Horrible Customer Service I order at the restaurant and came home to find out they completely messed up my order. I had to come back to the store and they did not want to remake my whole order that they fucked up. The manager said she was doing us a favorite for making us a portion of what we ordered. They ensured that they made us order right this time. Can you believe it? They legit messed up for the second time. I suggest you double and triple check your order every time if you choose to come here and don't expect any customer service. Poor customer service. I have never ordered at Wingstop before and wanted a Chicken sandwich like in the picture they had. I wasn't sure how the flavor menu system worked, so I asked just for the chicken sandwich only. The cashier just stared at me and gave me a condescending look and asked "What flavor." At this point I see the list of flavors and just wanted a normal chicken sandwich as is, and I told him but he asked me "What flavor" again as if I had to choose and couldn't have it plain. This location is to-go only. There are no tables or chairs to dine in. We ordered: -Cajun fried corn: served with cajun seasoning. The corn itself was cooked pretty well, but the cajun seasoning was way too spicy for me!! -Seasoned fries: tossed in signature seasoning. These were so good, couldn't stop eating these! -Crispy tenders: cooked very well-- loved how crispy the chicken tenders were yet the inside was oh-so soft and moist. This is my goto spot for wings. I personally prefer the boneless wings, but bone in is good too. I always get the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan. All of their flavors are good depending on what you like. I can't do too spicy, but if you like that they have that as well. Their seasoned fries and ranch sauce are delicious so make sure you try those as well. They have different combos and packages depending on how many ppl you are ordering for. They also have half off on wings on Mondays and Tuesdays. I would recommend dowloading their app and ordering from there so you don't go and wait for them to make the wings. I'm very frustrated with this Wing Stop location. I do not order Wing Stop regularly but the last 2 times I have place an online order in the past 4 months they have missed an item I've ordered. And both times it has been when I added an additional 6 boneless wings to my order. When you pick up your order they already have it sealed so I am assuming they checked my order to make sure everything is there. The thing is they are at least a 25 minute drive one way to my home. I've called them each time after realizing they left out the wings and although they were nice and offered to make the wings for me it was not worth my time to drive a total 40-45 minutes to get 6 wings. I'm not ordering from this store again. If you do please open the bag and check the order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt each time and trusted they had the order right. read more

I literally just left this place. It is unbelievable the waiting time that this places created for not reason. I understand that is super-bowl day. I just want to commend the staff that was working today around 5:15PM! I ordered online and saw my order was gonna be ready in 15-21 mins. I went inside to pay way too early and expected to wait. The team member on the cashier was super friendly and checked in on me a few times and apologized for the wait, explained I paid earlier (which I already expected). I observed him and the rest of the staff and each time a customer came in, they'd greet with a warm, "welcome to wingstop!" Instant food poisoning just 30 minutes after eating from this facility. On top of everything, they took my order over the phone repeated it like 3 times & twice again at the store & I still received my order wrong. Management at this location needs serious customer service training. When door dash arrived to pick up our order, they claimed I never placed an order. We do this weekly via the app so I don't know what happened. My order, placed via the app, was mysteriously canceled 45mins after I placed it. I have an order number, an email confirmation, Wingstop #1446 charged my credit card but never filled my order or returned my money. Called on Friday night and again on Sunday afternoon, still do not have money refunded to my credit card. Both the manager and the GM could not help me. Manager, Lulu repeatedly told me to "call the app.?!??" By the way, the app doesn't have a phone number. My "complaint" has never gotten a response from the app.! After being pushed, Lulu took my number and said GM would call Saturday. I asked that she call me immediately, ha! She never called me back not even on Saturday. So, Sunday afternoon I called GM who basically said she was too busy, I was not a priority. She argued with me about what happened on Friday night, when she was at home with family and too busy to call me. Perhaps Wingstop should promote serious people who care about customers and/or train them on how to speak with customers. At least how to pretend like they give a crap. So as of now no refund. Looks like I need to report it to the credit card company. All this for 25 wings!!! Oh and we never did get the wings on Friday night! The manager never asked "what was your order? We will get it ready for you if you want." I would have gladly paid again for the food and given her time to research the issue but that was never offered!! I went there a couple days ago and my food took longer than expected. To make matters worse when I got home my chicken sandwich was still raw in the middle. My garlic parmesan wings had no garlic . I don't understand how this happened it was not busy when i was there waiting and there were about three to four people working. Well not working standing around talking .The manager Layorda said she would give me a refund. This was in March 29 and I have yet to see any credits to my account.
