face to face and say you're closed and not ignore them. Fast food very good square burgers. Juicy burgers with flavor. You can get a good chicken sandwich and others but if it's hamburger you're after, go with Dave's Single or Double. Automatically comes with all the topping so if there's something you don't care for, make sure to tell them (like no mayo). Also, they come with cheese so if you don't want that, say so up front. Just tried to eat the fish sandwich and it was a salt bomb. The breading was way thicker than the very thin piece of salted fish and the breading was hard and chewy. First time ever eating Wendy's! This location is relatively new and the interior is clean and modern. I have never been to a Wendy's before so it was a first for me. The combo prices were around $8-$10. Not cheap but also priced similarly to Carl's Jr. and Mcdonald's. I got their Jr cheese burger, fries, and iced coffee. The burger tastes really great here. This used to be the best Wendy's location. Idk what changed but I went to this location twice this week and each time was horrible. Their fries used to always be fresh and crisp now it's always soggy and old. AND THERE WERE TWO HAIR STRANDS IN MY FRIES. Curly hair that does not belong to me cause I have pin straight hair. And they always mess up my order. I asked for regular nuggets and they gave me spicy nuggets. What if I was allergic to spice???? Not to mention The nuggets were cold and soggy. Wow! I just got my food, and had to park somewhere to write this because I'm so appalled lol. I was in line for the drive through and no one answered at the menu to take my order. After about three minutes I thought that maybe it was broken and I needed to order at the cashier. Well the person at front cut me off when I trying to tell her what happened and that if it was ok to order with her. She gave me my food with the nastiest scowl. I worked in fast food, and I understand that it can be challenging to apply customer service if customers are rude or if your having a bad day. But it does not excuse employees to think they can act childish and unprofessional. I was kind and patient and I was more than willing to park out front and walk in to pick up. With the look she gave me I'm afraid to eat my food. People with that kinda attitude tamper with your food if you know what I mean. I know it's fast food, but that does not mean you need to be rude to someone that literally was just asking a question. [Review #504] 2020 Yelp 100 Challenge (5/100) It's been just over 3 years since the closure of El Paso Cantina, & this location has been replaced by Wendy's. The restaurant sits on the corner of busy Sepulveda Blvd. & Pennsylvania Ave. so there's probably going to be a lot of drive-thru traffic. We dropped by on Thursday night, & the line for drive-thru rivals In & Out's. Whoa! :-O This location is current with today's consumers in mind, offering 2 electric stations with 1 doubling as a handicap parking spot. I'm not sure if this was a smart decision. It's smaller than the Torrance Blvd. location (remember all that space from El Paso Cantina?), but has a sizable parking lot similar to its sister. There's 14 tables, including 1 by fireplace, 2 booths, & counter seating with 12 stools. I think they should have built a larger restaurant instead of having all those parking spaces, because if the lot's full there won't be enough seats in the restaurant. One of best value meal deals has increased in price (about a year ago?), it's not longer 4 for $4, but 4 for $5... still a pretty good deal. H (now 9-1/2 YO) has outgrown the kids' meal because it no longer satisfies her hunger, so she got a 4 for $5: JR. BACON CHEESEBURGER, 4-PIECE CHICKEN NUGGETS, FRIES, & FOUNTAIN DRINK. Her 4 YO l'il bro enjoyed a Kids' Meal: 4-PIECES CHICKEN NUGGETS, FRIES, & MILK that comes with a Transformers toy. Another change & for the better is the elimination of a kid-size Frosty with a kids' meal, though that extra item did help fill up H. It would be nice if they offered something healthy such as fruit or a yogurt stick like their competition. Service seemed a bit slower in comparison to its other locations; still in its soft opening phase, hopefully the kinks get worked out. It's now CA law that you need to request for a straw, this Wendy's simplifies the process by leaving a small container of straws by the order counter to expedite the process instead of placing them in the typical spot by the soda fountain. H likes the newer Coke Freestyle Machine for the larger variety of soda/drink options. It figures. Maybe that's why she opt out of the kids' meal because milk is not a standard option. The incompetence here is... astounding. They don't know how to use their system. They don't know how to use the coupons. They scan your coupons and then the price doesn't change... They don't understand what you're saying at the order box. We repeated our order three times, and ironically it was still wrong at the window. Your district or regional managers need to visit this store and re-educate these employees on the bare minimum needed to get orders correct.
