Absolutely horrible all around. The ranch tasted like it was expired, the celery was soggy, and only 3 wings had lemon pepper on them. The worst part was the costumer service. I called for a refund because I could not eat it. The employee said he would give me a new ranch next time and that that the ranch was fine. Basically calling me a liar. After arguing with him about how I did not eat it, he said to bring it back and then he would refund it. That would be fine if they also pay for my time and gas. Ewww! where do I start? Soda machine wasn't serviced so only the tea machine worked. I asked for well done fries, I got the stuff that's been sitting in the heat bin, mushy and half cooked. Most disappointing experience, and I come here often. Placed an online order, took 45 min to complete. Then was given the completely wrong order, waited another 20 minutes only to be given the wrong order AGAIN. Didn't have the energy to argue, wasn't even hungry anymore I just wanted a refund. After many times of driving by this establishment I decided to give this place a try on a Tuesday night for the 50 cent wings. Flashback two hours ago. While me and my mate were drinking a couple of fine Foster lager we came with the conversation of where to go. I was next and quickly picked Cajun because it sounded exotic. I took a while to pick my second choice and was instantly attracted to the ATOMIC because 1) I normally don't enjoy spicy food except when I'm drunk, 2) seemed like a challenge. My cashier began to explain that the atomic was very hot and I should take heed before consuming. I leaned in an asked "will it tear me a new asshole?" He chuckled and replied " bruh I love spicy food and even I couldn't handle the toilet the next day. Fast foward today as I'm sitting here on the toilet with a crooked smile that shows satisfaction and little regret, gripping the sides of my bathroom with sweat on my face and my shirt on the floor, I look up at the sky, tears rolling down my face with O fortuna playing in the background I yell" LEBORN!!!!! I have been here a couple times and there food has been pretty good. They are advertising a new flavor mango habanero which if they make it like their rival Buffalo Wild Wings it should taste really good. I can't wait to try this new flavor. They have a really cool soda machine which I like a lot. Their customer service reps are cool and they are always so welcoming. They have a large space and clean restroom. The only issue I have with this place is that they have crappy parking. They share it with two other stores and its always crowded. The last time I went they did not want to accept any coupons which bothered me. I am not sure if I will be returning to this place since they do not like coupons. I do like their wings though. TL;DR - I will go hungry before eating here. I don't understand how this place has any positive ratings. Maybe most people go in the daytime when they have pleasant, educated staff on hand to handle customers. This is by far the worst eating establishment I have ever been in, and I've eaten at one of those "deli's" in the back of a sketchy convenience store where a guy named Sal makes sandwiches without gloves on and the only table is occupied by shady fellows playing dominoes. My wife and I walked into Wing Stop, which I am actually quite fond of. Upon entering, we were not greeted by any of the six(by my count) employees. In fact we were ignored by the two people at the cash registers and the "manager," who was walking around pretending to look busy. Speaking of this "manager"... She was pronouncing the names on the order terribly wrong (so much so that I was completely baffled as to how the name Jasmine could possibly be pronounced Jaws-Minnie) and then yelling at the people when they didn't come up to get the order of the ficticious name that was just called. So once we were asked what we wanted (still have not heard "hello" up to this point), we asked to have the "manager's special," which was a special order written on a giant chalkboard in brightly colored chalk. This chalkboard was located 5 feet from the cashier, and when I ordered she stared at me... Just stared... For an inappropriately long amount of time. Finally, once I drew her attention to the aforementioned sign, she had a two minute conversation about what the manager's special was and how to put that information into the computer. After ordering the necessary flavors and wing quantities, the manager annoyingly asked is if we really wanted to wait 30 minutes to get our food because they are really busy. Apparently this Wing Stop doesn't like customers in their store. We left and will never return again. read more

The ladies that worked there welcomed me as soon as I walked in and let me sample the flavor after I ask about it. The sauce was so good I got all 20 wings in that flavor Jessica took my order and Tiffany got to work on my order right away! Both ladies were so friendly and funny!
