They were really busy when my daughter and I walked in to pick up a to go order. Despite customers waiting for orders, hovering door dash drivers & phone calls, the young ladies greeted us as soon as we walked in. There were 2 young girls & 1 lady running the whole place. They got everyone's orders out without getting flustered or having any attitude. Our wings were by far the best wings we've gotten from any Wingstop, EVER! It's always a pleasure to come here. As many times my husband and I come here we love the fact that the food is always fresh and the service is always on point. The ambiance of the employees is always welcoming. As much as our family stays busy this is a number one go to for a late dinner. Had to take my daughter to the ER. She ask if I could run up the street to Wingstop because their open until 12am. I get there at 11:45 and they tell me that they can't take any orders because they already closed the kitchen. I said I thought you closed at 12, he says we do but it takes 20 min to cook an order so we have to clean the kitchen early. I've worked fast food and other Jobs where it takes 15 - 20 minutes some times longer to provide the service. I know it sucks when someone comes in at the last minute to get something but that's your job. Whoever is in charge should be scheduling people so they can take orders all the way until their posted closing time. Or post that you're open until 12 but take you last orders at 11:30. I've been here 4 times in the last three months so this is a cumulative review, screw an update. -1 Star for messing up my order. This is obviously extremely important at a fast food joint. Give me the item I pay for, nothing more, nothing less. -.5 stars for sending me some wings that have been cooked all the way through and some that were not cooked evenly in fryer. I don't know how, but I inspected the wings they looked unevenly cooked. This is unacceptable in a place where you put chicken in a fryer and drop it in the grease. If I could give zero to this place then I would. Poor costumer service. I have ordered my food ahead of time so I can just pick it up and leave but it didnt happen. When I went to the store and pick up my food. Nobody greeted me in the front which is fine. I figured maybe they are busy at the back. I waited there for God knows how long. One of the worker came out and saw me standing at the cashier. We made eye contact and i said "hi". So she'll know that im a costumer but she ignored me and went back at the back. Im pretty sure she saw me standing there. After that, I continued to wait until Ive decided to go to where the soda machine is and check if theres someone back there. Guess what I saw, 3 workers on their break time and eating. I asked them if they are all on break and Ana, one of the worker, said 3 of them were on break. With that being said, nobody has left on the counter to at least serve the costumer. All of them has decided to take their lunch break all at once. read more
