Last thing on the kid's meals tonight, they didn't come with cane's sauce and after spending $9 each for them and water, it should be included (as it was in the past). The other thing that happened tonight was the extra cane's sauce I paid for wasn't included in the bag. Last time this location dint include the extra Texas toast I purchased and I had to get back in the drive thru line and request it because I didn't want to chance waking up my baby. But it took so long that ended up happening anyhow The previous time to that the fries weren't great. Overall the staff is hit or miss. The lines can be quite long and the chicken is mid at best and the sauce helps overcome that but it's the only option besides ketchup and not everyone likes those limited choices. Anyhow we're not likely to be back, at least to this location, unless my kid gets another freebie from school or extracurricular activities.

One time, the dasher went back on my behalf and told them they got the order completely wrong. Also, as much as I like how they prepare the chicken, the portions become smaller and smaller each time. If it weren't for it tasting good, I wouldn't gamble on ordering from this location. Other Raising Canes locations can do the orders right. This place is a disaster.

Walked into an empty dining room. Not one customer but I think there were cars in the drive through. I was stared down as if people don't normal walk in. When asked what I wanted, I said that I was picking up a mobile order. She checked a bag that was sitting n the counter and then checked the tickets and ripped it off and said "it will just be a minute." Interesting since I selected the pick up time and the order wasn't even picked up by the staff. The cheeseburger was good but service was questionable. I doubt I'm the first customer who has experienced her rudeness. I moved to Torrance ~10 years ago and over the years, have been coming to this location on a consistent basis. Other than her, the rest of the staff have been great and nice. Over taco sauce packets, that costs a few cents, she lost me as a regular customer. I won't be coming to this location for a while.

They got both items wrong, not even remotely close to what we ordered. Wished we opened up each order to check but we were in a hurry. One we got the supreme sourdough, got the supreme croissant. Our platter was missing the bacon. They ask you to check that your order is right on the screen when you order, but I guess they don't have their employees check them when they're making its. Never coming back. Horrible service and experience. Avoid this place and go somewhere else for your quick needs
